👤The item is DEFFECTIVE. The microphone isn't working. It is not possible to use in the game. The issue was fixed by following several videos. Nothing changed it. It stopped working after recording audio for a few minutes. It won't record audio anymore. It's not possible to chat in the game. It was a failure.
👤I needed a replacement for my headset. They are not cheap and feel solid. The sound quality is great, the mic is clear, and the ear cups are comfortable even after 4 hours of play. I am very happy with the headset.
👤I got the headphones renewed and put them on, but the left one doesn't work. They took my money from my account. I have to wait two weeks before I get my money back. I will no longer be using this company.
👤Within 24 hours of receipt of the item, the headset started making a crackling noise. We tested both devices and it was definitely an issue with this headset. I don't have time to figure out how to get a refund or return it. The headset was a waste of money and resulted in a disappointed child. I don't recommend this item.
👤The mic is garbage, new out of the box scratching noises other players would hear as well as low voice volume when everything is maxed out, so I threw it away.
👤I got them for my son who doesn't take good care of stuff and they are lasting longer than I thought.
👤I bought these for my son to use with his Xbox Series S, but they stopped working after 3 weeks. The sound stopped completely. The other reviewers had the same experience. It was a disappointment.
👤My friends couldn't hear me because I sounded far away.
👤After only using a few times, the jacks need to be twisted until the party member can use the new Xbox series twice.
👤The headsets were broken on 21st March. It looks like the headset jack has a bad connection.
👤Good headset for both work and gaming. Excellent price and quality.
👤The end piece of the headset has come off.
The only good thing about their collagen capsules is that they are easy to swallow and bring with you wherever you go. It is made in the USA with all natural ingredients. They know you will love it. Press the power button three times to connect with your mobile device. The controller has a 3.5mm cable. It requires an Xbox wired accessory for Windows. The lightweight aluminum and memory foam ear pads make them comfortable. The noise-cancelling mic is a wireless headset. Leather head beam adjusts to the user's head shape for convenient comfort.
👤They are a great pair of headphones, just make sure they are compatible with the PS4
👤There is a product called the NubWO G06 Wireless Gaming Headset for PS5, PS4, PC, Noise Cancelling Over Ear, and Soft Memory Earmuffs. I've tried them and found them intrusive, heavy, and uncomfortable. These are very comfortable all around. They were a little heavy for me. The plastic felt high quality and I had no problem with that. The headset feels good. The connection was perfect for me as well. If it weren't for my dislike of headsets and how they feel, I would be very happy with this headset. Plastic feels like quality and doesn't crinkle when taped. The bass is tight and the highs are clear. It sounds good with music as well. Ear pads are soft. The adjustment has a positive click when pulled out or pushed in. My voice was clear and loud according to the mic. It is bendable for fine adjustment. I had no interference from the ear phones. The wireless connection was perfect for me. Drop outs and other problems were not present. On Ear Buttons: On/Off + Mute: Works perfectly and gives audio prompt. It's annoying that the mic is off. It works well. You can hear outside noises, but not well. You don't hear anything when you play music or games. I have a hard time hearing myself talk. The volume is. There is a volume wheel in the left side of this set. This is a nice touch. You spin it up or down. There is no audio delay when you use the internet 2.4 GHz. It is possible that noise cancellation on the ear side is a positive. It's for me. The ear pad material is made from soft and porous material. For me, it was on the heavy side. I read all of the reviews here and none of the negatives affected me. The wireless connection was perfect, the pads were comfortable, and the quality seems very good. They were a little heavy for me.
👤The game set is great. The sound quality is clear. It is a great headset for gaming.
👤The headphones have good sound quality. It's nice to not have to worry about tangled cords as they are working well so far.
👤I don't like being tethered to a cord so I use this on my gaming night. Its battery life was one of the selling points. The best thing about this is that I can have only my discord chat going through it while the game audio goes through my main system. My group had a 4-5 hour session last week. I forgot to charge the headset after it was over. I was invited to another impromptu session a couple of days later. I didn't know if the headset would hold up since I hadn't charged it. It lasted another 3 hours and was still going strong when I woke up. Highly recommended.
👤I like these headphones. It's great for the battery life. Sounds good. Great for listening to music, but the mic picks it up. Anywhere from you breathing or people taking lv. I had a wind sock that I used for this. This issue is caused by Do 4. If you used the app. People will tell you that they hear noise.

