The long-term use of the machine must be ensured by using Tineco solution. The non-Tineco solution will cause damage to the machine.
👤This was not an easy sale. There is no fix for a quality vacuum and a solid cotton-head mop and bucket. The effort to use them is required. You don't use them as much as you would like. There is a My wife and I fell in love with Tineco because of that. It was amazing for spot jobs. Pets make messes. If you have tile or hardwood flooring, this machine is amazing. It is almost perfect. This is where I would list the few gripes I have, but they are not worth the effort. We just sent ours back to get it fixed, so I'm writing this review today. I hope they will take care of us in a timely manner. We use the Tineco every day. Not for long stretches, but a few minutes. It's easy to get upset about it breaking, but we now have the chance to see how they stand behind their product. So, hit the "Useful" button. I will let you know when we get our unit back. We miss it.
👤I used my first vac six times before it stopped working. I was out of Amazon for a week. I have used wet dry vacs. No experience with crossfire. I was able to contact customer service by phone without waiting. I am 84 years old and not technically proficient, so they requested a video of the problem, but for me it was hard. Customer service answered my calls and sent me a new vac. The machine is working normally. I have tile. I give 5 stars to machine and customer service. I hope this continues. After more use, I will update. There is an update. I have never written an update on anything because of the quality of the product and the customer service. It was nice to talk to humans and send your vac back and get a new one free of charge. The Tineco 3 is working great after about a month. I would like to put this under 1 star so peeople will read it. I only read the bad reviews.
👤You don't want to use anything else after using the Tineco Floor One S3 for a while. Not even the vacuum. Once you get used to it, it is addictive. It has a learning curve, but once you understand all its functions you will not. You won't want to use a mop again. Wait until you use the machine to clean your floors. There are so many... I will be brief. Simple to clean and maintain. There is no mess with the 2 rollers and 2 filters. Well thought of the customer service. It is a great machine and has few drawbacks. Remember, it is addictive. The lightest part of it is the battery. It takes at least 1.5 hours to charge before you can use it again, depending on how dirty or clean your floors are. A big house. If you don't clean it immediately, the auto-cleaning process will consume a lot of battery and it will smell. If the charge time was faster and you could exchange the battery for a new one, it would be perfect.
The 3X cleaning system includes a stick vacuum with an angle floorhead for use on multiple surfaces, v-shaped bristles to pick up all types of debris, and an anti-tangle pet hair brush bar. A brush bar with rubber bristles is Patented and is used to clean pets. 3-speed control. For cleaning carpets. The front-FACING DUSTBIN allows a stick vacuum to lie flat for easier cleaning. The hand vacuum can be used with an extra-long crevice tool for stairs, furniture, and hard-to-reach spaces. Powerful cleaning with built-in filters provides up to twice the amount of cleaning power as with a vacuum. The battery can be moved. The 20V MAX battery can be charged in or out of the vacuum for up to 55 minutes. The BSV2020P stick vacuum, battery, 3in1 multiway charging and wall mount, crevice attachment with flip out brush, low-profile pet accessory, accessory holder, and pre-filter are included.
👤The pros and cons of this vacuum is something that I have serious reservations about. I like the quiet, good solid build with a sturdy metal shaft, ease of swap, motorized rug attachment, and waste container filters that are easy to remove and wash with water. The waste container hatch is spring loaded so it is easy to accidentally knock off the container while in use and the only way to stop it is to vacuum it. I will use this as our main household vacuum, but I still have to figure out a way to get rid of the absurd waste container latch. I shouldn't have to do that for the high price point. There is an update. I used a slice of an old bicycle inner tube as security for the container. I knocked the dang thing off at least once every time I used the vacuum. cinches up tight when used.
👤I would consider a vacuum problem for my wife. We have had a lot of them. She has had other stick vacuum models from other manufacturers, but this one is the one she likes the most. We already had spare batteries here that she could use, because the batter is the same one used on other tools. The head of the brush has a light on it. She can see the fur that has been shed by my dog. There is no shortage of hairs pulled out from brushing by my two daughters, who are also my wife. I don't know why they are bald. The vacuum is fine with hair. It does what it is designed to do, and the price is right. My wife seems to be very happy with this particular model. She recommended it to others. I know that won't mean much to anyone who doesn't know her, but it is high praise. She has experience with all kinds of vacuums. My life is a bit odd.
