👤It's ugly, crooked, damaged, hard to assemble, terrible directions, paint chipped, poorly made, missing multiple important pieces, material isn't secured to the cushions properly and falling off in areas... Multiple issues make this a horrible product that can't be assembled. It was damaged when it arrived.

👤It was not adjusted enough to cause pain in the legs. The back pain was alleviated. The directions are hard to follow.

👤This chair corrected my back pain. I highly recommend. A little achward first but cool in the long run.

👤If you watch the video, this is very easy to assemble. The chair is great. It's sturdy and solid. I've been using it for a week and I can tell that the pressure in my lower back is not as bad as it was. It was like any other chair, but it made me sit up straighter after a day, I wasn't sure how I would like not being in a traditional chair after all the years of using one. I am happy with this purchase.

👤Relief from the back. Just what I needed. It's easy to assemble.

👤You can make different seats available for yourself. It sits off to the side and doesn't take up a lot of space. It makes you sit upright. The seat and knee pad are in perfect working order. It is a manual process, no release and adjust, but it is still a good chair.

👤It was difficult to put together. The instructions are not clear. The cushion is very hard. I had pain in my knees because you slide down and you're kneeling a lot, but I think I felt relief in my back.

2. Serta Health Wellness Executive Office

Serta Health Wellness Executive Office

The desk chair is professional and comfortable. The air lumbar technology. When you move to provide back support, the cushions pivot. Executive style. The leather has contrast stitching. The frame is made of wood. All day long. Convenient height and tilt adjustments can be made with seat-side cable-actuated levers. It's easy to move around with multi-surface, dual-wheel designer casters. It's easy to move around with multi-surface, dual-wheel designer casters.

Brand: Serta

👤I ordered this one because of an upper back problem. I ordered the real Serta because my coworker has it. The chair is comfortable. The real Serta was perfect for my neck, so I ordered it for neck support. I compared it to a coworker's chair. This chair doesn't say Serta. The instructions do not say Serta. It is completely different. I bought the real thing after selling it to someone.

👤The product failed 6 months after purchase. I would not use this chair. I think this chair is better for shorter people, but I still found it comfortable. My last office chair lasted for several years, so I am not hard on these things. I like to sit in my chair. The arm rest is designed to lean back, but it fractured in one area and was showing a stressFracture in another area. If you like to lean back, I would not seat you in this chair. The plastic is cheap and weak. The arm rest is on back order. This isn't an isolated incident.

👤The Serta chair is a light grey Bonded Leather/Mesh Air Executive Chair with a full name on it. I don't see many chairs in this style. It was the same as the rest of my PC/desk setup. The seat is comfortable. Lumbar support is good. It makes me sit straight. The casters were easy to put in. I had to use force with two of them. They roll on the carpet. The paint of the armrests is easy to scratch. I scratched it while installing it. The black plastic caps don't fit well. The plastic inserts don't fit well. It makes the chair look cheap. I will provide images. It's not noticeable from a distance. My feet are not able to touch the ground at the lowest setting. It is to be expected. The back is a little high for me. I prefer a couple inches shorter so that I can tilt my head back to rest rather than getting blocked by the seat. I should have realized that I should look into "mid-back chairs". The top area is too firm. I like it to be squishy. Another reviewer said to remove foam or cardboard behind the head and shoulder. It is said that the last step is assembly. If you come across any issues, you should contact True Innovations. I will give you images.

👤I was hoping to get a Serta brand chair, but it doesn't look like a picture or video, and I am disappointed. The leather and cloth parts were damaged and the metal parts were not fastened properly. The product had a very stinky smell and was poorly made and lacking in quality. Sad! I will be returning the product.

