It's compatible with most stovetops. Versatility in the kitchen requires an oven safe. The dual layer is non-stick for easy food release. The aluminum construction is durable. Cast stay cool. The oven is safe up to 450oF. The lifetime warranty is full.
👤My son-in-law is the reason I'm buying these pans. He ruined my pans by not following instructions. These are the rules for any non-stick pan that you want to keep non-stick. There was no high heat. The pans work well at both low and medium. The metal will warp and the non-stick coating will be damaged if these pans are pre-heated. Hand wash only! Automatic dishwasher detergents can ruin non-stick coating and damage certain metals. No spraying! The non-stick coating will be damaged by things like Pam. There are four There is no cold water on a hot pan. Who does that? I've seen him take a hot pan and run the cold water from the faucet on it. Really? I'm pretty sure he does that to get the grease out of the pan. Doing so will warp the metal and ruin the non-stick coating. No metal clasps! Again, who does that? I've seen a lot of things on my pans. Don't do that. Calphalon brand pans are some of the best on the market and will last years if they are treated with care and respect. I own a full set of Calphalon pots and pans. I have full confidence that everything I cook in them will turn out great, and I am very pleased with them. It was a good purchase. Five stars.
👤The pan was faulty just received. The pan cannot be lay flat on the stove because the handle is positioned lower than the pan bottom. I'm returning set.
👤If you're going to use hard anodized skillets, this skillet looks wonderful. I have not been able to use mine. I've washed it by hand 4 times already, once with a nylon scrubbie sponge, and once with a towel. I assume this black stuff is going to ruin the food I cook in this pan so I haven't used it yet. Is there anyone else who has experienced the same? The manufacturer should help me out here. What is this black stuff? I have attached a picture of what is coming off the pan. It shows what I see when I rub the pan dry with my fingers. There is an update. Calphalon was more than helpful and sent me a replacement pan after I contacted them directly. I experienced the same problem with the new pan, so my review must remain the same. That's enough for me. I don't have the time or energy to deal with this further, so I'm out of the original cost as well. Does anyone know if the pans would be recycled? I don't know how to dispose of the one I have. There is a One more thing... The "black stuff" is not known. I've never put this pan in the dishwasher, but Calphalon said it was perhaps something from my dishwasher, but I was unable to identify it. shrugs>
👤Many of the reviews of this pan seem to be for a set or other product. I would prefer reviews that are specific to the item. Calphalon has been used by me for over 20 years. The price point of this pan was too low for a high quality Calphalon pan. I don't know if this is a lower quality line or the pan is malfunctioning. The pan does not evenly heat up. One half of bacon is barely cooked. I have to move the food around in the pan to keep it from burning. It is easy to clean up. I gave it 2 stars because of that. I don't know how it holds up in the dishwasher because I never put cookware in it. I am not happy with this pan. It has damaged my trust in Calphalon.
Excellent heat conduction and scratch resistance can be found in the hard senna body. The German engineered coating uses less oil and is PFOA free. Sturdy handle with stay cool, non slip silicone. The oven is safe up to 200C. It's compatible with most stovetops.
👤It is a rare review from my side. I use OXO for years, a good brand for kitchen gadgets, so I tried the frying pan. The photos tell the whole story after 3 weeks of use. I only use wooden spoons and utensils if it says "scratch resistant". To make the long story short, stay away from this piece of junk. I have never peeling after 3 weeks using the cheapest Teflon pans. I will serve you well with Cuisinart. What a mistake. The photos were taken before the arrival of my new pan. The "German engineered" non-stick coating peeled off like it was new to me. German engineered it is not junk. If you decide to buy this frying pan and follow all the 5-star reviews, be aware that your next omelette will contain an additional German engineered non-stick coating. It's Bon Appetit!
👤I have used my pan for six months and have had great results. I decided to get another one after six months because it finally started sticking to the point. It won't last forever, just be aware.