👤Why didn't you put a volume control on the mic to controller cable? In order to change my volume I have to open up settings and adjust chat and game volume inside the console. They want us to by the mic. They put the phone jack on the same side as the mic, on the back of the left ear, and the wire is rubbing on my neck. It's not acceptable for a 150 dollar headset. My audio quality is the same as my turtle beaches, and I have an echo issue when my friends are talking to me. I have to buy the same audio as Microsoft. Please don't waste your money on this purchase, I am so let down by it.
👤I have owned a pair of a40's for a couple of years now, but my first pair died after about 2 years of use, and the mic just stopped working. This will be my second pair. They work well for Call of Duty games because of the surround sound and clarity of sound. If you don't mind the price, I would recommend these. The first time I bought a pair of these, I also bought the Mixamp, which I don't think is necessary. I couldn't figure out what the point of the mixamp was because I couldn't tell if I plugged it in directly through the controller or if I connected through the optical cable. You might want to research it further, but I would say that the mixamp is a good one.
👤This headset is very large. The sound is clear and the highs and base are balanced. It has a good amount of comfort for a long time. You can swap out the ear muffs with new ones if you need to, which is top of the line. You can change the mic to be on the left or right side, and you can also change the headband and tags on the earmuffs. If the mic or ear muffs are damaged or the cord is cut, you can get new parts on the Astros website, which will make the headset good to go again. If you're looking for a headset that's reliable and cheap, go for this one.
👤Absolutely love the A40 model. The model felt a little big. No problem. These are even stronger and fit better. I have a problem with the inline mute cable because it doesn't have the volume control I had. The surround sound feature on the new A50s makes a good echo or metallic echo of your voice. If you try the normal sound mode, it sounds like the A40's. The activation code for Dolby digital is included in the a40s. I don't know if I can tell the difference without it. I guess that is a given since it is supposed to be surround sound with Dolby digital on through Xbox settings. It would be perfect if this included the volume sliders on the inline cable. It is a shame that it does not include that. The top band cushion might be a little bit wider after using them more. It's not noticeable most of the time, but on some days it feels like the cushion on my head is a bar. A simple adjustment fixes it.
You should always be prepared to play with up to 15-hours of gaming per charge using the included charging cable. You can connect directly to your Xbox Series XS or One just like a wireless controller, and start gaming in seconds. You can connect your mobile device to the Xbox to play music and make calls while you play. Clearcast microphone. The Arctis mic uses the same design as aircraft carrier deck crews for superior noise cancellation so that your voice sounds clear and natural. The Arctis soundscape emphasizes subtle, yet critical sounds to give you an audio advantage. The 20 Plus Hour battery is a brand new Chipset designed specifically for the XBOX with superior audio quality and dual-wireless support. Compatibility: PC, Mobile, and Xbox One.
👤After 2 months of use, it constantly disconnected from my xbox. It is almost unbearable to use. I can only imagine what I will lose if I resell them. There are a few things that keep the headset from being 5 stars. It takes too long to turn on, it randomly turns off, and it doesn't like to charge with the provided cable. The headset is comfortable, good battery life, friends say that the mic quality is great, and it's easy to connect to all your devices, but the cons are pretty annoying. I will update the rating if the issues go away.
👤I ignored the reviews and bought these because they were the best for the XBOX. They are great when they work. The sound is amazing. I could hear leaves rustling. They work for a while and then distort. I owned them for the second night in a row. I think they did it five times. I'm going to buy a pair of Sennheisers because I'm giving up on these "gamer" headphones. I don't talk to anyone.
👤These headphones do something few can do, so you have to understand that. I was looking for headphones that could be used for both PC and XBOX gaming, and this is the key! It was easy to pair the controller to the Xbox. It also turned on the Xbox, which was convenient. It's easy to pair the computer with. The quality is not the same. The mic sounds terrible. If you have the Microsoft Wireless Adapter, it becomes a pretty decent PC headphones as well. The mic sounds clear and the sound is great. You have to re-pair the headphones when you switch from console to PC or vise-versa. It takes 6 seconds to pair, so it's not a big deal. I think they are great. I think these sound better than Turtle Beach 800x Elite. They are more comfortable and lighter on the head. The Turtle Beach had too many options on the headphones and the wireless base transmitter was too heavy. The only cons I can think of is that you can't go too loud with these, which will save your ears in the long run. These are the headphones that will work with PC and Xbox. They sound great. The mic is good. They are light and stylish. You have to buy a separate accessory for the headset because it is not included with the Microsoft Wireless Adapter.