👤I noticed that the name "Serta" wasn't on the chair when I received it. Not in the manual. The manual has a number that is not Serta. I took it a step further. I called Serta. They sent me to a company that makes chairs that Serta puts their name on. Serta makes mattresses not chairs. I called the True Innovations number and went to their website. The site has nice chairs, but this model is not pictured. I was on hold for 44 minutes and when I got to 1 it hung up on me. I'm done. I don't trust chairs. I sat on it and the chair collapsed under my weight. The seat is filled with air. It is very hard and smooshes down. Going back. You can skip this listing.

Brand: Sleekform

👤I've had a few kneeling chairs, so I knew what to expect. My biggest complaint was that after sitting for long periods of time, my posture starts to slip. The rocker legs on this one have completely changed the situation. The entire experience has improved because I can make small adjustments quickly and easily. I can sit for a long time. The padding on this is exceptional. A lot of other kneeling chairs use less than this one. They're good enough at first, but not long after. This one is going to last a long time, and will be used more often. Everyone in my house has liked it and I had reservations about it not being adjusted. The chair was very different in heights and weights. No changes were needed. I think that will give this chair more longevity since it isn't being switched around a lot and doesn't have all those possible points of failure as some of the different versions do. Great product and company. It is highly recommended to anyone considering it.

👤I have a L4 L5 disc. The back specialist recommended this chair. I bought a non rocking one for work. It doesn't have the right slant when I kneel and it hurts my knees. The rocking chair I bought for home was the older style. I really like that feature. The kneeling chair was famous because of the older style. I watch TV in my living room. It's more comfortable with a disc in the back. The padding on the knees is thick. The rocking allows gravity to tilt you in a certain way so your back is straight. It's better than the one I have at work. My adult children tried to take it with them. I told them to go by themselves.

👤The chair needs to be comfortable for someone much larger than me. I can't perch on the edge with my weight on my knees because my a55 won't reach the seat. The leg supports are so far apart that it feels like a birthing chair. The position this contorts me into is worse than a regular chair for my sciatic nerve. My partner is not a giant at 5'8". The foam, metal tubing, and black material are all of the same quality and look as a piece of cheap exercise equipment.

👤I have lower back pain and have spine issues. I had back and neck pain and had headaches because I was hunching over in a regular chair. It is impossible to hunch over in this chair unless you want to faceplant into the table in front of you. I used it for a few hours last night and it didn't bother me at all.

👤I liked the chair. I was 5 feet 10 and 180 lbs, and it worked for my spina-bifida-related arthritic lower back pain, but after only 2 months one of the metal bars snapped, making the chair unstable. I had never put too much stress on the chair while I was sitting on it. I tried to get in touch with the seller to see if they could offer a replacement part, but I was unable to get in touch with an Amazon employee who said the product was outside of the return window. I guess that's why Amazon asks you to buy insurance on furniture purchases. My review would have been better if I had been able to get service in a timely manner. I tried another kneeling chair, but didn't like it as much. I was able to fix this one with Gorilla Tape, and it works just fine if it's a bit noisy. I would pay more for a style and dimensions that is made with better quality materials and components, but this was cheap, so in the end it was worth it.

4. Jobri BetterPosture Multifunctional Ergonomic Posture

It allows for easy rolling on carpet. It's perfect for home or office.

Brand: Jobri

👤I'm a dentist with back pain, and wanted a saddle chair to help with ergonomics. brOKE After two weeks, I heard a loud "snap" from the base of the chair. I flipped the chair over to see that one of the wheel housings had crumbled, as I am not an overweight person. The relocation part isn't possible. Be assertive. I contacted the seller and was told they would send me a new base. I tried to detach the old base from the chair by using a pressure-lock between the post and the base. I was unable to remove the base. I called the contact number for customer service from the seller and was told that I would have to bring the chair into the store to have the old base removed. The store is close to my house. I waited 4 months to bring the chair into the store because I didn't have time to drive the hour and also take 6 weeks off of work to recover from back surgery, one of the reasons I needed a special chair in the first place. Customer service is provided by the postal service. I was about to go to the store to have the chair fixed today but was told by the customer service rep that they may not be able to fix it, he is not sure if it is under warranty, and he will get back to me. Do not buy a junk chair if it breaks, it is little to no help.