👤America's Test Kitchen recommended these to me. I don't buy expensive non-stick fry-pans, you can spend $200 on a non-stick pan, but it won't last for ever, no matter how careful you are. A non-stick skillet can be had for 2 years. 2 of these were $40 and that is a very good deal. Since my husband cooks as well as I do, they don't get very careful handling at my house. Over the years, I had a lot of them. Some were better than others. I think the OXO skillets are one of my favorites. Eggs are non-stick and a dream. The non-stick coating on the grip makes it easy to wash. I bought a set for my son because I like them so much. I recommend them. The skillets are still performing great a year later.
👤Couldn't tell you how it was done. One was damaged. One side did not take a picture. This one was damaged after the replacement was received. I took pictures. Not sure who is to blame. There was no padding or anything in the box with the pan.
👤I received a nice note from Amazon apologizing for the issues and promising to resolve them. The pan is great, so I changed to 5 star. Make sure yours is undamaged. This is the best pan I've ever owned. When I tried to order another one, it was damaged. The next one was damaged when I returned it. I'm hoping the third time is the charm.
👤I have had a non-stick skillet for 3 months and it had 2 small places where the coating was coming off. I use cooking on the average of 2 - 3 times a week. I wash it. I will apply for a refund. Customer service answered my first email promptly. It went downhill from there. It took 26 days and 2 more emails to get a refund posted to my account. The purchase price of the skillet was stated in the warranty. There was no shipping cost for Prime members, but there was a sales tax. The shipping cost was $11.75. I paid $12.97 for this skillet. A good quality product can be costly, but this warranty is similar to many others.
It's compatible with most stovetops. Hard Anodized is more resistant to wear and is harder than steel. The interior of theQuantanium is reinforced with titanium and has a healthy cooking option. Cool grip handles are made of solid steel and are riveted to the stove top to keep it cool. The oven is safe to 500 degrees F. There is a limited lifetime warranty.
👤I had a replacement pan for at least 5 years. The teflon coating was bad. The pan appeared to be in perfect condition. I washed it and cooked on it. The bottom of the pan surprised me when it dried. It was not easy. I washed it again and it is the same. I would return the packaging if I threw it away. Maybe I got a problem. I don't trust what it's made out of so I'm afraid to use it.
👤I came back to this pen knowing that the chemicals were questionable after trying many alternatives. It has been a few months, mostly make morning eggs in it, never put it beyond a medium spray of olive oil, and cleaning is easy. On the first day, it worked well. There is no nonstick that is going to last forever, but this one is already doing much better than previous ceramic or greener coating out there, and the German company that didn't make it to six months didn't even make it to the end of the year. This is a hand wash only product. I concluded that it was safe if it doesn't get to high temperatures, but still slick and slippery.
👤I love this pan. I had my first one for a long time. This pan does wear out after a lot of use, but it lasts for years before I was no longer happy with the cooking surface. The perfect size for cooking 2 eggs over easy is also a good size to saute up veggies for 1, toast nuts, or cook other small quantities. It's a great size to add to your collection.
👤I love it! I have an old appliance that has been scratched. The old pan was hard to clean. The model is easy to clean, but it is a bit difficult to clean the rivets. It is noticeably heavier than my old one. I've learned how to take care of heat distribution, no heat, don't clean til cool, no metal, and rub on oil when new.
👤The pan is used for breakfast and lunch almost every day. It has excellent balance, never sticks to anything, and wipes clean with a paper towel. The flared sides allow for easy access to the omelets, sautés or grilled cheeses. We use the big brother for almost anything we need for larger meals. Unless you use metal utensils, the coating is very tough.
👤We bought several sizes of the cookware. They all work well, are easy to clean, cook well and hold up to use. We will use the skillets to see if they are really 5 stars. These skillets are recommended by us.
👤There are no negatives to this huge, fabulously. The pan is deep. I can't believe how much it holds. The pan has the amount in cups and litres on it. It's easy to clean and will go into the oven without a lid. There is a lid up to 350F. They recommend metal tools. Don't use a habd mixer, whisk, or knife on it. The two handles make transferring a heavy filled pot easy. I'm buying my children a Christmas present. What a great deal!