👤I don't have pets. I think this could work better on the dust because I am just a gal who has a clean house. We use it in the kitchen, hallways, knock room, and stairs. The bedrooms have hardwood. All of them have hardwood. We use it on a few big, thick, fancy rugs just to clean them daily since they are walked on a lot. If you use medium and the lowest setting, you can get about 40-45 minutes of the vacuum, but if you use high and the lowest setting, you only get about 20-25 minutes. It was a big disappointment. We don't have black and decker tools to take the batteries out, so I will be investing in a second battery. It's pretty darn good. I feel like it doesn't work when it's a small brush to get in small places. You would think it would be stronger without the extra long pipe. It's almost too quick. I have to remind myself to slow down or I will crash into things. You can take apart the entire filter, dump it, and wash it. Every little dirt is gone. I use my big vacuum to clean my other vacuums almost monthly. (Or more) I've had the canister fall off of the vacuum at least five times. It shouldn't be happening at all. When it fell to make my mess worse, it hasn't popped open yet. I am worried about my floor and dents. It is not light! It stands in its own. This is true. The light can knock it over all the way. The lights are amazing. Get vacuums with lights. It is easy to use. It's self explanatory. Sometimes getting that darn filter back in it's place makes me break a sweat. I have not lost yet. I can easily get under furniture and beds that are tile or hardwood. The vacuum goes against the floor. We don't use it in carpeted rooms. It has some things that could be better, but so far this is my favorite of the 5 I have used. It is hoped that it lasts a while.
The iLoop Smart Sensor technology in the Pure One S11 can detect hidden dust and debris and adjust the power in real time for up to 2X longer runtime and complete cleaning confidence. The digital motor has 130W of strong suction. Clean quietly with less noise. It's perfect for whole house cleaning. The lightweight and portable PURE ONE S11 can be used to clean stairs, cars, furniture and more. The Tineco App monitor has a color display and is connected to a battery.
👤This is my first vacuum. I used to own a Hoover Platinum upright, which I call the "King of Vacuums". We are temporarily living in an apartment with a good-sized floor plan that is split between carpet and laminate. I was looking for a vacuum that would meet our needs, but not overlap with the Hoover, so when the two are united, both might have a place in our home. It was a good choice. The vacuum is great. Capably handles both carpet and laminate with no problems. I can quickly shift to the front of the vacuum if I need to as the edge cleaning isn't great. It's very easy to shift between sticks. I found myself doing that last time I vacuumed, and I had to switch at the end to get some places between the furniture and the wall. When it finds more dirt, power management increases the speed. When I heard about it, it sounded like a trick, but in reality it's very effective and helps with the balance between battery duration, vacuum cleaner weight, and power. It was well implemented. I can see the dirt. Ok- It's very handy, but I never thought I would like it. Did that piece of cardboard make it to the unit? Oh, that's right. It was stuck around the brush and made it to the hand-held portion. Will this handle that shell? I can see it in the thing. This is very useful. Light, but not enough. I'm a big guy and I can comfortably wield this. My wife is a bit taller than me. I asked her if we could use it at our new place, but she said it was too heavy to clean a house with. Someone needs to figure out how to mount the battery closer to the floor to shift the center of gravity. - The connection is not useful. I don't need a different app telling me that I need to empty the thing or vacuum it. I don't think this will be useful for anyone. The thing can't stand on its own. You're vacuuming. Let's shift that chair. Where do I place this thing awkwardly? I wish there was a better option for not mounting. - I'm not sure if the Tango model was worth it. It's as expensive as my Hoover Platinum upright, but it's more like the Emperor. I like it and it meets our needs. The pros outweigh the cons in my situation, and if I were to buy this again, I'd choose a less expensive model without the feature. This will be used in our new home for stairs, spot cleaning, and single-room cleaning. The Emperor gets the rest.