👤I need a comfortable chair for my dental work. I bought a new chair and am very happy with it. I was looking for a chair with no horn. I am a woman and certain chairs can be difficult to use by the end of the day. The saddle on this chair looked flatter at the horn. It is similar to a "lily pad". The tilt option pushes my lower back forward and makes me sit straight. After my husband put the chair together for me, he was very pleased with it. It's correct. Between yoga and this chair, I have better days at work.

👤I used to go to the Chiropractor twice a month for my RDH job, but I have been using this chair for 3 years and it has improved my posture. My back was so bad that I had to see a Chiropractor twice a month to help with it. I prefer the "lily pad design" over the "bicycle seat" design for this chair. I'm over 5 feet tall, and adjusting it to fit me was not a problem. My back would be in bad shape without this chair.

👤I bought this chair after working at an office that had saddle chairs. I realized that my back wasn't hurting after I worked there for 2 days. We have regular chairs at my office. The price didn't break the bank, so I thought I'd give it a try. I am so happy I did. My back has never felt better. I read how to adjust the seat after my husband put it together. My legs are straight and my back is straight, it is perfect. I have read that the saddle is wide, but that is not how we should be sitting. It was not flattering, but it was all about the right posture. My back has never felt better, I am so glad I tried this chair.

5. Flash Furniture Vibrant Chrome Tractor

Flash Furniture Vibrant Chrome Tractor

Take a break from the "serious seating" and have some fun with this colorful tractor seat chair. You can easily maneuver in small spaces with the help of the dual wheel caster. Their chair complies with the standards of the American National Standards Institute. The comfort molded seat is high density plastic. The base and wheel are heavy duty. A modern style task office chair. The overall size is 17W x 16W x 28.25-34.75"H, the seat is 15W x 15W, and the back is 14W x 10.

Brand: Flash Furniture

👤I don't understand how a reviewer could have a set snap and come off. I sit on the chair all the time because I weigh over 250#. The balance is perfect. The chair is strong. I use it in the kitchen to do everything, and it's easy to use since I'm disabled. If this one broke, I would order another and have it delivered the next day. The chair takes up less space than a wheelchair and is more maneuverable. If there was an option to do so, I would give 10 stars. I ordered white for the kitchen. The tractor seat is comfortable for my size and it is easy to clean.

👤I like these stools. I have been using these stools in the veterinary hospital for about 4-5 years and they have held up well. The rollers have not failed despite being dirty and being used a lot. They are lightweight and easy to carry. One of them was stuck with the lift and lower feature, but a spray of WD 40 fixed the issue. Kids are drawn to them immediately. I ordered this one to use in my kids room. The seat design encourages you to sit upright. I have purchased 6 of these chairs. You will be pleased with the purchase. Please let me know if you find this review helpful by clicking the link below.

👤There is a legal and safety warning. Don't buy. These chairs are dangerous. We ordered 6, and every single one broke within a few weeks. After the remaining ones broke, I wanted to return all of them. The customer service stated that they were not to be used at a work place and that they were a good use in a work place. They told me that they wouldn't honor their warranty, which was contrary to what was advertised. False advertising backs up Sub Par Engineering. The seats cracked and pinched our legs when the backs broke, but no one was hurt. If additional lawsuits were to be HairMax, they would be used by 150 pound females. Be careful!

👤Five-star reviews that don't have the caveat "for the price" are rare. I think people need to get used to the idea that you don't get to expect five-star quality for a two-star price. It seems very strong. It was well packaged in a variety of materials. It took less than ten minutes to remove the packaging. It is very comfortable and I am two weeks post surgery. I bought it to be my workbench chair. The seat is made of plastic and doesn't adjust front to back, but it works very well for me. I may buy another shorter if it continues to work well. If your decor is techno-industrial, this could be a nice bar stool. I put fender washers under the seat mounting ring. The seat-pan was tilted slightly. The stool was improved by this. The backrest was brought into a better position. I might add a washer.