Heavy-duty aluminum construction is hard-anodized for maximum strength and professional performance. The premium aluminum egg fry pan is great for cooking healthy eggs and bacon. The pan is made of aluminum and has low flame recommended when cooking. "Hot Spot", no burnt eggs. The bakelite handle is designed to stay cool on the stove. Please don't use it on the stove. Nonstick marble coating is easy to clean. It is easy to clean with a soft sponge or cloth. The egg pan has a diameter of 9.45 inches and a height of 1.57 inches.
👤I thought that this was just another egg frying trick. It was difficult to turn over the eggs without breaking the yolk and it took a long time to set the proper temperature of the pan. I'm zeroing in on making perfect "over easy" eggs after 5 tries. I'm still experimenting and can't give you a formula yet. I'll add to this review once I have it down pat. The spatula you use to turn the eggs is going to be important. I give the pan 4 stars because I can see nice over easy eggs in my future. I've found my mistake is leaving the eggs on too long after flipping them over, since I've pretty much mastered my methodology for "over easy". I have used the pan over ten times and it sits on the stove. I have changed my rating to five stars. Bill Schultz is a politician.
👤This pan is still my favorite. It was used several times a week. Egg sandwiches with ham and cheese is a good way to cook them. Have also used for mini pancakes. It's usually done by spraying water. This pan is very hot. I keep the stove top setting on 3 out of 10. Orig 3/6/18. We have chickens and eat a bunch of eggs. This pan is easy to use and heat quickly, so I don't have to worry about making over easy eggs and sticky pans. It's awesome.
👤The pan is perfect! Love it. Freeze omelets for quick and easy breakfasts. It keeps me from grabbing something that isn't good for me. It is what I was looking for.
👤It's pretty cool! I am tired of the morning drive throughs where I can get bacon and sausage egg and cheese without the biscuit and muffin for only $2.50 per visit. I wanted to make them fresh at home. I whipped up the eggs in a bowl and used two of the cups. I make an egg sandwich with sausage or bacon. I like it. I use a steam lid from one of my pots so I don't mess with the flipping - many times I make four eggs and refrigerate two of them to reheat as I want. Makes me happy.
👤The pan made it easy to cook 4 eggs. The pan is deep enough to cook a large egg. The only thing you need is a spray of cooking spray. It holds heat very well so you need to use it on medium to low heat. There have been no issues with my gas stove. Mini pancakes turn out great when added with some fruit. Nothing has stuck! So happy with the purchase.
👤I am very disappointed in the product. The first time I used it, the egg was stuck. I wiped a paper towel with olive oil on it in the compartments after using it a second time. I bought this pan because I don't want to use oil. The eggs are hard to turn over. I broke the three eggs I made for my husband. I only had the heat on low and at the end, when I started to turn the eggs over one of them popped at me and flung egg whites and yolks all over the place. I wish I wouldn't have bought it.

👤They say no harmful things, but if you look at the trade name for PTFE, it's another one. "We discovered that many of the trade names for PTFE are actually ceramic coating names."
👤The skillets and sauce pans perform as advertised. I followed the instructions with a little oil or butter in the pan as it warmed up. The fried egg slides around easily in the video I posted. I hand wash them. I bought them in different sizes. They look great in my kitchen. I need a skillet larger than the largest offered and also sauce pans larger than 1 quart. I had to keep my teflon pan for big jobs. ;(
👤I bought this and a pot. I think it's great. Eggs and other foods can be eaten with a non stick. It is easy to clean by hand. Don't use a non stick pan with high heat. Use cast iron for high heat. On low to medium heat, use these. Don't put non stick pans in the dishwasher, hand wash them and they will last longer and stay in great condition.
👤When I cleaned it, black dust came off from the bottom and the inside of the pan. It's probably toxic and disgusting.
👤I bought an 11" one. Everything you could ask for is non-stick. This one is very different from my previous one. Things stick even with a lot of oil. I have to scratch them with a spatula. The pan makes a cracking sound when it is heating on low/medium heat, which is scary, and my guess is that the heat distribution is not evenly. I've never heard that from a cold pan. The noise continues. I don't know what's wrong with this item, but it shouldn't have a quality check, so I don't know if they'd accept a return. I don't recommend this product because it has a cracking sound.
