Brand: Blue Diamond Cookware

👤Yesterday we received this pan. When we washed it up, the finish was chipping. I am upset and disappointed. I don't use non-stick pans because I'm worried about the finish chipping off. I had read some good reviews of the commercials. We used our new pan to make scrambled eggs. We only used a wooden spatula to make the eggs because we were cooking on medium heat. My husband showed me that small chips were all over the pan while he was washing dishes. I'm shocked. We used to buy cheapo pans from Walmart and they would last a year before they started to chip. We stopped buying them because they were trying to move to better pans that would last a long time. It's completely unacceptable to have anything that is used to prepare food break down after only one use. Will not buy again and will return for a refund.

👤I don't know if it's common or if I just received a bad product. It was almost impossible to get off the pan because it had an area that sticks the food on. I thought it might be because it was new, but after using it a few times, it became a permanent problem. I kept it for too long. There is a If I could return it, I would, but I will just eat the money. I didn't return it quickly enough so, if it sticks like mine, use it a few times right away so you can return it.

👤I am a single dude who cooks his own meals and I wanted a bigger pan that I had. The pan was too small and the surface was starting to erode, but it was still a smaller pan. I can eat this baby but the pan is small. You can fit a lot of ground beef in here. The pan is so easy to clean that you don't even need cooking spray for eggs. I use it to take care of the pan. You should be able to get it off with some water and scrubbing. The weight of the pan is good for me. I guess if you are a small woman, it is my responsibility. If you use an electric stove, the bottom is flat so it will heat well. I use a stove. I would be confident with electric. The lid helps keep smoke out of my apartment.

👤I finally found a pan that wouldn't warp, most of the cooking is on medium heat or less, and after about five or six uses I noticed Big Blue had a slight wobble, I cook on a smooth surface stove.

👤Really, love it. It is a good weight to handle and it is pretty. It can be slow to heat up and it can take a while to lose heat. I turned my stove top to 6 for a grilled cheese and saw slow progress, but I kept cranking it up and it ended up burning one side and finishing the other in a quarter of the time. It is something to be aware of when adjusting to a new pan. I bought the tiny egg pan and the 8 inch after and have been happy with them all.

Brand: Hexclad

👤This pan becomes a regular non stick pan after a month of use. Eggs will stick and burn to it if they are given oil. You have to scrub it clean after cooking because it sticks to this and burns. It is not advertised and is heavy. I regret buying this pan because it is the worst in my kitchen. Save yourselves, friends.

👤I am not happy. Don't get them if you cook on high temperature. You have to cook low. Everything sticks if the temperature is too high.

👤It's all marketing, there is nothing unique about the pan, and it's ridiculously expensive. The attached picture shows that does not live up to its claims.

👤I paid full price for this pan, but the lid was not included. Very disappointed.

👤My breakfast is usually a omelette with vegetables. I used coconut spray since the instructions said egg whites wouldn't stick. My previous pan was marble based and didn't stick for 18 months. Changed to one star. The pan is bad for omelettes.

👤I bought one a year ago. I loved it until I noticed the finish was missing. It was falling apart when I owned it. I left a one star review. They kept running a Facebook ad. They told me to email customer service. Which I did. They immediately sent a replacement pan after asking for photos of the damage. Hopefully this one lasts longer. I'm very impressed with the prompt service. One star for my pan. Five stars for the company. The average is three.

👤This is not a stick and it does not have a lid. It needs to come with a lid. The pan is probably the worst I have ever used.

👤We cook at least two times a day. I've been cooking with PFOA free non stick pans for years and have been frustrated with how many don't work. This pan has been the best in a long time. I have tried a lot of ceramic titanium, but this pan is the best I have tried. I think that the peaks of non-stick and the valleys of non-stick are something that HexClad is onto. It's time to see how it holds up over the next 6 months. I would buy it again.

👤My eggs stick to the pan. Shame on you celebrity chefs.

👤The 10 inch frying pan was purchased for $275.00. I followed the correct procedures. Everything sticks. Not worth what I paid.