👤It's a cheap shop chair. This isn't going to be very sturdy. It is meant for a very casual use. It is exactly what it claims to be. I'm not able to knock it. I didn't pay for this, so I shouldn't be expecting a $100 chair. I would like people to review this as the cheapest way to get a shop chair. Pros: Inexpensive. It cushions when you sit on it. It's pretty comfortable. I wish the back bars were stronger. You get what you pay for. I wish they'd threaded it, but again, price. Keep the bolts tight by throwing a bit on. Don't tighten them.

6. Luxton Ergonomic Kneeling Memory Cushions

Luxton Ergonomic Kneeling Memory Cushions

ALUMINUM POLISHED. Five-point base and twin-disc nozzles. It allows for easy rolling on carpet. It's perfect for home or office. Experience is important. Are you struggling with back pain? Even after hours of sitting, their kneeling office chair helps keep your spine in a natural alignment. The kneeling desk chair is made of premium memory foam and has a thick seat and knee cushions. It's gentle on the skin. The knee chair is made to last for a long time and can be used for many years to come. The frame supports up to 265 lbs. Are you a fan of the soothing effect of rocking chairs? The same experience can be given to you by their chair. Enjoy better productivity and stay at ease. They're confident that you'll be pleased with this posture chair. Contact them if it fails to meet your expectations.

Brand: Luxton Home

👤I am about 6 feet tall and weighs about 200 pounds. The materials for the chair are high quality. The wood and fabric are better than I expected. The seat is made of foam. At my weight, it's a little thin. The chair is small and wobbly for my size. I got it because it forced me to sit up straight and not bend over. I have to put my feet on the ground after three or four hours of sitting at my computer. I end up sitting on it. My rear gets tired after a few hours because the seat cushion is a little thin. The chair is a good product, but I think it would be better suited to someone who is shorter and lighter.

👤The chair was easy to put together. I used a power drill to speed up the put together. That helped. The chair kills by the backside, meaning not my back. The cushion is not adequate. After an hour it starts to hurt and it looks nice and thick, but it crush down all the way to the wood support. Otherwise it is fine. The upright position and the ability to get close to the table makes me like it. I don't think it has helped my back. I can balance on it. I have a problem getting out of the thing. I've been stuck by the knee rests a few times. It was not good at 73. If you are 200 or more, you might want to consider this purchase. AD2

👤I have to constantly adjust because I am slowly slipping down all day. It has been more difficult on my body, like sitting in a saddle and my tailbone hurts. The foam is not supportive and you sink down. I built it but it needs to be tightened every few days. If I am in the right position, it helps my back stay straight but as soon as I slip down, it is back to my previous position, where I was leaning with out thinking about it, and my shins start to hurt from them. I may return it. My kids like it.

👤I wondered if I could fit on it after I got it assembled. I could. My shins rest on the knee pads. I saw it online and thought it was perfect for me. I have tried to make it work, but I will have to try them out in person if possible, because I think someone will make something similar that will work for me. There are a couple of warnings for those that want to buy. The instructions say to put part D in the nut hole. There are four ways to do that and only one works. Make sure the screw is facing the hole with the side with a slot for a flat head screwdriver. I can be put on one side in two different ways. Only one of those ways will work on the other side. There is no hint in the instructions. I have been having problems with my legs because of my computer sitting and I have been looking for a better way to sit. This is not going to help.

7. AmazonBasics Mid Back Office Chair Armrests

AmazonBasics Mid Back Office Chair Armrests

The mesh back of the office chair makes it comfortable. The seat has pneumatic seat-height adjustment. The maximum weight capacity of the 5-point base is 275 pounds. There is a user manual with assembly instructions. The chair is 25.2 x 24 x 38.6 inches. The chair is 25.2 x 24 x 38.6 inches.