👤No one likes to be disappointed in the end. Take what you want and make a decision. I was a fan of Turtle Beach for a long time but never went back after my first Steel Series Headset. After the abuse my 2 year old put my last Arctis through and many late night gaming sessions. The Steel Series performance andDurability Impressed me. I received the Arctis 9X wireless headset a few days ago and I can already say it is my favorite. They added a few improvements over previous models. It makes for a better experience. They put a red light on the mic to make it easier to see muted vs unmuted. The chat mixer/volume wheels were moved to a less cluttered area so that you don't accidentally blow out your ear drums. The ear pieces and ski strap band are great for fit and comfort. I know I can wear it for years without any issues or degrading parts, even if my spawn throws it across a room. The mic is clear and clean when it's being used. After hours of use, the battery life is not yet known. It was easy to unbox and protect the shipping. I already tested the limits of the previous model and gave it 5 stars. I know it's premature to give Arctis 9X a 5 Stars early, but I've spent time with it and it works well. If you're wrong, you'll see an updated version.
It is licensed for the X series with a limited warranty. The #1 best-selling gaming peripheral manufacturer in the US is Source. Immersive, 7.1 surround sound for positional audio is only available on Windows 10. The All-Day Comfort is a cooling gel- infused cushion. An improved cardioid mic reduces background noises for crystal-clear communication. A built-in mic and volume control is part of the In-Line Audio Controls. The frame of the Kraken is lightweight and durable. The response time was 12 to 28 kHz.
👤I decided to get the Kraken headset because I was tired of using the old turtle beach from my previous XBOX. They felt like they cracked the top of my skull after a few hours of use. The acoustics on the Blue Snowball are amazing, but I wanted a headset with a mic that was integrated for gaming, and not just a headset with a mic. Is the hype worth it? I can confirm that this headset does live up to the hype and that it's not just a brand that ships out crappy equipment for high prices. I can't say the same for some of their other headsets. The headset is comfortable and functional. It's a steal, it's sold by Amazon for less than their price. The earmuff cooling technology feels legit, the mic is retractable, and the packaging gives a great first impression. You can see the balance between left and right when you use the integrated volume dial, but it's not clear if this is my unit. This is annoying while you are playing a game. If you have this issue, I suggest turning the volume all the way to high, then use your keyboard to adjust the volume on the OS side, rather than the hardware side. I'll keep working on it. The ears are a little bigger than I thought, but I think this may save my ears. I wish the cable came with an integrated voice-chat/game volume balance feature, like Turtle Beach on Xbox. I'm not sure if the tournament edition is worth the $40 premium. The best headset on the market for $60 to 100 is a redesign of that stupid unit with the tournament edition. The pros and cons of this headset were considered. It has flaws like all things in technology. I'm sure that over the next few generations of this headset, Razer will introduce some killer features. I would recommend this headset to anyone who is looking for a headset that is comfortable, functional, stylish, and inexpensive. The features included in this headset make it the best out there.
👤The mic is low quality. You have to turn the mic up to hear yourself. There is no wind feedback. The headphones work well. Returning.
👤I love my first headset. Attach the ears to it. I had some problems figuring out the audio issues, but I think it was a combination of drivers and making sure my settings were right and plugging it in the back. I had them for a few months and they are still holding up well. Not the most comfortable, but great quality! Would recommend it.
👤These headphones are amazing. They're cute, feminine, and have a way of canceling out background noise. My husband is trying to talk to me while I have them on. I can't hear what he is saying. If you want to make your gaming/ computer station feminine, I suggest getting the kitten ears that attach to the top of the headphones. I will be buying all the matching products from the same company.
