There is a light weight quotient. At under 9 lbs. The handheld vacuum converts to a corded vacuum for floor-to-ceiling cleaning.
👤This was a good and convenient product until the flexible tube on the base broke, as can be seen by other reviews, and even though someone on here said that rocket replaced the entire vacuum for them. I was told by the customer service rep that my 5 year warranty will replace parts if they don't have the part, but they will replace the whole thing if it isn't covered by the warranty. This makes no sense. They will replace the entire thing for free if the part is not replaceable, but they won't replace it for me because of one part that is not under warranty. I am not happy. This is year 2 and it is supposed to last longer. Stay away from this company. They don't support their product. This part should be covered by their limited warranty. What is not covered by this warranty? 1. The proper functioning of your unit is not covered by this warranty because of the normal wear and tear of your parts. There are replacement parts for sale. 2. Any unit that has been used for commercial purposes has been tampered with. 3. Damage due to misuse, abuse, negligent handling, failure to perform required maintenance, and damage due to mishandled in transit are some of the causes of damage. 4. There arequential and consequential damages. 5. Defects are caused by repair persons not authorized by SharkNinja. When a repair person is not authorized by SharkNinja, there are damages caused in the process of shipping, altering, or repairing the SharkNinja product. 6. Products were purchased, used, or operated outside of North America.
👤This device has a cord. I'm not spending $400 on a stick vac that may or may not have as much power as this one or a run time of 15 minutes per 4 hour charge - I'm taking a break. I've had this for a couple months and I love it. We bought it because we got a puppy and she's not that bad yet, but we use it on our hardwood floors and carpeted living room area because she tracks in grass anddebris when she's outside. I'm very happy with the purchase of this product. It's easy to put away. It's a nice job on the carpeted areas. This is a great purchase and I will recommend it to anyone who asks. * The boy is still kicking and the dog is growing up. The device does its job over and over again.
👤The product was great until the motor stopped working, and customer service wouldn't address the issue after contacting three times. We will never buy another Shark product.
👤The product was purchased on June 10. I was using the vacuum today. The power head is malfunctioning. Called Shark to inquire about warranty coverage. The power head is not covered by the warranty and the vacuum is not warrantied. He said that they offered to sell me a new power head for half price. I paid $150 for the while thing. I told him this was not acceptable. He agreed to send me a new power head. I think I'm better than nothing. The buyer should beware.
There is a hydrogen exchanger scheme. Provides amazing cleaning performance for high-traffic areas. Up to 40 minutes of running time. The hand vacuum is in standard mode. The low-profile design is something to be proud of. This vacuum is perfect for cleaning under furniture. The hand vending machine can be moved. It can be used to clean above-floor cleaning. The dust cup has a CleanTouch Dirt Ejector. There are spotlights. There are hidden debris around the home.
👤I was very excited to get a Shark vacuum. I am a stay at home mom with 3 kids and 3 dogs. We have dark floors that show everything and dogs and kids are constantly in and out of messes. I vacuum once a day. I have been using a Dyson vacuum for the last 5 years but recently it gave out and I decided to try Shark. My Dyson: PROS: 1 has a review here. It is very easy to put together. It snaps together just as easily as my Dyson. The canister holds a lot. It allows me to vacuum larger areas. The Dyson's battery life is shorter. 40 minutes is only if you use the hand held vacuum. For regular vacuuming on carpets and hard floors it is 25 minutes and 10 for boost mode. 4. The suction is amazing. It cleaned my master bedroom carpet, which my dogs like to sleep in. It sucked up the fluff from the toy that my Dyson wouldn't touch. 5. The front of the vacuum has a light on it. 6. It is much quieter than my Dyson. My Dyson came with a holder for all the things that were attached, but it has nothing. I would like it to have something to help keep everything together. You have to remove the long wand attachment to empty the canister. It adds an extra step to emptying it out that I never had to do with my Dyson, and it's great with just a few pet peeves. It will definitely be used a lot.