Brand: Amazon Basics

👤I bought one of these chairs in August of last year and it has been great, but the seat has begun to wear. I ordered a new one in September. It looks the same, but it is a cheap version that is too uncomfortable to sit in. The metals posts that support the back are shorter, the back now needs to be screwed on, the mesh is rougher, and the wheels don't fit flush to the base. I would have packaged it all up to return already, but the shaft is stuck in the chair and I need a second person to help me pull it apart. I'll think twice before buying another piece of furniture from Amazon, it's disappointing on every level.

👤The chair is very uncomfortable. The lower frame of the backrest is the first part to hit my back. I need a pillow to help bridge the gap if I want to use the back without the bar pressing into my back. The chair is assembled correctly but there is no way to adjust the angle of the back.

👤The people who wrote the reviews were correct. The arms are too short to be useful. They don't adjust. I am a small person. My husband shouldn't be sitting in this chair because it's my chair, I got it for me, so it's fine. I think that's a win. I think it's really comfortable, considering how cheap it was. It was easy to assemble and looks nice. It seems durable. I've been working in this chair for a long time and haven't had a backache.

👤This review is based on the long term results since the comfort has changed since I first put it together. The cushion used to be 20% thicker in the places I most frequently sit. My butt gets tired and my back starts to ache as I am rotating positions. The armrests are hard plastic and would like to see softer material used. I think back support is the highlight because of the awkward positions necessitated from below, despite my back feeling sore on occasion. The chair is available for a great price, but I'm already shopping around. I think you get what you pay for, and I will upgrade you.

👤I like this chair for its price. Assembly was easy. All parts were labeled. The assembly instruction booklet couldn't have been simpler if someone had packaged the parts. A rarity. I like the cushion to be medium firmness and comfortable. I would have paid more if the arm height was adjusted or if the chair could be lifted out of the way. If I am just sitting back, relaxing in the chair, my wrists rest on the armrest, it's better than nothing because the fixed arms are about an inch too low. The chair's height was important to me. I took my own measurements after putting the chair together because it was hard to find accurate ones. I hope someone else finds it useful. The seat is deep. At the lowest setting, the seat height is 17.75" and at the highest, it is 22.25". When you sit in it, the seat height is about 7/16" The seat is rounded in the front, making it difficult to measure the height. I put a thin piece of cardboard on the seat and put a quart sized paint can on top so it wouldn't float. I measured from the floor to the bottom of the cardboard. Some pictures were posted. They are the correct way on my computer and I did not put them up on Amazon. The floor to top of arm height is 23 5/8" at the lowest seat height and 28 3/8" at the highest seat height. To see if it will roll under the desk. The arm rest is curved so it is difficult to measure. The middle of the arm rest was measured. The fixed arm height is 6.25" from the top of the seat to the top of the arm. Many reviewers complained that the metal back bar frame was too close to the seat plate during assembly of the back rest. The assembly instructions state that the metal back bar frame will overlap on the seat plate, so they must have updated them. The back bar will overlap the seat plate when aligning to holes. This is not a design flaw but intentional. I am very happy with the chair. I use it for about 4-5 hours a day. It is holding up well after 3 months.

Brand: Soges

👤It helped my sister at work. She bought it for her desk and everyone had to try it, but now there are two people with the chair. It is wonderful.

👤I bought this chair because I was having lower back pain while sitting in it. Those days are over with this chair. I am very happy with my purchase.

👤Doesn't roll smoothly. I wish I had returned it.

👤I am very happy with this chair. Sitting in a regular chair causes me to have back and hip pain due to arthritis in my spine. The relief of pain is worth the effort. I use a cushion on the bottom part of the seat to help cushion it. The seat can be adjusted to any height.