Brand: Carote

👤They say no harmful things, but if you look at the trade name for PTFE, it's another one. "We discovered that many of the trade names for PTFE are actually ceramic coating names."

👤The skillets and sauce pans perform as advertised. I followed the instructions with a little oil or butter in the pan as it warmed up. The fried egg slides around easily in the video I posted. I hand wash them. I bought them in different sizes. They look great in my kitchen. I need a skillet larger than the largest offered and also sauce pans larger than 1 quart. I had to keep my teflon pan for big jobs. ;(

👤I bought this and a pot. I think it's great. Eggs and other foods can be eaten with a non stick. It is easy to clean by hand. Don't use a non stick pan with high heat. Use cast iron for high heat. On low to medium heat, use these. Don't put non stick pans in the dishwasher, hand wash them and they will last longer and stay in great condition.

👤When I cleaned it, black dust came off from the bottom and the inside of the pan. It's probably toxic and disgusting.

👤I bought an 11" one. Everything you could ask for is non-stick. This one is very different from my previous one. Things stick even with a lot of oil. I have to scratch them with a spatula. The pan makes a cracking sound when it is heating on low/medium heat, which is scary, and my guess is that the heat distribution is not evenly. I've never heard that from a cold pan. The noise continues. I don't know what's wrong with this item, but it shouldn't have a quality check, so I don't know if they'd accept a return. I don't recommend this product because it has a cracking sound.

👤I needed to replace a pan. I was checking out the new pans. The perfect size for eggs and omelets was this one. I am glad I pulled the gun because I went ahead and did it. I always use butter to grease the pan when making eggs/omelets. I would get spots with the old Teflon pan. That is not the case with this pan. Nothing sticks to it. It's very easy to flip your eggs. The pan is good. I highly recommend this pan if you are looking for a small frying pan.

👤I have had it for two months and it is still in excellent condition. I have never had a pan like this before. My electric stove top only goes up to about 250 F degrees, but this temp kills all other frying pans, not this one it is still granite and the is not even discolored yet. There was an update on 7/12/18. The granite coating is still perfect despite the fact that it has a lot of oil and cooking residuals. I have never had a better frying pan.

👤The Carote pans are the best I have ever had. They are easy to clean and cook in. They wipe out. I would recommend them to others. I love them. My first purchase was a set. I bought more sizes because I loved them so much. These are for my camper. We are also using them in our home.

4. All Clad Stainless Dishwasher PFOA Free Non Stick

To add a bit of style and to ensure a safe grip, the handles are riveted. It's compatible with all of the cooktops, including oven and broiler-safe up to 600F.

Brand: All-clad

👤The product and service were not good. It worked great as a non-stick pan for a few months, but the surface starts to degrade even under normal household use and regular cleaning, even though I followed their instructions, no over heating, no spray cooking oil, I never put it in oven even it claims to be oven safe The request for a warranty replacement was promptly rejected as "wear and tear". The rep's response was rude. The product and "lifetime warranty" are not worth the price. Stay away.

👤I was disappointed in the pan'sDurability, for a $190 pan that's promised to be lifetime. My pan gets heavy use because I cook almost daily. It is sturdy, heavy, and distributes heat evenly. The first six monks used this pan and it worked well. It started to get discolored after a while. I used only silicone utensils from the beginning and did not use any harsh or metal scrubbier. Also tried cleaning with baking soda paste, but failed. I am looking for a new pan after it deteriorated so slowly. For a high price, I expected a different non-sticks. It was rejected when you tried to get a replacement under the lifetime warranty. They said that I should just use some baking soda and warm water to get rid of it, because they said that it was normal and that it was based on the pictures I included in the review. The pictures were taken when I tried to scrub with baking soda for half an hour and then boil it. The "lifetime" guarantee promise is meaningless.