👤I got it after giving in. I have the plug in version and love it, but I wanted a corded version for the quick sweeps to get the excess dog hair. It is terrible. Keeping the brush roller going on the hard floor will pull the debris up into the canister. It collects along the wheels. The dexterity is on par with the corded version. Not as heavy as top heavy. The main reason to buy a vacuum is the amount of air that comes out and this one doesn't come close to acceptable. I own a Hoover and a Makita that are past their prime and both are far superior in that regard, so I don't expect it to be as powerful as corded. I regret my purchase.
👤It is great for cleaning up small particles. It works well for cleaning cob webs up high with a handheld function. If you have a large mess or are vacuuming after not doing for a while, you may have a hard time. This can be easily cleaned for bigger messes. You might find yourself sweeping. I don't think it's worth much, but I'm not upset with it. I don't think I'd buy this vacuum again.
👤I bought this based on the reviews and brand. It performs well and feels strong. I was surprised that it was able to capture so much from my carpets. Thank you for your purchase.
The dust cup has a capacity of 0.2 quarts. The ION Power Pack has a replaceable battery. There are additional batteries sold separately. MultiFLEX Technology folds over for compact, free-standing storage and provides flexible reach to get under beds, couches, and tables. DuoClean Technology uses a combination of bristle brush and soft roller to clean fine dust and small and large particles on both carpets and floors. There are floor-to-ceiling possibilities.
👤The brush head motor stopped working after I screamed and turned it off. I've followed trouble shooting recommendations and kept it clean. I can't get help from the manufacturer. This was a big purchase for me as I'm a single mother of a severe special needs adult son and we usually buy from Goodwill. I'm very upset. The buyer should beware.
👤My shark is almost 2 years old, and it's still working well, it's used 3-4 times a week. This may be comparing apples to oranges. I have a Dyson motor head that I've been using for 2 years. . I have a 1200 square foot condo with carpeting and vinyl on one floor. The Shark is heavier and harder to handle than the Dyson. It almost feels like it's self-propelled when used on carpeting, with settings for carpet or floor, and then you can also choose a suction setting which is extended run-time or max power. It pulls itself forward when on the carpet, but then I'm struggling to bring it back towards me when it's trying to pull ahead. Is that correct? I'm amazed at how much dirt this picks up. I vacuumed with the Dyson before I got the shark. I had to empty the dirt cup after I did each room that was carpeted, because I have 2 cats. This shines over the Dyson. I can get under my king-size bed with the help of the shark's wand, which is a latch that can be undone. My cats like to hang out there and there's always a bunch of cat hair to vacuum up. I can't reach the wand all the way because it's stationary. I have to reach under the bed from both sides, but I can't do it from one side. Is that correct? It's good on vinyl flooring. There is no self-propelled feeling with this on vinyl. Whatever you're trying to pick up gets picked up. My other vacuum "scattered" cat litter on the vinyl instead of picking it up. The shark won. Is that correct? It's quiet and doesn't bother my cats. It is much quieter than the Dyson. The Dyson is lighter in weight than the Shark, so I prefer to use it as a hand-held vac, but I like the Shark's attachment that comes with it. The Pet Multi-tool is great for removing hair from the sofa and recliners. Is that correct? It comes with two batteries, one can be used in the vacuum and the other can be used in the reserve. It takes about 3 hours to charge up to 3 full blue bars. I've vacuumed my entire condo twice and it's gone down only one bar. I don't care for things. I don't think it was a good idea to include a charging dock with this. Plugging in the battery to charge is what I prefer. The vacuum can be used to charge the battery. You have 3 options. The charging dock was trashed by me. Is that correct? The vacuum's wand is too long for me, I'm only 5'3". It feels like a real stretch to step on the bottom part of the vacuum to release the wand. I don't have to release the bottom of the Dyson to use it because it's not much longer than the Dyson V6. I think this is a good vacuum, but not the perfect vacuum. If you live in a small home, apartment, or condo like I do, it can serve your needs well as your only vacuum.