9. Serta Ergonomic Executive Technology Leather

Serta Ergonomic Executive Technology Leather

It's convenient and supportive. Lower back support is maximized in the office chair. Back in motion technology tilts the seat forward to promote strength and flexibility in your core. Performance features include: Convenient cable-actuated levers and push-button armrests. It helps keep you comfortable and relaxed when you work or play. TheTILE AND MOBILE: large-diameter rolling caster

Brand: Serta

👤I ordered this chair because I like the Serta brand, and the reviews for the most part were fairly solid. This was a huge mistake. I sat in the chair after I put it together, it was easy to follow instructions and took about 25 minutes. I thought I put it wrong. I tried to remove the support thinking it wasn't supposed to be there. I'm 6'2” and so tall. My thighs weren't even halfway on the chair. Around 1/3 of my legs are supported by the bottom of the chair. I felt like I was going to fall. I was confused. When my girlfriend came over, I had her sit on it. She's 5'5" Her comment was that she was going to fall off. I went back to read reviews and found that a few people had noted this, but not as upset as I was. It was fun to take it apart and get it to fit in the original box. It was close to an hour. I want my time back.

👤Below is a seven month update. First, some definitions and answers to questions about the chair, like a normal office chair. There is a Yes. There are two more The "back-in-motion" feature is what it is. The seat and support are on a hinge on the base, and you can see it on the product photos. The pivot is weakly spring loaded and the part you sit on is on it. If you push the front of the seat down, the support for the back of the chair will come forward, providing continuous support. It's a bit weird, but also nice. The bad: * The chair is very comfortable and has plenty of padding. Assembly was easy and standard for an office chair. The "back in motion" feature provides continuous and positive support for the back. I've had the chair for a while. The back in motion feature is a bit weird. I need to put my behind in the fold of the chair to get really comfortable with it. The front lip of the seat is pretty high even at the chair's lowest setting. It's not always easy to completely touch the floor when I'm 5'8" and in motion. I don't think it's a big deal, but it is significant to note. The actually bad: The arms are too far out for comfort. It would be nicer if they were slightly inward. * The chair's lowest setting is too high for my taste. The chair is comfortable. If I decide to keep it or send it back, I'll update this review after a few days. There is a seven month update. The chair is nice and I have recommended it to others. There is no change in the stars, and all of the other things are the same. The backrest is weird. I like it. In order to be comfortable, you need to be fully seated in the back of the chair. Ideally, I would want the part where your arms sit to be closer to me. There are some new observations as well. If I lean into the chair without leaning it, it will put me into a slouching / leaning back posture. It's not bad, just noting it. The angle is comfortable. 6) I recently bought a balance board for when I'm standing at my desk, and it makes the perfect footrest when I'm sitting, and I highly recommend the whrily board.

10. Office Star Ergonomically Designed Espresso

Office Star Ergonomically Designed Espresso

There is a memory foam seat cushion. Thealy is designed for mazimum comfort.

Brand: Office Star

👤I researched these chairs. I need to replace the pads on my old kneeling chair, which is from the 70s or 80s. I bought this chair because the pads looked good, and my thought was to remove the pads from it and put them on my old chair. I have been using this chair for several months and it has worked great, I liked this chair more than I thought. The construction of the chair is not very sturdy, but it has held up. It is more comfortable with the pads. I have had this chair for almost two years and it still looks great. I use it for hours every day. The frame and the caster have held up well, it feels very secure and not wobbly at all.

👤I wanted to like it. I am sure some people benefited from it. But not me. There is a The design is solid, the wood is good quality, and the build is good. The foam quality is not Minus. The foam is too dense. The ergonomics: I think it's good for some people, but it didn't work for me. I have had disk hernias and a hip flexor injury that made my old chair unbearably painful. I tried it. It would have worked better if I had taken the time to train my body to kneel. It didn't work for me because of my injuries and timeframe. I hope it works for someone else. Again it's well constructed, of good wood, and is an intriguing design. The foam in the knee part quickly sinks. I hope the manufacturer considers the foam's strength. There is a If you have the time and energy to train your body to sit in a different way, it may work for you.