👤The All Clad pan is a great pan for cooking, but the non stick coating starts to oxidize immediately after use. The pan has only been used a few times and the coating has already been damaged. The pan has only been used with utensils. This is not acceptable at this price point. I had non stick pans for $35 and they held up better than All Clad. All Clad's phone customer service is closed. They claim this is due to Covid19. Excuse me. You are the only company that has not been able to adjust their operations within 5 months. Don't buy.

👤The handle is very uncomfortable and too flimsy for the price. scrambled eggs are sticking. I would have returned it. I recycled the packaging. Don't buy this pan, take my advice.

👤The coating on the pan began to peel off after less than 2 months of use. The purchase is within the warranty period, so I tried to call the All Clad toll free number. The company doesn't answer their toll free customer service number during standard business hours, and they apparently aren't answering their phones due to the Covid 19 outbreak. They haven't responded to a service request submitted on their website. Their lack of response to consumers is a problem because of the poor quality of their non-stick products. All Clad's non-stick pans are so bad that we will not use them again due to safety concerns. It will be time to consider other manufacturers if their customer service continues to be poor. Don't use this product.

5. Calphalon 1932340 Classic Omelette 12 Inch

Calphalon 1932340 Classic Omelette 12 Inch

Made in the USA with imported components. The dual-layer is easy to use. 3 is a durable hard-anodized aluminum construction. The long handle is Cast stay-cool. The lifetime warranty is full. The dual-layer is easy to use.

Brand: Calphalon

👤My son-in-law is the reason I'm buying these pans. He ruined my pans by not following instructions. These are the rules for any non-stick pan that you want to keep non-stick. There was no high heat. The pans work well at both low and medium. The metal will warp and the non-stick coating will be damaged if these pans are pre-heated. Hand wash only! Automatic dishwasher detergents can ruin non-stick coating and damage certain metals. No spraying! The non-stick coating will be damaged by things like Pam. There are four There is no cold water on a hot pan. Who does that? I've seen him take a hot pan and run the cold water from the faucet on it. Really? I'm pretty sure he does that to get the grease out of the pan. Doing so will warp the metal and ruin the non-stick coating. No metal clasps! Again, who does that? I've seen a lot of things on my pans. Don't do that. Calphalon brand pans are some of the best on the market and will last years if they are treated with care and respect. I own a full set of Calphalon pots and pans. I have full confidence that everything I cook in them will turn out great, and I am very pleased with them. It was a good purchase. Five stars.

👤The pan was faulty just received. The pan cannot be lay flat on the stove because the handle is positioned lower than the pan bottom. I'm returning set.

👤If you're going to use hard anodized skillets, this skillet looks wonderful. I have not been able to use mine. I've washed it by hand 4 times already, once with a nylon scrubbie sponge, and once with a towel. I assume this black stuff is going to ruin the food I cook in this pan so I haven't used it yet. Is there anyone else who has experienced the same? The manufacturer should help me out here. What is this black stuff? I have attached a picture of what is coming off the pan. It shows what I see when I rub the pan dry with my fingers. There is an update. Calphalon was more than helpful and sent me a replacement pan after I contacted them directly. I experienced the same problem with the new pan, so my review must remain the same. That's enough for me. I don't have the time or energy to deal with this further, so I'm out of the original cost as well. Does anyone know if the pans would be recycled? I don't know how to dispose of the one I have. There is a One more thing... The "black stuff" is not known. I've never put this pan in the dishwasher, but Calphalon said it was perhaps something from my dishwasher, but I was unable to identify it. shrugs>

👤Many of the reviews of this pan seem to be for a set or other product. I would prefer reviews that are specific to the item. Calphalon has been used by me for over 20 years. The price point of this pan was too low for a high quality Calphalon pan. I don't know if this is a lower quality line or the pan is malfunctioning. The pan does not evenly heat up. One half of bacon is barely cooked. I have to move the food around in the pan to keep it from burning. It is easy to clean up. I gave it 2 stars because of that. I don't know how it holds up in the dishwasher because I never put cookware in it. I am not happy with this pan. It has damaged my trust in Calphalon.