👤I went to the Consumer Reports website to see if I should get a Dyson or a Shark because my husband wanted to buy me a corded vac. I was amazed to see that the vacuums I was interested in were made by Tineco, a company I had never heard of before. I ordered this model because it was the #1 rated. I can vacuum the entire house on a fully charged battery, and I can go from hardwoods to vinyl flooring without changing heads. I can clean under beds and other furniture with ease, even though I have 9 1/2 feet of ceilings. I'm 5'4" tall. * When I hit a spot in the carpet that's really dirty, the blue lit circle turns red and I have to go back to blue. I can pick up dirt that I can't see. The cleaning system for the primary filter is amazing. I can always start with a clean one, even though it's light weight, and I found my wrist began hurting after about 2 weeks of daily use. I had been twisting my wrist whenever I vacuumed. My solution was to buy a Copperfit wrist brace. It's not enough of a problem. Make it. I don't use the vacuum everyday.
The power and cleaning performance of a full-size vacuum was tested in a boost mode. Up to 120 minutes of running time. Two batteries for a combined total of up to 120 minutes of running time, which can be measured at the hand vac in ECO mode. The original DuoClean had a soft front roller that pulled in particles, but PowerFins deliver nonstop contact to pick up more in every pass. No more hair wrap and a self-cleaning brushroll for pet hair pickup. IQ display Real-time readings on performance, and more. The multiFLEX technology helps clean hard-to-reach places and provides a freestanding storage option. The hand can be moved. A hand vac is used for cleaning above-floors. The anti-allerg complete seal is made of HEPA filtrate. Dust, allergens, and more are kept out of the air you breathe.
👤I said I was really looking forward to this vacuum. I thought the "DouClean" tech would be the best vacuum in the world, and I watched a lot of video reviews about it. I quickly realized that the vacuum is flawed and that it ruins the whole thing: static shock. The static electricity in the vacuum is amplified due to the soft roller in the tech and there is no proper dispersion of this static electricity, leaving your hand to get shocked every few seconds when using it. I was scared to use it after just a few minutes of vacuuming, after the shocks got stronger and stronger, and I had to use it again. My girlfriend wouldn't touch the thing after getting shocked. I tried to charge it and get it to stop shocking me, but after many tries I just couldn't get it to stop. The metal plate in the handle is supposed to keep you grounded, but it's a complete joke. The plate is so small that 2 fingers will barely fit on it at the same time and it is so flush with the handle that you have to hold it with a strong grip just to keep your fingers on it, making it almost stress out to vacuum. It will shock you from time to time when you put your fingers on the plate firmly. If the plate was three times as long, twice as wide, and protruded from the handle like a fourth of an inch, it might not have been useless. This flaw could cause a health problem for someone if it's not fixed. The shocks make using the vacuum incredibly uncomfortable and stress inducing. I was really looking forward to this vacuum, but I don't want to be in fear of being shocked constantly, because the DouClean tech and hair wrap removal fins did seem to work wonderfully. This had a major flaw and I was very disappointed. If they ever make a new model or change that fixes the issue, I would try it again. I can't recommend this vacuum to anyone.
👤I was disappointed when I finally got the vacuum because I wanted it so much. The metal grounding plate is too small, and I was getting shocked when I was vacuuming because my hand was coming off of it. It was terrible. I almost returned it. The problem was solved when I switched the way I hold the handle, my wrist placement, and the flat part of my middle finger was on constant contact with the grounding plate. I love this vacuum.
👤The power fins made me want to love this vacuum more. I have long hair and it falls out. I hated having to cut the hair out of my vacuums. The most appealing thing about this vacuum was that. It worked well and hair didn't get stuck in it. It worked on both hardwood and carpet. It will shock you about every 30 seconds and each shock is stronger than the last. The vacuum was perfect except for one thing. I returned mine and ordered another because I was hoping it was a coincidence. The second one did the same thing as the first one. I loved everything about this and I wish Shark would fix it. It's not worth getting shocked over.
The multi-cyclonic system pushes dirt into the dustbin to keep debris from building up on the filter. iLoop Smart Sensor Technology senses hidden dirt and debris and adjusts the power of the vacuum in real time for complete cleaning confidence. Up to 6X more powerful cleaning power is provided by the ultra high performance motor. The S12 PROEX model includes a power brush for hard floor surfaces. Easily converts to a handheld vacuum with multiple attachment options. The smart vacuum cleaner has a full-size led, a mini power brush, two-in-1 dusting brush, Crevice tool, and an automatic pre-filter.