👤I needed to replace a pan. I was checking out the new pans. The perfect size for eggs and omelets was this one. I am glad I pulled the gun because I went ahead and did it. I always use butter to grease the pan when making eggs/omelets. I would get spots with the old Teflon pan. That is not the case with this pan. Nothing sticks to it. It's very easy to flip your eggs. The pan is good. I highly recommend this pan if you are looking for a small frying pan.
👤I have had it for two months and it is still in excellent condition. I have never had a pan like this before. My electric stove top only goes up to about 250 F degrees, but this temp kills all other frying pans, not this one it is still granite and the is not even discolored yet. There was an update on 7/12/18. The granite coating is still perfect despite the fact that it has a lot of oil and cooking residuals. I have never had a better frying pan.
👤The Carote pans are the best I have ever had. They are easy to clean and cook in. They wipe out. I would recommend them to others. I love them. My first purchase was a set. I bought more sizes because I loved them so much. These are for my camper. We are also using them in our home.
Blue Diamond's ceramic non-stick is 10x longer lasting than traditional coating and is 5x harder. Blue Diamond cleans up quicker than copper because Diamonds are 4x moreconductive. Free of lead, PFOA, and other harmful substances. The forged base of the warp control base prevents warping, wobbling, or degrading over time. The oven and Broiler are safe up to 600F. It's dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. A rivetted handle for a comfortable grip. For all stovetops.
👤10 days later, the sides are bending and scratches are visible. Poor quality product. It looks good, have to admit. How did it get such reviews?
👤Are they kidding? I got these pans on Christmas Day and they're chipping now. I used this pan twice with a plastic spatula and ran it through the dishwasher. There are chips inside the pan and the edges of the "diamond" coating are already peeling off. The entire pitch for Blue Diamond is nonsense. This should be illegal. Spread the word. Never again.
👤The reviews on the Blue and Swiss Diamond pans were terrible. They contain a substance that is not disclosed but is noted in the packaging. I unwrapped it for my daughter's XMAS gift. I bought a brand called Tutanium. My years of experience proved that T-fal is reliable. Blue Diamond's ads are deceiving to its customers. I will do that. The quality of T-Fal is poor, but it has a more bio friendly finish and I bought it for myself.
👤The product had food stuck to it. I have never seen a product like this before.
👤The first time I used it, something stuck to it. After extensive cleaning, things stayed the same places as the first time. Without a pot holder the handle gets hot. I wouldn't buy this product again.
👤The handle gets very hot.
👤If you don't grab for a mitt first you will be burned, the handle takes in all the heat. Learned this the hard way. I have never had a pan that did this before.
👤I didn't use it. It arrived scratched, after all the hype about how strong it was. I sent it back.
The dimensions are 5 x 3.1 x 5 inches. These pans are available in both round and square shapes and come in at a cute 12.5 centimeters. Excellent heat conduction and scratch resistance can be found in the hard senna body. The German engineered coating uses less oil and is PFOA free. The handles are comfortable. The oven is safe up to 220C. The edges are rolled for pouring. It's compatible with most stovetops.
👤I know from experience that you have to replace your non-stick pans every few years because they lose their non-stick quality. You can either get the most expensive non-stick pans on the market or get a good value for your money. This is a good deal. You really need to use some kind of fat to make these pans non-stick. Butter and high smokepoint oil are good for that flavor, especially with eggs. After washing the pan with warm water, soap, and a sponge, I found no fat or egg on it. It was almost non-stick. Which is what I was expecting. If you want your pans to last, do not put them in the dishwasher, they're basically sandblasting, and wash with hot water. They contain a substance that can't be removed without damaging the cooking surface. You can make an omelet with a silicone spatula, but only use nylon or silicone utensils. If you stack them without some kind of protection on the cooking surface, you'll lose. I hang my pans on a pot rack. You should get at least a couple of good years use out of your pans if you follow these rules. Purchase new ones in a few years. If you want to cook on high heat, you should consider a cast iron pan. Don't torture your non-stick pans. They're not made for that.