👤I didn't give it 5 stars because they forgot the wheels. It doesn't roll around, but there's no where I need to go. The chair fits me perfectly. I can see where someone taller has an issue, but if you are 5'6" and under it is perfect. It is a great chair. I bought it used and it is currently serving its purpose. It is a good chair for the price. If you want to be perfect you will have to fork over money. It is cost effective and worth what I paid for it.

👤I have been sitting in this chair for over a year. It's perfect for my work desk. The padding is thick and doesn't compact when used for long hours. The bolts and screws came loose, but it was easy to fix by using a wood/metal glue. The advice to accumulate yourself to the chair is to gradually increase the length of time you use it each day. Your body had to adjust. I use it for eight hours a day and would never return to a normal desk chair. It has helped relieve back issues, it keeps my feet on the floor, and I can use my keyboard comfortably. I made slip covers for the seat and knee pads to make it easier to clean.

👤I noticed that the chair had a warning underneath it. Why are they allowed to sell this? Wtf.

👤It's not built to last. It has not lasted a year. I weigh only 153 lbs. Look at the photos I posted. The metal cracked.

👤The chair is comfortable. It's easy to assemble with the included allen wrench and spare screws. The chair is very strong once assembled. It rolls and spins. For a more in-depth review, watch the video.

👤There are pros and cons. Easy to assemble CONS: price, shipping, and easy to assemble. I purchased this product over the weekend and it arrived within a few days. Shipping expectations were met. All parts and hardware were clearly labeled when I opened the box. Building a chair is easy. The screws are of different lengths, so be sure to pay attention. I looked at the chair after completing instruction. The chair frame itself was shown to be blemished, faded, and stressed in the photos that accompany the review. There were exposed edges. I was worried that I had missed a step when I first sat in the chair. It was very weak and weak from side to side. I ran through the instructions again and checked all the screws. The chair still feels uneasy to sit in. There is a lot of movement in the seat bolster and you can feel it on the floor. If I sit still and tun my head, the chair tilts to that side. The support for the back is not very good. It seems a bit lacking. The armrests are useless. I stand 6' tall and sitting straight up, my arms are not able to make contact with the arms at all. They are too short for me. If you don't sit with your knees touching, your thighs will push against the fixed arms, causing more pain. If you're looking for a comfortable and supportive chair that you can work in throughout the day, I can't recommend this chair.

👤The armrest broke in half after 1 month. Be careful with this chair. Not as strong as I thought. I heard a loud pop while I was in it.

👤I received a unit that deserved negative stars. I have to give it a 1 star because there is no rating. I never advanced to the next stage of assembly as I could not attach the wheels in any way that they wouldn't fall off when the base was turned right side up. This shows that the manufacturing quality is poor. The chair is not made in the USA according to someone who answered a question. The box is labeled "Made in China". This is not the chair for those who want to avoid Chinese products.

👤If you have never built a chair before, this review might help you out. The little marks are normal and probably from the factory. Pros- The parts came with nothing broken and the screws were not stripped. Each part had packaging on it to make sure it was protected. The instructions were useful in telling you what to do. See the cons. The chair is not as stable as you think, but it has instructions to not stand on it. It was a little too high for me, but it gave you enough height for any type of office desk. I was surprised how light it was. The wooden floor makes it easy to move the wheels around. There is a A lot of support on your back is easy. The instructions for step 2 will make it difficult for any beginner, I recommend putting the armrests on the back first to get rid of any future problems, since the holes are easier to move around. Armrests are very low for someone around 6 feet tall. At least they gave you a tool. This chair is great for the price and has no defects in its design. I feel more support on one side than the other, but it might be my fault. This feels good for a big guy under 250 lbs. The chair did not last 3 months. Cheap materials.