6. OXO Anodized PFOA Free Nonstick Skillet

OXO Anodized PFOA Free Nonstick Skillet

Tramontina item # 80114/537DS America's Test Kitchen has the highest rated skillet. Excellent heat conduction and scratch resistance can be found in the hard senna body. The German engineered coating uses less oil and is PFOA free. Sturdy handle with stay cool, non slip silicone. The oven is safe up to 200C. It's compatible with most stovetops.

Brand: Oxo

👤It is a rare review from my side. I use OXO for years, a good brand for kitchen gadgets, so I tried the frying pan. The photos tell the whole story after 3 weeks of use. I only use wooden spoons and utensils if it says "scratch resistant". To make the long story short, stay away from this piece of junk. I have never peeling after 3 weeks using the cheapest Teflon pans. I will serve you well with Cuisinart. What a mistake. The photos were taken before the arrival of my new pan. The "German engineered" non-stick coating peeled off like it was new to me. German engineered it is not junk. If you decide to buy this frying pan and follow all the 5-star reviews, be aware that your next omelette will contain an additional German engineered non-stick coating. It's Bon Appetit!

👤I have used my pan for six months and have had great results. I decided to get another one after six months because it finally started sticking to the point. It won't last forever, just be aware.

👤America's Test Kitchen recommended these to me. I don't buy expensive non-stick fry-pans, you can spend $200 on a non-stick pan, but it won't last for ever, no matter how careful you are. A non-stick skillet can be had for 2 years. 2 of these were $40 and that is a very good deal. Since my husband cooks as well as I do, they don't get very careful handling at my house. Over the years, I had a lot of them. Some were better than others. I think the OXO skillets are one of my favorites. Eggs are non-stick and a dream. The non-stick coating on the grip makes it easy to wash. I bought a set for my son because I like them so much. I recommend them. The skillets are still performing great a year later.

👤Couldn't tell you how it was done. One was damaged. One side did not take a picture. This one was damaged after the replacement was received. I took pictures. Not sure who is to blame. There was no padding or anything in the box with the pan.

👤I received a nice note from Amazon apologizing for the issues and promising to resolve them. The pan is great, so I changed to 5 star. Make sure yours is undamaged. This is the best pan I've ever owned. When I tried to order another one, it was damaged. The next one was damaged when I returned it. I'm hoping the third time is the charm.

👤I have had a non-stick skillet for 3 months and it had 2 small places where the coating was coming off. I use cooking on the average of 2 - 3 times a week. I wash it. I will apply for a refund. Customer service answered my first email promptly. It went downhill from there. It took 26 days and 2 more emails to get a refund posted to my account. The purchase price of the skillet was stated in the warranty. There was no shipping cost for Prime members, but there was a sales tax. The shipping cost was $11.75. I paid $12.97 for this skillet. A good quality product can be costly, but this warranty is similar to many others.

Brand: All-clad

👤This is the first review I've done for Amazon, even after hundreds of purchases, and it's the first one. The reason for this review is that I feel the handle is unsafe. The pan cooks really well. It has a lot of weight. The pan is heavy and it is difficult to keep balanced when lifting it off of a hot stove. The pan can twist if you don't have a firm grip. The edges of the handle make it hard to hold it tight. I love everything about this pan other than the handle. I felt the potential of danger and burning was worth writing a review on, even though other owners might disagree.

👤Don't buy this product. I got the 12 and 10 inch skillet. They work great on my range. But the handles. There is no words to describe how bad these handles are. Want to put the food in a container? Try to break your wrist. The design of your hand is stupid. Handling these pans is a nightmare because of the angle, shape and shape. I don't need a lot of money for 2 pans that I can't lift without teaching my kids new words. Stay away from this product while you shop.

👤These are amazing. It was worth every single penny. I was angry with the way eggs stuck to the pan. Even the non stick pans. I bought these after my eggs were ruined again. I had head of the brand before but didn't own anything and didn't care for the price, but I was desperate. These have changed my life. I like them. They are worth it.

👤It won't work on my GE range top. Very disappointed.