The sound is ready to support spatial audio technologies. Turtle Beach's renowned high-sensitivity mic picks up your voice loud and clear to ensure your commands are always heard; plus, it flips up out of the way to hide when not in use and blends into the headset's design. The speakers are high-QUALITY. 40mm over- ear speakers produce crisp highs and thundering lows. The weight barrier is light. A lightweight headset design ensures complete comfort during those hours-long gaming sessions. There are premium early cushions. Synthetic leather-wrapped ear cushions have added comfort, improved bass response and better noise-isolation. The Recon 70 works with multiple platforms, including the Nintendo Switch, PC, and Mobile devices.
👤My son has a replacement headset. He's happy. He said it was better than his old one. My kid can't hear me tell him to take out the trash because they cancel noise well.
👤I bought this headset and it doesn't have a switch. You can change it to work other than that.
👤The microphone broke off the base after 3 months of use. We glue it. Turtle Beach was contacted. They wanted us to send them a photo. I told them that we glue the microphone back onto the base. The device needed to be replaced under warranty based on the photo. They wanted us to cut the cable on the headset and send them a photo to prove that we did so. They decided that the headset needed to be replaced but wanted us to go through the extra steps to prove that we did what they wanted. This isn't how you treat your customers. If they wanted the device back so they could do whatever they wanted with it, then they should have sent us a return label.
👤I wanted to use this headset. The audio was clear at first. After using it for 2 weeks, I'm no longer happy. It's fine with most games. When playing a game with a lot of audio and gunfire, the audio skips a lot. This is the only time the skipping happens. I can play some games without issues. If I'm in a heavy mission with a lot of noise, it's rough. Half of the in game noise has already been silenced. I don't know if I got a bad quality headset or a faulty one.
👤These headphones are very good. They don't have every gizmo that you want, but they have everything you need, including a cool flip-up mic, and they're cheap. There were no complaints.
👤They sound great, the mic picks up good, and the mute works. It feels like there is a heating element inside the headphones after they have been on your head for 15 minutes, and it becomes unbearable to wear continuously for over 30 minutes. I would love to have my money back if you only use these for short gaming sessions.
👤You have to change the Nintendo Switch default settings to make the microhone work.
👤I bought this on a budget to replace my headset. The Recon 70 is lighter and more comfortable, doesn't require separate charging (wired to controller) and the flip-to-mute mic works well. There are pros and cons. The sound is not as good as the PS Gold, and there is no chat volume control. If your friends' mic volume is low, you will not be able to hear them very well.
👤I was going to return the headset because I thought the mic wasn't compatible with the Nintendo Switch. You need to change your settings. To ensure that Voice chat is on, open the game, then settings, then audio, and check that it's 'open mic'. Press the X button to apply the changes. You can either power off or restart your switch. I had to find a video on YouTube to learn how to pair the box.
Next-gen gaming includes games like Call of Duty, Black Ops, DOTA 2, and Monster Hunter. Great gifts for people who play games. It was designed for comfort and convenience. It's compatible with the Xbox One and X.
👤If you could read the reviews, you would see they are marketed as light weight. Why would you expect a heavy weighted down design? Someone said they didn't realize they were wireless and thought they could connect via the internet. If you only took a few seconds to read the instructions, you'd see they're only wireless. This is a great quality headset for the price. I already have an expensive set of wired headphones and a killer sound system, so I bought these for the wireless ability to talk with friends while gaming, and I am using them for much more. They sound great when playing a game and listening to music. They are easy to use and charge quickly, and can also be used while charging if you have a longer cord than is included. The battery life is also long. I have only charged them two times since I received them two weeks ago. The construction is clearly quality and lightweight, I don't feel like they're going to break in any way as a few other reviews have mentioned. I highly recommend this headset, it will cost you just $80, but you will be blown away with the quality.
👤My headphones have been on for one year. They arrived one year ago and are still holding up well. The price for headphones was$40. These are an amazing product and are inexpensive. The headphones are impressive at canceling noise, but they are not loud enough to increase to a loud volume, which is a downside. If you're still skeptical about the headset, think about it like this, if you're a casual game player who plays games when you have free time, definitely invest in this product. If you find that gaming is not a hobby, then maybe you should buy a more expensive set. The quality of this headset is not likely to be noticed by normal consumers.