FLOOR ONE S3 uses iLoop smart sensor technology to detect wet/dry messes on sealed hard floors and adjusts the water flow for a completely clean result. The floors are streak free. Time-saving and self-propelled. Floor One S3 vacuums and washes your sealed hard floors in one smart step for an optimal clean in less time. It moves quickly. FLOOR ONE S3 is easy to use, lightweight and long lasting. The 5-in-1 self-cleaning system keeps your hands and home odor-free. The all-in-one display has an app and voice assistant that monitor cleaning performance for the ultimate hard floor cleaning experience. The long-term use of the machine must be ensured by using Tineco solution. The non-Tineco solution will cause damage to the machine.
👤This was not an easy sale. There is no fix for a quality vacuum and a solid cotton-head mop and bucket. The effort to use them is required. You don't use them as much as you would like. There is a My wife and I fell in love with Tineco because of that. It was amazing for spot jobs. Pets make messes. If you have tile or hardwood flooring, this machine is amazing. It is almost perfect. This is where I would list the few gripes I have, but they are not worth the effort. We just sent ours back to get it fixed, so I'm writing this review today. I hope they will take care of us in a timely manner. We use the Tineco every day. Not for long stretches, but a few minutes. It's easy to get upset about it breaking, but we now have the chance to see how they stand behind their product. So, hit the "Useful" button. I will let you know when we get our unit back. We miss it.
👤I used my first vac six times before it stopped working. I was out of Amazon for a week. I have used wet dry vacs. No experience with crossfire. I was able to contact customer service by phone without waiting. I am 84 years old and not technically proficient, so they requested a video of the problem, but for me it was hard. Customer service answered my calls and sent me a new vac. The machine is working normally. I have tile. I give 5 stars to machine and customer service. I hope this continues. After more use, I will update. There is an update. I have never written an update on anything because of the quality of the product and the customer service. It was nice to talk to humans and send your vac back and get a new one free of charge. The Tineco 3 is working great after about a month. I would like to put this under 1 star so peeople will read it. I only read the bad reviews.
👤You don't want to use anything else after using the Tineco Floor One S3 for a while. Not even the vacuum. Once you get used to it, it is addictive. It has a learning curve, but once you understand all its functions you will not. You won't want to use a mop again. Wait until you use the machine to clean your floors. There are so many... I will be brief. Simple to clean and maintain. There is no mess with the 2 rollers and 2 filters. Well thought of the customer service. It is a great machine and has few drawbacks. Remember, it is addictive. The lightest part of it is the battery. It takes at least 1.5 hours to charge before you can use it again, depending on how dirty or clean your floors are. A big house. If you don't clean it immediately, the auto-cleaning process will consume a lot of battery and it will smell. If the charge time was faster and you could exchange the battery for a new one, it would be perfect.
There is a hereditary susceptibility scheme. An ultra-lightweight vacuum has incredible cleaning performance. 50 minutes of running time. The battery can be measured at the hand vacuum in standard mode. The power fin's buggy Cleaning contact to dig deep into carpets. There is no hair wrap. The brushroll has no hair wrap. The anti-allerg complete seal is made of HEPA filtrate. Dust, allergens, and more are kept out of the air you breathe. The low-profile design is something to be proud of. This vacuum is perfect for cleaning under furniture. The hand vending machine can be moved. It can be used to clean above-floor cleaning.
👤The vacuum we bought was to replace the HomeVac. To handle quick vacuum jobs around the house, the Duo 2-in-1 is intended to be used in a similar manner. The Shark performs well on the hardwood, but is powerful enough to handle our carpets, which are rather thick and challenging. The front light is a nice touch and helped us see and pick up more dirt. The Shark is simple and easy to store in our bathroom, it is tucked away in our laundry room, and very accessible in a moment. The first picture shows the motor coming off and hooking to the bottom of the stick/vacuum head for compact storage. We have a small dog and 2 women in our house so we have to remove hair from vacuum cleaner heads every couple months. The shark has no hair after 40 minutes of vacuuming, which would normally result in a messy hair mess with the eufy. The second picture shows the vacuum head after 40 minutes of vacuuming. The Shark's attachments are easy to snap on and off, which makes it easy to reach tight spaces, vacuum couches, etc. The ability to attach the vacuum head directly to the motor allows us to vacuum the stairs with ease. The vacuum head is the perfect width for the stairs and it made a once tedious and annoying job easy. The Shark has two settings; one for bare floors and the other for a spinning vacuum head. If you find yourself dealing with a vacuum hair that always snarls in hair, you cannot go wrong for the price. You will be impressed by the convenience of the Shark. As you get used to the ease of use, you may want to look for more battery life. Happy vacuuming!