👤The item was highly rated in a magazine. One of the great qualities of the review was the fact that the bonding of the surface to the base material wouldn't delaminate. It was wonderful to cook in it. We took good care of it, and never put it in high heat. There were bubbles on the cooking surface about a year later. The bubbles came off. It's no longer useful. We wrote to OXO to inquire about their 10-year warranty, but have not received a response. I will revise this review if we ever hear from them.
👤When I bought this pan, I knew it didn't have a lid. I didn't know that the standard 10" lid wouldn't fit the pan. I have a lid from a previous Frypan that has fit multiple pans. It does not fit the Oxo pan. When I searched for "lid", I saw complaints about the lids not fitting. Oxo, a major manufacturer, would not accept a standard lid for their pan. I didn't check that before buying. Don't make the same mistake.
👤There are holes in the coating after a year. The pan had grooves on it. Oxo customer support claimed that it was carbonization on the pan when I contacted them about the dimpling. I followed their instructions and it made it a bit better, but it still had a lot of carbonization. I contacted Oxo customer support about a month ago and noticed a hole in the coating. They said that it's not a hole but burnt oil. The hole in the photo is not burnt oil. I don't use metal utensils in the pan. I use a Matfer Pelton Spatula and a plastic spatula. Along with OXO tongs. We only use butter, olive oil, or avocab oil. We have never used spray oils, as they are bad for non-stick pans.
PFOA-free coating on marble stone is safe and healthy. It is recommended to wash your hands to protect the coating. The wooden handle is bakelite. It's compatible with all stove types, including ceramic, gas, and electric. Not for the oven. Eggs omelette sausages, beef bacon burgers, or vegetables are ideal.
👤I used it once, after opening it and cooking an omelette. I think it is a nice pan. I like the wooden handle. I saw a sticker in the middle of the pan that said "Teflon quality tested non-stick coating." I've heard that Teflon products may be harmful, but I don't know much about cookware. I was looking to see if the pan was made with Teflon after reading through the Amazon page. I assumed it wasn't made with Teflon since I didn't see the word. I was wrong. I've learned that most non-stick pans are made of Teflon. I think I should have done more research before buying a pan. I've decided to keep it, even though it's my first. If you're worried about Teflon products, you should be told what you're buying. If this is an issue for you, you might do a bit of research online. There's a website called thecookwareadvisor that has a balanced and informative write-up about Teflon. Some of the comments are interesting. If you heat a teflon pan over 500 degrees, it can release fumes that are considered harmful.
👤I love this pan. I wanted it for individual ombettes. It is very easy to clean with soap and sponge. The handle is very smooth. I would like my pans to be nice. Definitely recommend. There is a change. I couldn't have wished for a better egg pan after a year of using it. The best.
👤I decided to get an affordable one after giving up on non stick pans. Wow. This pan is not really light weight, but still works as a charm after a month or more of constant use. I love it. If they have, I might get more in different sizes.
👤I was looking for a new pan. I don't use a spatula, I flip my eggs like the restaurants do, and we do a lot of camping. The pan worked perfectly after seasoning the handle. The description didn't say I couldn't use metal in the pan, only plastic or wood. I thought it would cook like a diamond pan. The description of the feel of the handle made me order this one. I am happy with the pans I ordered.
👤I really like this product. I need an additional skillet because I am too lazy to use the other one and it takes up half my sink. I settled on a perfect size. The skillet is very sturdy and lightweight. I would not cook anything without some oil. You people, healthy fats are good for you! You need them to make hormones. The handle is one of the favorites. It is light and smooth. It is very easy to clean, pick up and manage. 10/10 would buy this again or a gift.
👤It is lightweight and non-stick. It's perfect for egg frying.
👤We can only use pans that are compatible with the stove. This one is working well for us. Everything is described. The pan has a soft touch handle, which makes it easy to hold on to. It is non-stick.
There is a limited lifetime warranty. A mini fry pan is a great way to prepare a breakfast. The handle is heat resistant. It's ideal for sandwich size eggs and pancakes. Joie wrote part of the Eggsentials collection.