👤The last 3 year #1 on Consumer Reports was owned by me. This is the best one I have owned. We have stopped using other vacuums. We started with their A11 model, gave it to our family, and only use it now. It is great for carpets, rugs, and wood/tile. The filter system will make you embarrassed by the dirtiness of your home; we vacuumed with our old upright, then immediately went over the same area with this one, and the filter was full of super-fine dust particles. When using any attachment, I only have to manually put it in max mode to get things clean. I think it has been over engineered. A handheld vacuum can be used without a phone or internet connection. I had no choice but to buy this one for $300 more than the A11 in order to get the dirt sensor and higher battery life. I think they should drop the price by $150. I paid full price for this, but they dropped the price by $75 the next week. I bought 2 vacuums from them within 2 weeks, but they couldn't give me a credit.
👤There's a lot in this box, every attachment you want. Two dogs, one a puppy who is stealthily using the carpet for potty purposes, the other who has very fine hair, and a vac that can't get up off the hardwood floors and carpet, are competing in the challenge. People left the house because the vac couldn't get all the fine hairs up. The environment was dusty. I have never owned a $600 vac. I can't compare it to other $600 vacs. I don't have a dog hair brush or carpet brush. I had a sonicaire that I really liked until the belt broke, and the technician had me take the whole thing apart to replace the belt, and it was never the same again. It did a good job, but it left some dog hair. I have never had a vac with a motor. The carpets were professionally cleaned 3 days prior to that. This is lightweight and easy to clean. You don't have to move furniture around because it can go under the beds, sofa, chairs, etc. Attach the attachments to the small component. I did the whole house on a single charge and left 5% over. The stairs are mostly carpet. The vac is very light and you won't get a workout with it. All surfaces were cleaned with one sweep. There is no dog hair left. I've had many vacs that couldn't get all the dog hair off the hardwood surfaces and carpets. The vac comes with all the attachments and it gets in all the crevices and corners. I just did the floors and don't think I would have had enough left for anything else. The vac pulled out dog hair and dirt that the professionals couldn't get. The main component is white. If it's going to look dirty, wipe it down. This has a lot of things in it. I'm pretty sure I'll use all of them. I just detach the attachment and put the main component on the charger, because I don't want to put it on the wall. See the picture. I emptied the collection bin 3 times, but it is small and easy to empty. To keep it looking clean, wipe the bin and remove the filters after you're done. The floor attachment has a light on it. I didn't know how it would work. The fine hairs glowed. It's all up. The app feature took a long time to set up because it wouldn't connect to the wireless. It had to uninstall several times before it connected. It shows how much battery power is left when it's connected, but it's not really useful as it's all on the machine anyways. There is a lot of freedom with this vac. This will be the best vac I've ever had. Will keep you updated as time goes on. It will pay for itself in 2 years as I have to replace vacs every few years. The vac is still working well. It involves getting all the dog hair up in a single sweep. It comes with an extra battery and an extra filter and a filter cleaner. I've used most of the attachments. Cleaning the filter is important to get rid of the dog smell that the vac picks up.
What is it? The OnePWR battery is a MAX battery. It's cord free, it's easy to use, it's powerful, and it's a lifetime filter. It takes up to 40 minutes to use a non-motorized tool. It is lightweight and versatile, for easy home cleaning, but requires charging for 4 hours before use. Up to 8 minutes of fade free power is available in Max mode. The nylon bristles are driven into the carpets. It's designed to deep clean homes with pets and has up to 25 minutes of working time with a floor tool attached. The Dyson digital motor V8 was used to pick up dirt and fine dust from carpets and hard floors. The Dyson V6 vacuum has less brush bar power. No need to touch the dirt when emptying a hygienic bin.