👤I have a love for vacuums since I was a teenager, and my mom loved clean houses. I enjoy vacuuming because it relaxes me, and I like having a vacuum that is easy to use. There are four doggos, two of which are hybrid dogs - the husky/GSD/Malamute mix and the Dingo mix. We have a lot of fur here. My dogs shed in the spring and fall. It's a good thing. I vacuum the entire house at least once a day. I've had several vacs, two from Dyson, one from Bissell, and two from Shark. The Dysons and the Bissell were terrible at picking up fur. We have had four robot vacuums that are useless and a waste of money. I received my first Shark Rocket Pet Pro vacuum in the year of 2017! I have used it to vacuum up tons of fur, and it's easy to keep it clean. I replace the filters on it every month or two. The vacuum died last week. I was researching vacuums for three days, and came back to the Shark Rocket Pet Pro. I bought a second to replace the first, and am still in love with the vacuum. The new one that I bought has an upgraded handle, so it can stand on its own and be easily stored. The only issue I have with this vacuum is the self-cleaning brushroll. I have to pull a ball of white Husky fur out of the floor attachment once in a while, because the hole behind the brushroll that takes the debris up the long rod to the dustcup gets blocked. The vacuum won't pick up anything when this is blocked. The self-cleaning brushroll is not a deal breaker, but it is not a perfect aspect of the unit. I have beautiful fur-factory doggos that run around here, so I'm the only one with this issue. I will recommend this vac to everyone.
The digital motor and motorized brush head can reach a speed of up to 90,000rpm. It's great for cleaning up crumbs on the kitchen floor after dinner, and it's also great for cleaning the dirt on the bottom of the bed, couch, furniture and dark places. The BELIFE wireless vacuum cleaner can be used in three different modes: economic, standard and strong. It is easy to buy a spare battery. The vacuum cleaner has a color screen that you can touch to control the vacuum, it's more convenient than the traditional button operation. The Belife V11 vacuum cleaner has telescopic link and multiple brush heads, which makes it easy to clean stairs, cars, curtains and other difficult places. The lightweight design makes it easy to operate with one hand. It's a great gift for your family or friends who have pets or naughty kids. The fully sealed system captures fine particles and micro dust and expels ultimate purified air for your family and prevents secondary air pollution. Standing with one hand pull can empty a dust cup.
👤I ordered this as a gift for myself. I had an older vac that was similar to the stick vac, but it doesn't seem to get my floors clean anymore. I thought I would give it a try. I am very happy with it so far. It is very easy to assemble a vacuum head, just click it together and attach it to the motor. You can add the battery and good to go. It comes with tools to help clear debris from the head. I only need to use the 1st level for most of my clean ups. I have tile flooring with area rugs, and I am pretty impressed with how well this vac moved from carpet to tile without shooting dirt all over. The last vac I had, I had to shut it off before I could tile because it would shoot dirt and rocks, and birdseed across the tile. The vacuum seems to do a great job when it's on the 2 floors. It is easy to dump the canister, just pull the lever that is near the power and it will open. I am very happy with this vacuum. It is great at getting up dirt and hair. I have a short haired dog and she still collects around the house, so I use this to clean it up.
👤It will kill the battery in less than 10 minutes if I put it on medium. Do not buy this if you have a big house. Imagine if you were able to get out of the air. There is a If you have to vacuum a carpet, forget it, unless you have 3 batteries. I think the most important thing after suction is ok.
👤I found this vacuum to be heavy compared to past vacuums. It picks up items well. The guard on the bottom of the power brush makes it difficult to pull the vacuum back to pick up debris. Push it forward.
👤Exactly what I wanted. The way the handle moves makes it easy to get under furniture. I like this vacuum because it picks up pet hair.