👤We all know the HyperX brand from Kingston. The Cloud II's are the most popular gaming headsets with a price of 99$, but will a more budget oriented headset check all the right boxes? No, not really. All cheap gaming headsets have the same defect. The first impression of sound quality is that it is balanced until you turn up the volume, and the bass is muddy, and the treble is terrible, and those two response categories end up drown out. The earcups are made of a material that won't get hot over long sessions of gaming, and the headband is flexible to compensate for that, as well as the earcups have some flexibility for different head sizes. The earcups are on the shallow side and it would have been better if there was more padding inside. A good amount of flexibility in the headband makes the build quality fine. The permanently attached dual cable and the joints are not meant to be handled with force. How good is the mic? The mic on this headset comes off as below average, because so many headsets these days have great microphones. The sound quality of the drivers is muddy, but the bass pickup is nice for a deeper voice like mine. The mic pivots about 100 degrees and bends to create a good position for you.
The power pro audio is designed to deliver precision surround sound with 50mm HD Speaker Drivers. Lifetime subscription to the Dolby Atmos is included. Wireless and wired connections are available, you can connect up to 40 feet or 3.5mm cable to power the headset. It is licensed by the Xbox for the One X, Series X, Series S, PC. Clear voice audio can be achieved with a noise-cling MIC. To mute a microphone, flip it up. All Day Comfort is an Ultra-Lightweight design, durable frame, and vegan leather cushions. For long gaming sessions, the battery life is 16+ hours. The charging device is included. Next-gen gaming includes games like Call of Duty, Black Ops, DOTA 2, and Monster Hunter. Great gifts for people who play games.
👤I decided to try streaming and play on the console. When setting up for streaming, I was told that I would need a capture card, chat link cable, and a wired headset. I ruled them out because the series x does not have the opt cord port. I purchased this pair after going through 7 different headsets. It felt great to purchase it. The headset is not as glasses friendly as I would like it to be and the mixer button function does not work when playing as wired. It puts pressure on my frames, but once I adjust the position of my frames or put in my contacts, I have no problems at all. The 2 drawbacks prevented me from giving it 5 stars, but I am loving the headset. I bought the controller as well and I can't wait to see how it goes.
👤A good headset. You don't have to sync it because it has a separate piece that goes into an open port on the PS5. If you don't want to use it wireless, it has a physical cable. It's good enough, but not super luxurious. The sound is decent, a bit bass boosted. Volume control is on the headphones. It's very easy to use and it's nice to adjust while wearing them. Appropriately priced for what you get.
👤Audio is terrible. I bought a better headset from Amazon a year ago. My friends have some static when they talk.
👤If I walk across the room and my voice starts cutting out, I am losing connection with my pc. I bought these to use with an integrated soft phone and am having audio issues.
👤My experience with gaming headsets is that an old Turtle Beach headset is very nice, but in a different price range and category than this Victrix Gambit Wireless headset, which is very nice but in a different price range and category. Solid build quality. The plastic is sturdy enough for regular use. The cups look nice with contrasting stitching. My previous headsets were not as sturdy as the mic stem is. It is flexible and stays where you put it. Wheels, controls and buttons are more comfortable than on previous headsets. Depending on whether you're wired or wireless, the controls differ. The on-headset controls are disabled when wired. Inline wired controls adjust volume. The right earcup has a volume control dial and the left has a mic. The mode button next to the power button turns the mic off. It's useful if you want to hear yourself talk. The mic-off switch can be used when you move the mic stem away from your face. You'll feel the sound click and there's a loud noise to let you know the mic is turned off. It's neat! It's pretty good. They don't sit on the ears because the headset is circumaural. The cups are very deep. I have normal ears that don't reach the speaker grille but touch the inside edges of the cups. If you have bigger ears, they might sit on top of your ears. The cup is made of vegan leather. Despite playing for hours it was still warm and comfortable, and I didn't feel like I was sweaty. The force of the headband is pleasant, but my head size is average. The cups shift around if I shake my head, but the headset doesn't fall off. The mic quality depends on whether you are wired or wireless. The recordings have a cold almost ring-modulated feel to them when wired. Doesn't sound good. You'll be heard for most of the time. If you want to use a mic during a game, you might want to use an external mic. There are less artifacts and flanging. When you pause, aggressive noise cancelling can cause the audio to be completely lost. When you start speaking, I pick up immediately. It's just weird. It's