👤The Dyson v8 Animal vacuum was very good. It is easy to clean up without a cord. It is light weight and easy to maneuver. It stopped working after about two months. It wouldn't turn on. Dyson sent me a new charge after I contacted them. It took two weeks for them to use a very slow shipping service. The problem was not fixed when I received the new charge. Dyson is sending me a new battery after I contacted them again. The problem was not fixed after I waited two weeks, so I wanted the shipping expedited. I was told that my order would be expedited. I can tell from the shipping info that my battery is being shipped the same way as my charger. Dyson did not start shipping until Thursday after I talked to them on Monday. I will probably be without a vacuum for at least four weeks. If they spent a little more money on a faster shipping method, this wouldn't have happened. I think the problem with the vacuum was either the battery or the charging port. They chose to send me the charger first because it costs less than a bettery. I think they should have sent both. They should have used a two day shipping service. I was able to get my Dyson within two days. I have to wait two weeks for a battery and then another two weeks for a charger. I can't use my vacuum.
👤After a year of moderate use, it lost its charge. The vacuum is not worth the price.
👤Don't buy. This vacuum is the worst I have ever owned. The charge went bad after six months. I was put through hours of trouble trying to figure out what happened when I called Dyson. The warranty doesn't cover the battery or the charger, I was told. Do not buy VACUUM. If you don't like the warranty, then you're not going to get it! Customer service at Dyson is not always good. You can either get a great person or an attitude.
👤Has to return. I had problems with it for 2 weeks after I received it, and now it won't charge at all. Very disappointed. I have owned Dyson's before.
👤The third in a line of purchased Dyson products, and had hoped for the flexibility of corded with the power to suck up a lot of cat fur. The device shut down after vacuuming the couch. The item was delivered ten days ago. The motor died, not sure what happened. I will return as soon as possible.
👤So disappointed. After hearing great things about the quality and service of Dyson, I finally broke down and bought a super expensive vacuum. It didn't work on the max mode when it was received, and I had to replace it. I have been working with customer service for months as I register this device. They sent my vacuum to a support center after a lot of problems. I was happy to have it back a week later. The exact same issue occurred when using it for the first time. I was told by customer service to clean my filter. But I did it. The issue is the same. When calling customer service, they were told that they would have to send it back for repairs. If the repairs didn't work, they would switch out my Dyson for an older model. I would be out the money I spent on a new product and receive a cheaper version of the same vacuum. I bought a vacuum six months ago and they consider customer service to be the most important thing. Will never buy a Dyson again.
Powerful cleaning. Clean on and on with a 90 min run without changing batteries or draining them. It was intense. 160 AW HyperForce is a certified Constant Power Suction that cleans intensely and effectively at all times. Clean air. The five-stage air purification system keeps dust out of your home. Light and easy. The screen is lightweight for easy maneuvering. Easy access to things. Keep accessories easy to reach and store them on the wall-mountable dock with MagBase.
👤The product was the best I have ever had. 1. Dyson V11 has a light weight of 6.7lb. You can use it with one hand, and it won't hurt your arm after a short cleaning. The light-weight of Roborock makes it easy to beat the better suction power of 160AW. 2. The button is locked. You don't need to hold the Trigger to let the vacuum work, you just need to hold it. You can get the power button for free with Roborock, but you have to hold it all the time for Dyson. 3. There is no excuse to not use the best one for the specific task if you keep all the different brushes in the Magnetic Dock. 4. The Felx Tube is included in the package for free. I used to pay more for it with Dyson, but this flex tube can be helpful when you are cleaning underneath your carpet, in the corner of the drawer or something. You can get it for free. 5. The filters are budget-friendly and the dustbin is cleaner. You can get 2 for free in the package. 6. It has dust bag support, which is very import for a sensitive group of people.
👤The carpet head that comes with the H6 is very quiet and works well on hard floors.
👤We ordered a vac for our church to clean the auditorium. It worked well for those, but a full charge only lasts for a quarter of the pews, even on low power. The sand and rock salt that has been tracked in from the parking lot isn't strong enough to be picked up. The particles spin in the beater bar until the motor kicks in, then they fall in a pile on the floor. We're not happy with the performance after two or three weeks of use. We can get a Dyson for another hundred or two.