👤All Clad has a knock off of these pans. I used them for 6 months. The non stick surface is chipping off so I'm throwing in the scrap metal pile. Did you use the right utensil? You bet. Never used plastic tools. Always a spatula. I'm going for a walk.

👤I have bought these pans 4 times. The first time I tried them, the recipient couldn't stop talking. Wow! Keep reading, but it's amazing. Sometimes I have a lot going on at the same time, 2 sets would be better for me. I bought the 4th set after my son bought a house. I received a counterfeit set four times. They are not all-Clad. They didn't come in an All-Clad box, didn't have an extra handle on the pan, and have thick handles like most brands. The pans are not large on the bottom. They are lightweight and have sloping sides that are closer to the center than most pans. All-clad has straight sides that start at the edge and allow a larger cooking surface. Amazon was the seller of all 4 sets. If you get a set that doesn't come in an All-Clad box, and look exactly like the photos, send them back.

👤I have a lot of pans. Never a complaint until now. These do not have the flat bottoms that are claimed. The fat pools are at the edges. I like low fat cooking but can't do it in these. I will probably return them.

8. OXO Grips Non Stick Dishwasher Frypan

OXO Grips Non Stick Dishwasher Frypan

The dimensions are 5 x 3.1 x 5 inches. These pans are available in both round and square shapes and come in at a cute 12.5 centimeters. Excellent heat conduction and scratch resistance can be found in the hard senna body. The German engineered coating uses less oil and is PFOA free. The handles are comfortable. The oven is safe up to 220C. The edges are rolled for pouring. It's compatible with most stovetops.

Brand: Oxo

👤I know from experience that you have to replace your non-stick pans every few years because they lose their non-stick quality. You can either get the most expensive non-stick pans on the market or get a good value for your money. This is a good deal. You really need to use some kind of fat to make these pans non-stick. Butter and high smokepoint oil are good for that flavor, especially with eggs. After washing the pan with warm water, soap, and a sponge, I found no fat or egg on it. It was almost non-stick. Which is what I was expecting. If you want your pans to last, do not put them in the dishwasher, they're basically sandblasting, and wash with hot water. They contain a substance that can't be removed without damaging the cooking surface. You can make an omelet with a silicone spatula, but only use nylon or silicone utensils. If you stack them without some kind of protection on the cooking surface, you'll lose. I hang my pans on a pot rack. You should get at least a couple of good years use out of your pans if you follow these rules. Purchase new ones in a few years. If you want to cook on high heat, you should consider a cast iron pan. Don't torture your non-stick pans. They're not made for that.

👤The item was highly rated in a magazine. One of the great qualities of the review was the fact that the bonding of the surface to the base material wouldn't delaminate. It was wonderful to cook in it. We took good care of it, and never put it in high heat. There were bubbles on the cooking surface about a year later. The bubbles came off. It's no longer useful. We wrote to OXO to inquire about their 10-year warranty, but have not received a response. I will revise this review if we ever hear from them.

👤When I bought this pan, I knew it didn't have a lid. I didn't know that the standard 10" lid wouldn't fit the pan. I have a lid from a previous Frypan that has fit multiple pans. It does not fit the Oxo pan. When I searched for "lid", I saw complaints about the lids not fitting. Oxo, a major manufacturer, would not accept a standard lid for their pan. I didn't check that before buying. Don't make the same mistake.

👤There are holes in the coating after a year. The pan had grooves on it. Oxo customer support claimed that it was carbonization on the pan when I contacted them about the dimpling. I followed their instructions and it made it a bit better, but it still had a lot of carbonization. I contacted Oxo customer support about a month ago and noticed a hole in the coating. They said that it's not a hole but burnt oil. The hole in the photo is not burnt oil. I don't use metal utensils in the pan. I use a Matfer Pelton Spatula and a plastic spatula. Along with OXO tongs. We only use butter, olive oil, or avocab oil. We have never used spray oils, as they are bad for non-stick pans.