👤The existence of a vacuum cleaner is said to be an all-purpose cleaning tool. It has a telescopic tube, a body, and a variety of brush heads. It can clean the home environment in a variety of ways. There is no liberation, but it can be cleaned. The cleaning method is more convenient than the robot vacuum cleaner. The vacuum cleaner can achieve the effect of whole house cleaning by matching different suction heads, and the sweeping robot is insufficient.
👤My vac stopped picking up litter. This is a good one. Everything is picked up by it. It wasn't great on my high pile carpet, but that's not what I bought it for. I took a star off because I kept getting error messages when I tried to register my warranty. I don't know if this company will be around in a year. I usually don't buy an extra warranty. I got an email saying that the page works and I have raised my rating to 5 stars.
The volume has a capacity of 1.8 quart. Do not charge the battery at a low temperature. There is no hair wrap. The brushroll is self-cleaning and does not have hair wrap. Powerful and light. Powerful pet hair pickup and deep carpet cleaning on all surfaces is a lightweight design. CONVERTS TO A VACUUM. With the touch of a button, the stick vacuum cleaner transforms into a portable handheld vacuum that can be used to clean above the floor, tackle stubborn pet hair, and access hard-to-reach areas. There is an advanced sewer steering. The low-profile design for under-furniture reach makes it an excellent choice. There are spotlights. Hidden debris and pet hair can be seen on the handheld vacuum and nozzle. The dust cup is easy to empty.
👤This is my 3rd shark. The navigator was Shark Rocket. The self cleaning beater bar is the Shark Rocket. This one is my all time favorite. They made them better. I use it every day. We have 5 dogs that live inside. It is a hairy situation around here. The attachment is light weight, easy to maneuver, easy to clean, and empty. The lights are on. I couldn't believe I wasn't able to see it. It is easy to add attachment to clean behind furniture. I had a Kirby Heritage 2 for 34 years and I still wish it stood up by itself. I wouldn't go back to heavy vacuums. I have 2 more sharks. They are still working. I use them in different parts of the house. The newest one is awesome. I am looking forward to not having to clean the brush.
👤I have never had anything like this in my life. I can't believe how bad this shark vac is. It sucks and I have to love it. I have nothing else to say about that.
👤The suction is great! My carpet is 20 years old and it looks brand new. It is easy to use. I like that it comes apart. I don't like that it doesn't stand up without detaching the top piece, I hate the screaming high pitched noise it makes, and it does send dust outside the unit and you are breathing it in. It isn't sealed even though it is in. The power and pick up is amazing again. The other issues are not that important.
👤The top portion feels like it is two or three times heavier than the base making it hard to maneuver and uncomfortable to use. It was very heavy. It took me two minutes to realize that I wouldn't be able to vacuum the entire house with this machine. And loud. There are two loud motors. One from the handle and one from the base. I have been a fan of sharks for a long time. This was the worst design I have ever used.
👤It does vacuum stuff. The hair is stuck around the rollers. The carpets look clean. Sick. I will probably lose them.
👤We own an apartment and two houses. I have one for each and one that we used to clean out the cars. The newer cats are great at getting up the hair.
👤I have had a vacuum for a few days and I am very impressed. I decided to go back to a corded vacuum since my last two were both corded. I was reading reviews for every vacuum on Amazon and settled for this one. I have a few long haired cats who shed a lot and this does an awesome job of picking up their hair and even my own hair. They do a good job of picking up litter. One star was deducted because it doesn't do the greatest on my shag rug and also a little tall to go under my 70's cabinets in my kitchen.
The Wright and CanISTER VACUUM are present. Lift Away Technology can be used with a press of a button to remove the canister and clean hard to reach areas. The vampire cleaner works for both carpet and hardwood floor cleaning. Bagless: 1.2 quart dust cup capacity and 8.25-inch cleaning width to clean your whole house. 99% of dust and allergens are trapped by the Washable HEPA and 2 foam filters. There are accessories included. A dusting brush, a 5-inch crevice tool, and a wide pet upholstery tool are included.