👤It turned out to be a nightmare for the person who purchased it as a Christmas gift. The first time I use the vacuum it gets very hot and the battery lasts only 15 minutes. I was told that the issues were caused by human carelessness and that it should be sent back to the repair center. I'm waiting to explain what happened when I follow the user manual to run the vacuum. The warranty will be voided after this fix, but they agree to fix it for free. I got the vacuum back a couple of days later and I am afraid that something might go wrong, so I handle it like a new born baby. The top lid was not able to be twisted to open at all, and the sucking power was reduced across all the running modes. I have to talk to their customer service again, they didn't read my comments carefully, and just sent me a picture to show me how to open the lid. The customer service guys reply to messages in the middle of the night and never say anything during the day, I think they are oversea operations. They asked me to send the ball back to the repair center after another kicking ball. I won't do it again since I don't think their technician can fix it without creating more issues. It's not by me, it's actually "human factors".
40 minute battery life is the minimum amount of time you can use your vacuum for before a refill is necessary or you can swap the battery with a spare. Thanks to the vacuum's 150 Air Watts of intense suction power, hardwood, tile, and carpeting can be cleaned. The Jet 70 is a light weight vacuum that makes it easy to vacuum stairs, reach beneath sofas or appliances, clean high cabinets, window blinds and more. The Turbo Action Brush is able to clean dust, hair, and other debris on multiple surfaces. The multi-cyclonic system pushes dirt into the dustbin to keep debris from building up on the filter.
👤I thought I would update my opinion after having the vacuum for a month. I thought it was terrible. It has great strength. It picks up my dog's hair. The mobility of the vacuum head is great. I thought the battery life was bad, but it is not. I was looking forward to receiving this vacuum, but am regretting it now. I took to vacuuming my stairs after charging the battery. The first battery charge lights went out after five minutes, but I had it on full power. I didn't make it off of the top landing. The battery was dead within 30 minutes after I switched it to mid, and I only did half of the staircase. Really? They can't make a battery that has a life of more than 30 minutes because I spend $350 for a vacuum. It would have been dead a long time ago if I had left it. Before you say, "Why not just get a backup battery?" Why spend another $130 on a vacuum that is only a third of its cost? I would prefer to return it all, but I guess I can't since I've used it. This vacuum was disappointing.
👤This is fantastic! I have owned 3 expensive Dysons and none have lasted more than a year. The large canister is easy to empty. This is a great dog hair and we have 3 German Shepherds. I am very happy.
👤Very disappointed. It would be great if it was advertised as a broom. Has no business cleaning carpets, rugs, or upholstery as advertised. The roller stops on the carpet. The battery life does not last for more than 20 minutes in medium and 7 minutes on high. I am not happy for $350.
👤I decided to try out the Dyson vacuum stick because I saw on reviews that someone was comparing it to the vacuum cleaner that I am a fan of. It was a big mistake. The vacuum is out of power for about 7 minutes. This is a joke. My Dyson V10 animal vacuum is amazing. The V10 animal is slightly heavier than the V10 Cyclonic Dyson. The brush on the phone stops rotating in 5 minutes. I have carpeted house because my dogs have trouble walking and standing on wood floors. The first vacuum cleaner I bought was purple. I fell in love with the ball. I tried every vacuum cleaner that was recommended to me, but they all failed after a few months. I had two German Shepherd Dogs, one white and one black and tan. They shed a lot in the spring and summer so I had to vacuum often. Dyson is my only vacuum brand and it always does the job. I had to upgrade whenever a new Dyson came on the market. The one that I like the most is the one that does not require batteries and I kept one at the first floor and one upstairs where the bedrooms are. I will always have a handy one. I own 4 Dyson vacuum cleaners. There are 3 upright ones. I keep one in the garage that I use to vacuum the cars. My car is in the garage. I returned it because it was too heavy on top, but I did purchase it when they came out with the V11 Torque. I like all of them, but my favorite is the V10 the Cyclonic. I refuse to waste my time with this device. This was more expensive than the Dyson I used to buy, so I never had to pay for the full price. People love them because a lot of stores are out of stock online and in stores. I tried the Shark ones as well. I don't like to be a fan. I will stick with the Dyson. It is worth the money because it does the job.