9. T Fal Nonstick Everyday Ergonomic Stay Cool

T Fal Nonstick Everyday Ergonomic Stay Cool

Break-resistent glass is clear. Non-stick coating on interior and exterior. Even heat distribution is delivered by the base. All cooking methods are safe. The oven is safe to 350F. T-fal's Heat mastery system combines their superior non-stick coating with an even heat base and thermo-spot technology to provide perfect cooking results every time.

Brand: T-fal

👤They call it an "everyday pan", but I call it my "everything pan". The depth is bigger than any other. I can make most dinners in this one pan. The handle grips are heat resistant up to 350 degrees and I can put it in the oven to keep it warm if I need it. The newest version of T-fal cookware is the best for heat distribution. This pan and T-fal are perfect.

👤The size and the shape of the handles make me love it. This was the reason I bought this pan. The pan that arrived is warped. It was not comfortable to use. I don't know if I'll keep it. The "u" shaped handle shown in the picture is not the "Knob" type handle that I would prefer. I also bought another pan from T Fal at the same time. It doesn't have the capacity of this pan, but that series is clearly a superior T Fal line.

👤The pan has a good quality. It is weighted so it stays on the stove without sliding. I bought this pan because it is so deep. I needed a pan that I could cook in. This pan is used for that purpose. The pan was brand new in packaging but the lid was scratched, which was the only issue I had with this order. I don't think that will affect its performance, but it was annoying to buy a brand new pan with damage already on it.

👤I expect the T-fal 12" Deep Everyday Pan with lid to last for many years given proper use and care. overheating the pan is the most likely cause of negative feedback regarding warping. It slides too easily across a glass top stove, the only downside that I have seen so far. I hope the following answers some of the questions that you have. There is a product in China. The interior is non-stick. The exterior is non-stick. Silicone handles are safe to 350F/175C. The glass lid has a steam vent. Use and care instructions should be used first. After washing, rinse and dry with a soft cloth. It is recommended to "season" the pan before use. The pan should be washed thoroughly and dried. Put a small amount of cooking oil in the pan after it has been removed from the heat for 30 seconds. Rub oil on the pan with a paper towel. If accidental overheating occurs, repeat every 10 dishwasher cycles. Only low to medium heat is recommended. The pan will be damaged by high heat. Don't cut food in the pan or get it on the non-stick surface. Non-stick cooking sprays can leave an invisible build up on the surface that will affect the pans non-stick properties. The pan should be cooled before cleaning to prevent warping. Extreme temperature changes are not recommended. Plastic or wooden utensils are recommended. Potholders are always used when moving the pan in and out of the oven. The pan is oven safe to 350F/175C. Do not use this pan under the fire. When removing the lid, tilt the lid to make sure the steam doesn't get to you. Keep your hands and face away from the steam vent. The glass may break if a hot lid is placed under cold water. Handles can become very hot under certain conditions. Potholders should be used when taking in and out of the oven. The pan and lid are easy to clean because of the short handles. It is important to wait for the pan and lid to cool before washing. Use a cloth or soft sponge to wash the pan and lid. Never clean with abrasive cleaners or pads. * After every 10 dishwasher cycles, re-season the pan with cooking oil.

I suffered from a warped pan bottom despite the extreme care I took to avoid rapid heating or cooling. After a few months, this is normal household use. Despite multiple attempts, they have failed to respond to what I feel is a manufacturing flaw. If you have a gas stove, your grate will hold the pan regardless of its warp. If you have a glass-top or flat stove, I suggest you look at another product.