👤The vacuum came with all the pieces. It was filthy, dusty, and the previous owners had left dirt in the cup, so it couldn't be emptied before sending it? There was a bonus of blonde hair around the spinning brush. It's pretty gross.
👤I am shocked and horrified. I got my vacuum a few days ago but haven't been able to use it yet. My old vacuum made horrible sounds and didn't seem to pick up anymore, so it was on its way to the graveyard. I have never had the money to pay for a good vacuum. I saw this Shark and jumped on that buy because I needed to put a little more money in order to get quality. I used my old vacuum and my Shark. How is this possible? Really? I vacuum almost every day. If you have kids or dogs, buy a shark, you will not regret it.
👤I am a clean freak. Just who I am. I have two dogs and two kids that make my clean routine go out of control. I have tried several vacuums over the years, but neither impressed me. I can tell you why I love shark. I would be broke the first day changing bags due to dog hair, so bagless is the way to go. I would be broke from all the bags. The vacuum picks up my dogs hair. I mean to hit it. Doesn't collect and spit it out in another corner, instead grabs it and piles it in the canister. It picks up a good amount of dander in various places, like the rugs, pet beds, dining room rooms, etc. The dogs have shed 600 lbs of fur and are cleaning the downstairs hardwood floors. Will you settle for 200 lbs? The vacuum is easy to clean and keep the suction, but it also gets a lot of dirt, fur, and dust. I don't think I can trust another vacuum to do this job. One week I clean the filters with dawn soap and water, it will allow the air to dry. The vacuum collects and keeps our home clean. The additional hoses that come with the shark are great in getting into corners, under beds, stairs, bathroom floors, and grabbing snow salt on the floors. The jobs you don't want your back to go out on are the ones you want to use the adapters for. The shark is in the car. It sucks up hair in the back seat of the car and I carry it out to the garage. It's worth the money. The build up in the filter is what causes you to lose suction. I said to wash as I said or to have another one to have on stand by. I have owned a shark for 15 years with zippo issues. I had to replace one of the stairs because it took a hard ride down the stairs.
👤The vacuum doesn't work on carpets. The floors worked well. The carpet was pushed with pet hair and dirt. The seller has no way of resolving the issue. Don't. Buy from the company.
The hose comes with a Crevice tool, a dusting brush and an upholstery tool. The dust cup has a capacity of 2.6 quarts. Never loses Suction. It is lightweight and manageable. The carpet and bare floor are of the highest quality. Pet hair cleaning tools are premium.
👤The college kid left a review that sealed the deal for me. He was correct. This isn't a vacuum. It's a miracle. There is a valve on it. You might need to reduce the strength of the suction to move it across the floor. No kidding. I don't know why the feature that makes this vacuum cleaner so hard to use is not the number one feature in their packaging. As I walk across it, it pulls up my carpet. After one test, it pulled out half an inch of really fine nasty dust that my old vacuum cleaner never cared for. My teenager couldn't wait to use it in his room. The vacuum did not mind that he sucked up hair clips. I pulled it out of the top without breaking the clip. The wheels are smooth. It's not loud. It's easy to empty. I'm in love. I can't wait until my children wake up so I can see how bad our machine is and how much better it is.