Flexible hose is 10 feet long and can be used to access hard-to-reach places. A 3-in-1 tool has a dusting brush, upholstery tool and a crevice tool. Powerful vacuum for everyday dirt, debris, pet hair, and high traffic areas. Up to 80 minutes of total runtime with 2 batteries in hand vacuum power mode; vacuum, switch the battery, and keep going. The 2X Ion power pack system has a charging dock. Under furniture and freestanding storage are possible with Multiflex technology. Duo clean technology is for fine dust and large debris on carpets and hard floors.
👤I bought a corded Shark vacuum that still does a great job. I hate cords so I decided to get a corded one. I compared this Shark to the Dyson v10 Absolute. I chose the Shark for the following reasons. History. After 2.5 years, my Shark vacuum still works well. 2. There are 2 batteries. There is no pre-engineering to allow for an additional battery swap in the future. It's battery life reviews were so devastating for the Dyson that I consider that a very limiting engineering feature. I received my shark. I love it for the following reasons. It doesn't have a cord. 2. It's pretty light. I read some reviews that said it was heavy and you needed two hands. That isn't my experience. I'm a disabled vet who just had my dominant hand wrist replaced, and I have no problems with the weight of this vacuum. 3. The vacuum head is not very wide. It's perfect for getting into places where my upright Shark vacuum can't. 4. I have never been able to clean areas without moving furniture. I like the flex feature. It's easy to get under sofas and beds. The Dyson does not have this feature. Huge oversight. The flex feature allows me to get to places without having to use my hands or knees. There is love. 5. The battery life is not an issue. My home is large. There are hardwood floors in the main areas, but carpet in the bedrooms. The fact that it's not corded makes vacuuming so much faster that it just doesn't take as long. The battery life is perfect for my home. 6. One review said it would make a great vacuum. I don't agree. You may never use your corded vac again if you use this. 7. It's so versatile. Popping off the vacuum head is easy. There are 8. This will replace my hand-vac that is barely visible. There are 9. It's easy to clean. 10. I hate to vacuum, but this thing makes it fun. I think you'll like it, and I couldn't be happier with this purchase.
👤This is the first vacuum that I've seen that can hold up to my house full of males and pets. I would not recommend this vacuum to everyone. Powerful! It picks up random stuff that ends up on your wooden floors, and the slim vacuum head goes under all furniture, where no other vacuum can reach, where there is a strip of dust that accumulates under the furniture by the baseboards. The bend feature at Shark allowed you to reach an angle. I'm not sure if I'm obsessed with this feature. The carpet mode is easy to use without reading the instruction manual and the boost option is needed to clean the carpet.
👤If you want the two battery charging station, be careful. There is a This is the second shark. We still own and love our first one. We bought this one for the two batteries and I thought it was a two battery charging station. We received a single battery charging station. The picture in the description was not paying attention to. We were looking forward to having the batteries ready to go.
The lightweight vacuum can meet various household cleaning demands on stairs and windowsills, sofa and bed, desk and curtain, cars, rv, etc. Light weight collapsible conveyor is portable, powerful and versatile at only 7.5 lbs. There is a two-speed buggy. Premium pet hair pickup is available throughout the home. There is a deflation CUP CAPACITY. The.64 quart dust cup is easy to empty. The charge doubles as a storage block and can be charged in 4 hours. What's included: The shark has a vacuum and a precision charge.
👤I waited a long time to write this review. The best vacuum cleaner in the universe is this one. The design is thoughtful. It's convenient to take apart and empty, put it back together, and clean the filter. Light weight and rotating head make it easy to use. This little machine takes away most of the aggravation from vacuuming, and I still don't like it. Does the floor have carpet or bare floor. I have 3 hair-shed pets and they take care of everything. It does not stink, it is not noisy, and it has a friendly vibe.
👤I loved this little vac, but it died yesterday. I've used it on my bare floors about a dozen times since I got it two months ago. You can't use the vacuum without the other, but I think it's the charger. You pay for shipping to have it fixed. I'll probably just see if I can purchase the only accessory I need. It's not worth it when I have to be without it for weeks and weeks. Why is everything so shoddily made? I bought the Hoover Linx at the same time as our shop and the charging port on that one died in about a month. I have a Dyson that I use for the deep cleaning, but it's not very convenient for the quick clean ups after the major cleans. It's just another piece of junk right now.