not ideal for recordings but fine for gaming. It didn't seem to me that the audio quality was different for general use. Audio quality is pretty good, and it does well in a few ways. It's a little boomy and sometimes poorly defined in the low end, which I don't like in music. My other gaming headset leans the other way and has a fairly anemic bass response, but is always defined and clear. The app allows you to adjust the sound with some preset, which will help tame the bass. The extra bass makes for a more exciting experience for games and action movies. The stereo field is what I like about the Gambit. I mix and record music for fun and use professional headsets. My other gaming headset has a narrow stereo image and it makes me cringe sometimes. The sounds of the Gambit seem to come from the left and right. Music tracks that are mixed well and have separated instruments are a joy to listen to. It's very good in surround sound applications. In Rise of the Tomb Raider, sound effects are very realistic and it's easy to locate objects based on sound alone - I've spun around hearing snow crunch beside or behind me multiple times. These are excellent for gaming. This marketing feature is a little disingenuous. This headset only works in wireless mode because it only works with the Dolby Access app, which is required for the headset to work. When I compared wired and wireless performance, I realized I could attach my own Dolby Atmos license to my laptop. When wired, the Victrix Gambit has Dolby Atmos. I own every other wired headset. Hmm. The surround sound effect is better through the Gambit than my other gaming headset, primarily because of the wider stereo image. It's great to feel the low end in music and objects whiz by your head, sounds seem more dramatic. Lots of fun! I'm used to paying a lot for a wired headset just for listening to music. I have no complaints about the value of a wireless gaming headset. I can't give it 5 stars because the mic is not as good as the speakers and the low end definition is not as good. There are other aspects to the sound that compensate, but they are not perfect. This is a strong 4- 4.5 stars.
The viscoelastic memory foam and plush leatherette ear pads provide exceptional comfort for hours of gaming. The aluminum yokes are sturdy to take the hits and deliver outstanding gaming audio for a long time. If you want to switch focus from hearing the action to hearing your teammates, you need to balance your game audio and chat mix. Play with the freedom of up to 30 feet of wireless range and up to 20 hours of battery life, easily charging with ausb-c cable. The Kaira X has cutting-edge drivers that can tune highs, mids, and lows separately, which makes it sound brighter, clearer, and more powerful. The mic has improved housing and pickup for amazing voice capture that suppresses noise from the back and sides and is supported by mic monitoring and game/chat balance to ensure optimal levels. The Flowknit Memory Foam Ear Cushions have a weave that is Breathable and Ultra- Soft, which reduces sweat and heat build-up. On-headset Controls: On-the-fly adjustments with a microphone mute button and volume control are located under the left earcup. The headset has a 3.5mm jack that allows it to be compatible with other platforms. It works with Windows Sonic if you pair the headset with a surround sound system that puts audio with a high degree of accuracy.
👤The main headphones I use are the HD599SE from Sennheiser. The Kaira are closed back. I like the Kaira X white color, it fits my PC color scheme, and I like the fabric cable. I bought it for PC and console gaming. First impressions were uncertain. I expected more bass. The HD599 are more focused than the Kairas. HD599 has more bass. The bass and treble are not in front. I was worried about price being low, but so far I am pleasantly surprised with Kaira X. I would get low quality audio. I am content so far. Audio is clean and neutral. There are strong mids. If you listen to music, you will hear the high hats. You will hear those foot steps if you play games. There was no booming bass. If you don't want explosions to drown our other noises, this is good. You may want more bass if you play games like Grand Theft Auto 5. I will use HD599SE. The fabric Ear Pods are comfortable. No heat or pain. I don't think the mic is replaceable. I tried, but didn't want to break. The soundstage is closed back. I like to alternate.
👤The sound quality on this headset is on par. I can hear someone reloading their weapon in the next room when I use them for games like Call of Duty. The sound of movies and TV shows is very good, even if you use an over the ear headset. My only complaint is that it can be difficult to turn the mic off while playing but my controller has that function and I was in the habit of using it anyway. It is not a big problem. I used Windows Sonic on my XBOX and it was slightly better than using Dolby, but you can change the settings if you have the app. They sound good with either option.
👤Nice headset! Light weight and comfortable! I have tried many headsets, but this is the one I like the most. Really happy! 3.5 head jack works on all platforms, and just look at how beautiful it is.
👤I got this for my 14th birthday. He enjoys playing on the Xbox one. He barely hears when I scream for him. It's super comfy for extended wear. Highly recommended for the price.