👤The coating on the pan began to peel from the rim about 2 years ago. We only use this pan for pancakes and rarely use a spatula. I asked Tramontina how to claim the lifetime warranty. They asked to see photos of the pan that I had already included, but I sent more. They said it was worn and tear and offered to sell a new pan for 15 dollars off their website. Even with a coupon, it still costs more to order directly from their website than it does from their Amazon listing. I asked if they'd offer me a coupon for a discount on their pan from their store since it made no sense, but they never responded. Why would they give me a discount if it's wear and tear? They know that it's not a problem and that their "lifetime warranty" doesn't mean anything because you can't do anything about it. Why do you say you have a lifetime warranty when you never honor it? 👤My son gave me two small Tramontina skillets for frying eggs. I couldn't believe their quality when I received them. They are professional quality skillets. The eggs are easy to flip with a slight jerk because of the butter. They use a little detergent and wipes to clean up. The melted cheese from grilled cheese sandwiches comes right off. The pans were packaged in a way that was impressive with a combination of cardboard and bubble wrap. The pan is the same as before but bigger. It is a pleasure to use. All three of these pans are the best I have ever owned. The cheap, waste of money green pans advertised on TV are included. There was no comparison. It's better than all of these. My wife uses this pan to cook ground beef. It does a great job. It is very easy to clean up. I bought this because other pans have been difficult to clean. The price is reasonable. I wash them by hand. The skillet is holding up well. I made a big omelet to split between my wife and I. The cheese was crisped up on the bottom of the pan. I might have a hard time cleaning, but no! I put the pan in the water and let it soak for five minutes. I was able to wipe the pan clean with a sponge wand. A quick rinse after that. No problem. It was very easy to clean up with a conventional skillet. My wife fried up some cube steak for our dog. We have a hard time getting food into him because he is spoiled. Anyway. Look at the before and after picture. I used hot tap water and a sponge wand to clean this pan. It was easy and quick to clean up. Love it. We've been using this skillet daily for over a year and the coating is starting to oxidize. I've never used plastic spatulas lightly. I washed it by hand with a sponge wand. I don't know if I should be thankful it lasted this long or not. I will miss my kitchen buddy.

Brand: Hexclad

👤After a month of buying it, it wasn't easy to clean and it was getting worse. It has a burned color. I bought a cheap pan at walmart. It's working better. Don't waste your money on junk like this if anyone is reading it.

👤It's not easy to clean everything that sticks to them.

👤We paid a lot of money for a terrible product. It is bad for any food you cook.

👤The pan is ok but they have used cheap material and the ring between the lip and glass melted in the first use.

👤The first couple of uses were great. We washed the pans according to the instructions. There is a The simplest of foods is crazy. It is going to be scrabble eggs by the end, because of the major sticking going on. I have used j.a hengkels as pans and pots for years. Very happy. I was sold on these. I will return all of the items for a full refund after 3 weeks.

👤I'm in love. Nothing has lasted after I've gone through the most expensive cookware. Stabb, Le Cruset. Even though they say lifetime, the Stabb and Lecruset started to get brown and nasty over time. I only use Silicone utensils. These are the Hexclad. I got them seasoned and they started cooking. It's easy to clean, it's less heat needed, and it lets you use any utensils metal, even if it's not a stick. I'm keeping my rating at 4 stars until I see how they hold up. The pans look nice. It's great that Browning and searing are also great. When we get our new stove top, we will try it. Hopefully they will have pots to match soon. I hope these pans are around for a long time. Please come out with a saute pan. The wok needs a flat bottom pan with high sides. The pans are holding up well. If you start to get some staining on the inside or the bottoms, you can use a bar keeper friend and they will be new again. The cook was really happy with the pans. It's a good idea to give you a nice seat with no burning and a nice non stick feel. I am in love with these pans and can't wait for the sauce pans to match.

👤If I had purchased from them and not Amazon, they would have honored the warranty because they claim it doesn't look at this pan after just one year.

👤The pans are a nice hybrid between the two. I burned food in them and it takes about 5 minutes to clean it up. I was able to cook potstickers with only one sticking. I am able to cook my salmon on the grill. The pot rack hole at the end of the handles makes them perfect for hanging the pan on. The pan lip is a great way to prevent drips from coming down the side of the pan. When cooking liquids at higher temperatures, the lid steam vent helps prevent boilover. I think these pans will be harder for friends and family to damage with improper utensils or cleaning methods. The three main pans could be deeper. The wok pan is my go to pan for cooking. I use the others more for a single piece of fish.