👤Even though some of you may think I'm joking, I am most certainly not. This is an honest review, hand to god. If there was an option for 12 stars, I would pick it. The setting was 6 months ago and it was an apartment with four young men and dogs. The duplex is on the edge of Boston. There are hardwood floors, hallway runner rugs, area rugs, bath mats, door mats, etc. Imagine a 2000 sq. foot apartment with a freshly-shaped lollipop on every door mat, a barber floor, a sports arena bathroom, and a toilet seat on the east coast. Our apartment was that one. No shame. We grabbed a free Dirt Devil vacuum from the curb when we moved in. We found out that the "devil" of dirt was actually a giant red leaf blower. The previous owner's hair and dust was covered by this thing. We saw this and did nothing for 6 months, we are lazy college grads. We decided that being adults was fun. While we sit on the couch surfing Amazon for a vacuum, the four of us grab some refreshing beverages. If you're looking for a "bang for your buck" vacuum, look for the Shark Navigator Deluxe. We sign up for Amazon Prime so we can get this bad boy in 2 days, because our apartment alert level is at defcon 5. Our vacuum arrived 48 hours later. We can put this thing to the ultimate test by ripping apart the packaging. We waited to write this review to make sure it lasted more than the first few days of cleaning our apartment. This thing is very large. It has cleaned every single thing in our apartment, without a single hiccup or flinch. The dog hair and other hairs have been pulled out of the place. Over the past 6 months, every ounce of dust and dirt has vanished. It is easy to use. It takes 2 seconds to assemble and then BOOM. The vacuum is amazing. My parents own a Dyson vacuum and live 20 minutes from me. My parents wouldn't let me borrow their Dyson for an afternoon because the apartment was in bad shape and they were afraid of damaging their vacuum. I have vacuumed many carpets in my day, and the Shark vacuum works just as well as my parents vacuum. For a quarter of the price! The vacuum is very useful. We read through the negative reviews before purchasing the vacuum. We believe that if you can't handle me at my worst, you can't handle me at my best. The person who wrote the top negative review was incapable of cleaning. They described their use of the vacuum in a way that made it seem like they smashed it into the base boards of their house. If you apply repeated head trauma to something, it probably won't work. The vacuum hit them in the head when they were using the hose attachment, but apparently it was an "Update" to their review, since they noted that it was a negative. This resulted in a bad review. If you want a vacuum that can handle the worst of the worst, buy this thing. If you are like the negative reviewer, and it stops working, you wont be out a lot of money. I give this item a score of 12 out of 100. Tom Brady has vacuums.
Powerful and light. The most powerful hand vacuum is under 2.1 pounds. The hand vac was measured at the hand vac, versus stand-alone and corded stick hand vacs under 2.1 lbs. The portable charging base is always ready for a quick clean, with two unique storing and charging setup to match the way you clean. Incredible contorted contort The frame is ultra-lightweight and HyperVelocity provides incredible cleaning performance. One quick touch to empty the dust cup will leave no mess. There is a mode for dealing with difficult issues. The boost button can 888-269-5556 888-269-5556. One-tOUCH TRANSITIONS: You can switch between cleaning modes in a second. There is deep-cleaning technology. PowerFins is a cleaning technology that digs deep into carpets.
👤This is a positive review. I bought this vacuum, unlike other reviewers. Here's what I like. It has a charging base which makes sense, the plug is small for behind furniture placement, and the attachment for the base is underneath so there is nothing to stick out. The brush roll unit can be used to charge the handheld part, pictured with the nozzle and small brush attached. This also comes with a large brush attachment with a lot of bristles, but it doesn't have a home on the base. The vacuum is very quiet and quitter than I expected. I have yet to explore the other secondary filter that is inside the conical mesh design. The fun of this vacuum is figuring out what buttons do. The manual was used for a few. I was impressed with the amount of cat fur that was sucked up by the dust bin. As advertised, you're not going to be vacuuming for long, so you should not overfill the dust container. It's important to charge it out of the box. I was able to make it around the bottom floor of my house with a full charge and a brush roller and the vacuum never slowed. The battery is replaceable so you can have more than one. The brush head rollers are very soft, unlike the plastic vacuum wheels which rattle across wood floors. The simplicity and ease of use of this vacuum makes it easy to grab the vacuum. I would buy it again. I hope the battery holds up over time and that it's more reliable than the smaller handheld cousin. 4.5 stars for this one. There is no place to put the second attachment points.