👤The manufacturer updated the product with a non stick coating after reading reviews that the eggs were sticking no matter what. I think the material is cheap and may be industrial. My eggs tasted different because they were eating something. I hope it is not hazardous.
👤The littlle egg pan is perfect for me, as it allows me to eat two eggs, two sauage patties and an English muffin. I can do 2 eggs over medium by putting a small amount of butter in the bottom and then pouring the egg in the pan. I keep the plastic handle away from the heat. The smell of burnt plastic and the melted plastic were complaints from several people when I read the reviews. I kept the plastic handle away from the flame. The pan is so small that you can only put half of it on the fire. I use a stopwatch on my phone to cook for a minute and then flip the pan and eggs over medium, just the way I like them. I cook a bit of green Bell Peppers with a little ham, then I beat the 2 eggs, then pour the eggs over the ham and peppers that I have, and the little Egg looks at me. I add a bit of cheese to the eggs. When I cook the egg and cheese, I keep the little handles away from the flame. I cook for about a minute on my stopwatch on this side, then take the pan, flip back to egg face up, and check to see what the omelette looks like. I recommend skillet right by the burner, so I can move the little pan about a foot when I flip the pan, but for old shaky people. It was easy to give this egg pan 5 stars. I'm very happy with the pan, it's easy to clean.
👤I like these pans so much that I keep buying them even though they don't stay non-stick for very long. I only use a silicone spatula, keep the heat low, and be very careful with them. After about two or three weeks, you won't need any oil or butter unless you want, then they will stick a little and stick a lot. If you use liquid lecithin, you can get a few more months out of them, but eventually they will stick to the point and you will not be able to use them again. I buy another one every few months because I like them so much. I don't know how they were supposed to be used, but here's how I use them: I beat one egg in a small bowl, cut some mushrooms, asparagus, and stir into the egg. I like to add a bit of sour cream with shredded cheese. I brush the butter with a baster brush and pour the egg/veggie/cheese mixture on top of the open pan. Close the other half to keep the heat in. I keep the heat down. Once the bottom has been blackened, I fold the pan over and let the top side brown, then I put the pan in the oven and warm it up with butter. After the first few weeks, you'll have to use a spatula to loosen the bottom before you can flip it. If anyone has been able to get the no-stick to last, please post your method.
It's compatible with most stovetops. The skillet is easy to cook and clean because of the non-stick granite coating. Cooking with oil for a healthy diet. It's smokeless, green and healthy, a great non-stick surface, ideal for use on low to medium heat. The performance is 100% PFOA, Lead, and CadmIUM free. Break resistant and does not warp, 4.5mm thick bottom provides a stable heat distribution during cooking, saves time and energy, 2mm thick aluminum body appropriate weight and heat conductive can ensure uniform. It is suitable for gas, ceramic, electric, and halogen and has a perfect magnetized base which allows for rapid heat transfer and long-time use. The oven and dishwasher are not applicable. The frying pan set can make delicious food to satisfy your stomach. The handle and glass lid are heat resistant. The bakelite handle is heat resistant. The pan is more convenient to use and clean because there are no rivets. The see-through glass lid of this pan lets you keep an eye on things for a perfect finish. Before they leave the factory, the Eslit Life frying pan with lid has passed all the quality tests. If you have any questions about this frying pan, please contact the service team at Eslight Life.
👤I have been looking for an omelette pan. This is the perfect size for 3 eggs and 10 for 2 eggs. It is a bit deeper than most pans I have seen. The heat distribution across the bottom of the pan is very even, and the non-stick is flawless. I have been looking for a good French omelette pan for a long time. My search is over. The dollar has an amazing value.
👤I use the small frypan the most in my cooking set, and have been through 3 different versions of them all, all of which are well-reviewed. All 3 became useless within a year. The baby has not gotten any worse since it was 6 months old. I don't know why no one seems to be able to design a skillet that is heavy in the handle, so that it doesn't fall off the stove burner. This one is not better than the others.
👤I fried some eggs without using anything, and that is what you can see from the picture.