👤This headset is great. It has great audio. The footsteps in the games are crystal clear and you can hear all the small sounds in the background. My friends can hear me. It is very comfortable and fits my head. The headset is a steal at 60 dollars and the button is easy to use. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a really good headset to buy it.
👤It is comfortable and sounds great, my friends can hear me clearly, and the sound quality is an 8.
👤It was my fault. The accessories app requires you to turn the volume up on the console. The audio is good, but the game audio is barely audible with the volume turned all the way up. If they were just for listening to music, I would give them five stars, but since they are advertised as gaming headphones, I can't give them five stars.
Turtle Beach has a high-sensitivity mic that picks up your voice loud and clear. ImmersIVE GAMING AUDIO - Superior 40mm over- ear speakers produce crisp highs and thundering lows, and are designed to support spatial audio technologies. MultiPLATFORM COMPATIBILITY is designed for the following: Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4, and PS4 Pro, Nintendo Switch, PC Gaming, and Mobile devices. The band is called METAL-REINFORCED. A metal-reinforced headband is made of metal. There are foam EAR CUSHIONS. The ear cushions are made of synthetic leather. The ProSpecs design removes pressure on your glasses while you play. On-EAR VOLUME CONTROLS allow you to quickly adjust volume.
👤We have a girl in the family that loves these. The Turtle Beach brand is already a fan of these. The sound quality? Excellent. The design? It was sleek. Is it a good idea to upgrade to the microphone? Outstanding. Her old headset has a clip on microphone that is attached to her flip up flip up headset. The fit? Finally a headset that fits her. She is small, so most of them slip and slide around, even at the smallest size, but these don't. The padding? Fantastic. She wears glasses that absorb the stems so they don't hit her head. The colors? So pretty! Headsets are typically gender neutral or a little more masculine, but these are light and bright, a nice change. The price? It's reasonable for the quality level. Turtle Beach is a definite winner. If you clickHelpful, it will help your decision.
👤I am not happy with this headset. The mic is too close to the speakers. Everyone in my call can hear it perfectly, but I can't have anything playing in my headset. Any volume that is over 40% is going into the mic. The issue is that the mic is too close to the speakers. The mic is far away from my mouth, so it doesn't pick up quieter responses. The mic and sound quality are good, but that is to be expected at this price. Sometimes it produces a crackling sound. It looks pretty.
👤I absolutely adore these! The difference between these and the cheap hand-me-down headset I had is crazy, especially since these aren't really expensive. They are marketed as glasses friendly. They are soft and can be adjusted. I wear them for several hours at a time and they don't hurt. I like that I can flip the mic up if I want to quiet myself down. I use them for both consoles and have never experienced any problems.
👤Love the color and the comfort of the buy. The new game chair looks great.
👤After two months, broke. These weren't manhandled. I am not sure if it was design or material issues. Trying other brands. These were expensive for only a couple of months. We put glue on them. Not sure if the glue will hold. The break was the same for everyone. I am trying to get a refund but it looks like it is not happening. It's really bad. They replaced the set after reaching out to customer service. Will watch the next one. Customer service was very attentive. Thanks!
👤I wanted to do an update and move it to a better rating. I still agree with everything I've said before. They stopped working after 3 months and I am very careful with my gaming set up because I am very particular. Sometimes they didn't work together and sometimes they didn't work at all. There was a small break in the connection area on the headset which I didn't think was a big deal, and I don't think it would have caused the issues I was having. I was noticing audio issues for a couple of weeks. This all happened as a result of the hit. It took Turtle Beach 3.5 weeks to get back to me about this, because they took so long to respond to other items I was getting replaced with. After a week, I was replied to from that thread after I sent another email. I was not impressed because I couldn't go out to stores to get a replacement and I was following state regs to avoid non business related travel. This company was the only one that ignored their customer and took too long to fix it. I was able to take a picture of the info on the cord and learn how to cut it. They agreed to send me a replacement and so far it has worked well. I couldn't find any damage with it. Overall, I still agree. I didn't experience this with any other company and it was so frustrating to have to go through all of that for a replacement. If that matters to anyone, I had a fan replaced and a wireless one sent to me for warranty issues, but I had to wait less than a week for confirmation of shipments. It is comfortable, cute and clear. They are a little large but still can feel snug after a couple hours in the ears. I wish you could change the volume of the game and voice at the same time.