👤The vacuum is great for me, but it has a design problem. I knew when I bought it that the battery wouldn't last long and the dust cup wouldn't hold much, so I really don't have to complain about that. I don't think the battery lasts as long if you use the floor attachment. When using the hand vac, it seems to go down slower. If the dust cup gets too full, you can just stop by a wastebasket and dump it. It's not going to clean a big house in one session, but it is light and handy, and I love being able to take off the hand vac and get into places the floor attachment wouldn't fit in, then replace it and keep going. I'm old and it's light, so that's a big plus. I've been happy with the power. The dog hair doesn't get wound around the roller, and it seems stronger than another brand. That may be the best feature. There is a design problem with the dust cup. The diagram for removing the filter is not correct. The filter wouldn't come out if the lid wasn't open enough. The shark customer service had no advice. I returned it because I was afraid it would break, and I checked the part before I got the new vacuum. I could pry the new one open to remove the filter if I worked on it. They need to redesign that part. The battery is out of stock on their website. If you want to be sure you can remove the filter for thorough cleaning when you get yours, you should check to see if it will come out and you can't return it to Amazon. You don't have to do it every day. It is shown in Figure 3 under the Dust Cup and Filter. It would be hard to repack the stand after it is disassembled, so don't put it together until you're sure you're keeping it. I went through a lot of back and forth on Facebook and even sent a picture of the problem, but after a day or so, I was told I had to call. I returned the product because I don't think that excellent customer service is worth it. I hope nothing happens during the warranty period. I have never had a problem with my corded Shark vacuum. A star is needed for the dust cup problem. It would be five stars if not for that.
The power source is corded electric. The powerFUL SUCTION: Deep- clean carpets and tackle bare floors. Lift-a-way functions. The nozzle can be removed to clean under furniture or above the floor. The anti-allerg complete seal technology is used. The vacuum cleaner can be used with a HEPA filter. It's perfect for pets. The upholstery tool has powerful pet hair pickup attachment. SWIVEL STEERING allows you to maneuver your vacuum in and out of tight spaces. The Rush Roll is shutting down. You can switch from deep carpet cleaning to gentle bare floor cleaning with the feature. The large-CAPACITY DUST CUP has a capacity for longer cleaning sessions. The dust cup can be easily removed.
👤I bought this vacuum to replace an older vacuum that had lost its power. The vacuum has been great so far. When it arrived. I was a little worried when I saw how narrow the vacuum was. I thought I would have to do a lot more work to get my floors clean. I used the manual to assemble the vacuum after it arrived in several large pieces. It only took a few minutes. I read through the features and how to use them after I put it all together. The canister can be removed from the roller base to clean stairs. It's helpful on the stairs. I had to use my knee to make sure the canister didn't fall down the stairs because the carpeted stairs didn't sit well with the detached canister. There is an upholstery attachment that spins when the vacuum is on. This is good for the stairs. A thin wand is meant to help clean under couches and large furniture. There is also a tool that can be used in a pinch. The vacuum is very light and pivots and turns very quickly. This vacuum has a powerful amount of vacuum, and it seems like it is self propelled. If you are vacuuming a thick carpet or an area rug, you can adjust the vacuum's position to keep it from grabbing onto your carpet. The first time I used this vacuum, it was only a couple days after I had vacuumed my house, but I filled an entire canister just to clean my living room and dining room area rugs. I can handle emptying it a little more frequently if the canister does a better job than my old one. I am very pleased with my purchase so far. If you found my review helpful, I would love to have you read it.
👤The vacuum works great. It's light and easy to maneuver. I would give it 5 stars because it met my expectations. The roller brush stopped spinning after a couple of months, but you knew it was coming. Thank goodness for the internet because after a quick search for others with the same problem, I found a video with a fix for it. The pressure switch is malfunctioning. This is not covered by a warranty so I had to either fix it or throw it away. I needed to purchase a set of security head bits and they needed to be extra long so this is a good one to purchase. I ripped apart the vacuum and then replaced it with a new one and put the wires back together. The roller brush will keep spinning even in the locked upright position if "Always on" is used. I would rather have the switch go bad again. This taints my whole review. This is happening more than a few times if there's a fix on the video. The review was bad.
👤I bought this to replace a Dyson. The one room I have with wall-to-wall carpet has a vacuum that does a good job. That is the only positive. It is top heavy. You need three hands to operate the attachment. The fill line is only an inch or two from the bottom of the canister, so you have to empty it constantly. I can't vacuum the length of my family room because the cord is short and mounted low. It can't pick up cat litter or pine needles on tile or hardwood. I am not sure how they were able to design this so poorly. I would have liked to have invested in another Dyson.