👤The vac worked great until a few weeks ago, when the brush would spin for a few seconds and then stop, and I had to replace it. When I put the brush head back in it would spin for a few seconds and then stop, because I took the entire brush head out of the bottom. I read through the reviews and saw that a lot of other people had the same problem and couldn't solve it, so I was about to throw my vac away. I took one more stab at it and fixed the problem. Here's what you have to do. The brush needs to be removed from the bottom. Remove the white end caps from the brush with a slim pick tool or knife. There is a small white washer under them that you don't want to lose. Take the caps and washers out of the brush. You can find a lot of hair and gross stuff in the crevices of the brush where you removed the white caps. Put it back together how it was before. There was a boom. Done. Your vac is back in action.
👤The first Shark Navigator freestyle died a year ago after a couple of years of use. I will buy another one. It worked well. I have long hair and a dog, and it cleans my hard floors and one small carpet well. I don't use it that often as I also have a roomba, and my house is not that big. The brush won't spin, so it doesn't pick up anything. This is my 4th vacuum that has died in the last 5 years. When they are not abused or overused, I have to keep replacing them. I will not buy another Shark or Hoover product in the future.
The 3in1 design by Miele is unique. Hard to reach spots and hard to clean floors are some of the areas that can be cleaned in a comfortable way. As strong as the most powerful corded vacuum series. Cleaning results on all floors. Exchangeable VARTA Li-Ion battery for up to 60 minutes. Automatic floor detection and Brilliant Light led lighting are included in the Multi Floor XXL. It is easy to clean all surfaces. It's ideal for allergy sufferers and pet owners. The Lifetime Filter has a dust retention capacity of >99.999%. In an upright position, it is possible to self park. The need for continuous finger compression is eliminated by one switch turn-on.
👤I am addicted to vacuuming and I am named Tim. Twice a day minimum with a few spot vacuuming. I had two Dyson vacuums. The last one, V6, had the battery replaced, the long tube and the motor separated from the canister a few weeks ago. I thought I would get a Dyson V10 but I was on the Dyson upgrade. I have to buy the next model of the cheaply made product because it fails after a year. Sound familiar? I did some research and chose the Meile. I like the way the Suction is. We have a lot of tile and hardwood floors. Pick everything up. It works great if you have a second pass of the cat food. It stands up on its own. No more looking for a safe place to lean the tool. I am getting 50 - 55 minutes per charge. It is easy to replace a battery. We need a Hepa filter. Allergies. The dust collector is useful. It is much easier to dump the debris than it is smaller. A quality machine. 18 years ago, we bought a corded vacuum. It works like it did when it was new. The dishwasher is 19 years old. It works like new. A side loaded clothes washer is 14 years old. Do you see the trend? Quality appliances are made by Meile. I hope this is the last vacuum we buy. I really wanted a light on the vacuum like some $100 vacuums have. The top of the line model is what you need to get one on the Meile. I decided not to spend an additional $300 for a light on the machine since it's the first Meile that's cordless. We like the white color of the base model. It's a little heavier than the Dyson. Is it because it's built to last? We are very happy with the White Tornado. The battery died after 3 months. The battery was under warranty and they would ship it to me, after I called them and was put on hold for 42 minutes. In March! It will be at least a month out. The customer service person accused me of not charging the battery correctly when I bought the product. Really? It worked for 3 months after I followed instructions. Amazon has batteries but Miele does not. Why can't they pull a battery from a vacuum? Beware! The replacement battery arrived. Does not charge. It took less than a minute. Total junk! A replacement battery was sent to me. Today's interaction was with ustin from Miele. He was personable and knowledgeable. I may have over charged the battery. Do you not know if that is possible? The battery was refreshed as directed. I tested the vacuum after 30 minutes. For 30 seconds, worked and died. The charging cord should be put back into the battery for two hours. The bottom cell was the only one that kept flashing and never moved to the middle or top cell. If this doesn't work, I may have to go to a service center, according to Justin. I am not a delivery boy. I left a message for him. The machine stopped working after two months. I want a replacement. If possible, I would ask for a refund, but AMAZON said it was not possible. I've spent more time trying to get this fixed than I have using the product.