👤I just finished eating my eggs and flew over to my computer to write a review. I can't believe how non-stick this is. I moved the pan so that my eggs would slide along it. It was easy to clean up. This is the best pan. I have an electric cooker. It was perfect on a medium burner, but it didn't register on my largest burner. I don't think this can go into the oven. This is something to buy. You will not be disappointed.
👤I love this pan. I ordered it to make an omelette or eggs in the morning with no mess. I can cook cheese in this pan. It does not spread. It's like magic! It looks sexy, but be careful if you have a gas stove, because it might affect the handle, and it has a wooden one. This is the only thing that isn't perfect. I like the cover that comes with it. I like that I can keep my eggs warm if I cook something else or I want the heat in the pan to finish cooking my egg. I love this pan.
👤I was not happy that I had to screw the handles to the pan and the lids. Pan handle screws are difficult to place. Water was pooling under the wooden handle when I washed the small pan. The lid handle had to be dried and re-screwed. I had these one day and they are too much trouble. It's ridiculous.
👤I love this pan, it was getting beat up by constant use. The outside of the pan was burnt and discolored. I wanted a pan with a lid, but didn't have the rivets on the inside. I make omelettes and eggs a lot so I don't want anything in the pan. This pan is great. The smooth lining on the inside looks like stoneware. The walls are high enough so you can cook a good amount of food without the risk of overflow or things being knocked out. The handle is very strong. It's long enough to keep your hand out of the danger zone and the texture is so smooth and soft that it resembles a wood pattern. This pan is not meant for the oven because of the coating on the handle. Not safe to cook in the oven! I don't cook in pans in ovens, so this was not an issue for me. The lid is very nice. The handle is the same as the top, but transparent. The pan has a great coating. It is very easy to clean up if you take care of it. I can wipe it out after cooking. I only need a small amount of spray for everything I cook. Always wash with a soft sponge or rag. I love this pan. I always leave it out on the stove because it looks pretty.

👤It was bought two months ago and washed by hand all the time. The surface is hard to clean. This product is not good. I'm going to return the product to the seller.
👤Don't buy this product. Everything gets stuck to it.
👤I love the pan. I used a little butter but it was a non stick coating. The omelet was cooked perfectly, the lid fit like a glove. The pan is light and not heavy. Well worth the price and some. If I follow the instructions for med/high heat and take good care of this pan. This pan will last a long time. It's what I was looking for. Thank you Michelangelo, for creating a nice pan.
👤This pan is terrible. I have used this a few times and it burns.
👤I returned the pan because I didn't like it. It was bought for scrambled eggs. Had to use a lot of oil to avoid sticking.
👤It was a great pan for a while. It's no longer non-stick.
👤The best I have seen and used, but you must not put it on any higher than medicine. I don't know if it's necessary, but it works so well, it's worth the extra minutes it takes to heat. I loved sliding my egg out. I assume it is scratch resistant since it is so easy to clean. Every penny is worth it!
👤The pan is made of wood. The handle gets hot if you cook with it. The non stick surface is not good. If you add oil of any kind to make up for the poor non-stick, it sticks because the oil bonds to the non stick.
👤This is an excellent buy. Foods are easier to cook in than other pans. It is easy to clean. It's an essential for your kitchen.
👤The smaller version is superb. This is the last one in my set. I wouldn't buy another one.
👤I would not have bought this pan if I had seen it in a store. The pan works well, it comes with a lid, and you don't have to purchase one separately, so it's always a win when you don't have to purchase one separately. The non stick coating seems to work well on first use. I was not happy with the construction. It's my fault that I didn't understand that it was a ceramic pan coated with a finish that looks like copper but only in pictures because there is no way you would mistake it in real life. The rivet construction that you just know is going to give with time is the type of handle that is sturdy now. I needed a small pan so I bought the pan with the name Michelangelo in mind. I feel like the pan should be priced down for what it is and that I will probably replace it sooner than later.
👤I was going to buy this beautiful frying pan during covid. It was a waste of money. It is warped in the middle and doesn't lie flat. I didn't put it in the water when it was hot. It is not functional. It sticks. Don't spend your money.