The Xbox Stereo Headset supports high-fidelity Windows Sonic, Dolby Atmos, and DTS Headphone:X spatial sound and crystal-clear chat in analog audio. The headband uses plush padding to spread pressure evenly. Ultra- soft large earcups make for a more comfortable experience during extended play sessions. On- ear controls allow you to quickly and easily adjust the volume. A 3.5mm jack is compatible with the Xbox One and Windows PCs.
👤An amazing product for a low price. The Xbox did a great job. You can have it connected to both your phones at the same time. The dolby atmos sounds great with games that support it. It is a product that costs $99.99. Don't be deceived by higher prices.
👤Sounds great! You can adjust the volume by twisting the circle side piece. The headband is comfortable. Look at how it is. I've tried on my husband's headset and I can tell you. This one is easy to take the cake. You don't need an accessory before that. Guess how you pair it. If you have an Xbox console, it's the same thing as a controller. Yes. The power and pair buttons are on the console. The console will light up with a light show. They sync up! The power button on the headset can be used to turn on the console. Just like with a controller. It is changeable. The big headed people are rejoicing. It's a great deal, and I bet it gets a lot of support. I've seen two updates since I had it. Your console will let you know. It's better than my old one that's wired. I think he'll be allocated to my switch. Being cord free is amazing. I can grab a drink in a game without taking my controller with me. Excellent! It charges via type C. You probably already have a device that uses it, but it comes with its own cord. The mic is loud, and it lights up. You can turn it off by pressing a button on the mic piece. The arm to the mic is bendable and it will light up white on the tip to let you know. Some headsets have a stiff plastic piece. If you can get one without the prices, I would highly recommend. I'm sorry if you don't like it. I think you will like it. Any price above msrp ($99.99 usd) is a scalper price. I don't want to support them. I'm thankful that I was able to pre-order mine. The quality is good. It feels like a good deal. Thank you for reading! I hope this review helped you.
👤This review is for people who care about sound quality. If you like Bose or Beats, then you should buy them, they sound just as good as those brands typical offerings. Looks good, feels good, connects easily, and has a decent battery life. What's not to love? They sound worse than my Sony headphones. There is no deep bass. You're left with a loud, flabby mid-bass and loads of it. The mid-range is compressed sounding and details get lost in the noise of the audio. They are supposed to listen to simulations of battlefield sounds which have a lot of deep bass and complex passages, and they are also supposed to hear teammates talking, shouting, guns firing, bombs exploding, level-up badges chiming, helicopters flying over, and missiles firing. I have not bothered to test them on music alone. I can't face the horror and fear what I might do to them. The design of the mic is strange. I was hoping for better quality here, the mic sound is not as good as the sound drivers, but it is not as big a flub. The voice sounded flat and electronic. 50% of the minimum acceptable length is how long the mic sits on. It's difficult to see the indicator light on the tip of the mic, and since it's permanently attached, you have to double check every time you want to use it. I've heard multiple reviewers say that in the $100 price range, these are a great option. I can't say that I've heard enough about that to have an opinion, but if that is the best you can do for $100, then don't sell that headset. If you give your engineers another $20 in budget, you will be able to charge $150 for them. People who can spend a lot of money on games, consoles, and controllers can afford to spend a bit more. I will probably end up beinggrudgingly keeping them. I don't have another gaming headset, and I'm not interested in micamps and work-arounds for the closed off Xbox wireless audio system. I've read a lot of complaints about good sounding headsets not standing up to daily use. These leave me feeling let down and like I'm not worth it. If they sounded as good as they looked. It's a shame. Sound quality 3/10 mic quality 6/10 mic indicator If the system allowed, I could have chosen an overall rating of 2.5 stars. Then again. That sound quality is not good. These cost $115. When you get them, you will need to download and install the app on your Xbox to use it. I thought it was a headset built-in when I saw the product advertisement. The app is free for a 7 day trial. I'm not sure if the virtual surround helps in the games I play. It confuses me as to the location of enemies more often than it helps. The app has a graphic-equalizer feature that will allow you to turn down the loud mid-bass to a level that won't cause an instant headaches. I discovered that the app for the headphones has a built-in EQ feature. I decided to purchase the app.
