The mirror exterior finish is professional and classic. Nonstick surface for sauces, vegetables, or meats; it cools quickly for precise temperature control. Cool grip handles stay cool on the stove. A lifetime of healthy cooking without butter or oils is possible with titanium reinforced cooking suface. It is helpful to clean the dishwasher to maintain the mirror finish. 👤I have learned my lesson after getting these in the past. The Teflon cooking coating has a host of toxic effects on the body, so if you want to buy these, you should know that. The handle is thin and not stylish. These are like buying a shiny new car only to find out that the engine is about to fail in 6 months and the carbon dioxin leak is right in the cabin. It isn't always right. Save yourself time, money, and your health by learning all you can about Teflon and pans. I learned 1. Teflon is toxic to our body. A good amount of oil and a low heat can make a frypan easy to cook. 3. The best frypans on the market have no Teflon coating and are pre-seasoned carbon steel which will last a lifetime. They cost more but are worth it. 4. The handle should be very comfortable in your hand. 4. No product is worth sacrificing my health for. I hope this review helped you.
👤The skillets were a good price and they cooked well. I used them about 3-4 times a week. I used to use medium heat. The large skillet made it hard to cook pancakes. I don't have a dishwasher so they were washed by hand with a sponge. I am not happy.
👤The pan set is reasonable in price and quality but lacks in a few areas. It distributes heat well. The coating keeps food from sticking. They are not like aluminum pans. If you tend to move the pan around a lot, this may not be the best choice. The pan can twist and turn when it is picked up because the handle is thin and difficult to grip. The pan's balance is off. The pan being heavy makes you feel the weight of it when you pick it up. If they were balanced better, this could be a great set of pans. It would be great if they came with the glass lid which is sold separately. This is a good buy if you are looking for a set of pans that will hold heat and won't warp without breaking the bank.
👤These pans are wonderful. They work well on my stove. I use them occasionally. I have had them for a year. The pans are made from high quality materials. I take them out every time. I am happy I bought these pans. I've always been a fan of the Revere Ware brand, but they had no luck with their product. I don't like buying others because I'm very picky with what I cook with. I can't afford the pots and pans name brand because they are either too expensive or cheap. I bought these and hope that something will happen to them that I can find them again. Oh yes. The price is perfect for everyone. If you're reading this, keep these in your popular stock area. Thanks.
👤The pans are for the price. The Teflon model that we are replacing lost a lot of its non-stick properties. These pans have a thick aluminum core that is fused to the bottom of the pan. The pan won't warp over time like one piece stamped pans do. These pans are a bargain and work perfectly.
For years, hard Titanium reinforced non-stick interior has been easy to cook and clean. The heat indicator shows when the pan should be properly heated to seal in the food's flavor. The rivetted handle is designed for comfort and safety. The base is compatible with the steel. For years, hard Titanium reinforced non-stick interior has been easy to cook and clean. 👤It's over a year later and I still love it. It's still good inside and works well even though it's starting to show wear on the top edges. The original review was original. I've tried several versions of ceramic pans and never found one that was as efficient and competent as this one. Can be scrambled without butter or sticking. The shallowness of this pan makes it not as good for larger quantities of food. That's a design issue, not a competency issue. I've had it for about 6 weeks, used it close to an average of once a day, and there is no fall-off on the stick resistance, unlike with the ceramic pans I've tried. It works with my cooktop.
👤The pan worked well on my range for less than 2 years. The pan bottom has a metal layer separated from it. T-Fal doesn't pay shipping so I didn't pursue a warranty claim.
👤I never used metal like a spatula because of the advice I was given. Did not put in a washer. This was only used for eggs. When it was new, the eggs slid right off, but less than a year later it is starting to stick a little. The little round thing in the middle does not turn red when heated. The bumps in the middle of the egg yolks don't work, so they slide to the sides. It must be better.
👤This product is being marketed in a way that is extremely misleading. This cheap aluminum pan has a thin steel plate embedded in the base, which is thought to make it work with induction cooktops.
👤I bought this pan with the T-fal C51782 ProGrade Titanium Nonstick Thermo- Spot, and both have the same issue. The middle is higher than the sides. If you put oil in it, it will ring around the sides. In my previous review, I mentioned that you end up frying on the sides and dry roasting in the middle. The non-stick is very good.
👤The pan appears to be very well made. The bottom of the pan is the perfect size for making omelettes and eggs. I don't know how long it will last but based on other reviews I'm hoping I can get a year out of it. I am still using the skillet one year later. It has held up well. The tiles on the space shuttle look similar to the ones on the pan. There are no signs of wear other than that.
👤This skillet is a lighter weight than the higher end options. The handle is hollow rather than solid and the core is not as heavy. The primary issue is that it works great. Durability? I don't know. We only use plastic or wood utensils with this skillet, so I hope the non-stick surface will last a long time. I've never owned a non-stick that didn't need to be replaced. The reason to buy a lower cost good skillet like this one is to pay a high price for a high end Calphalon or All-Clad. The red dot in the center of the skillet is supposed to turn dark when the skillet is preheating, but it doesn't change colors. I didn't care for that feature. I bought it for the T-Fal name. If T-Fal is going to claim it, then it should do it. The skillet is highly recommended for its performance and value. This skillet works great with our cook top.
TITANIUM NONSTICK INTERIOR: It's designed for everyday chefs who want to create delicious meals like a pro. THERMO-SPOT TECHNOLOGY The unique heat indicator turns red when pans are preheated to cook. The industrial base is tacky. No hot spots for reliable cooking results when heat is distributed evenly. The Venetian hands arerived and provide a comfortable and secure grip. The dishwasher and oven are safe at up to 400F. All cook tops have comparables.
👤This is an honest review from a professional chef who has used this product in their home kitchen almost every day for a year. I did not get paid to write this review. I bought this pan for home use. I don't use small frying pans, so the 12.5'' was an easy choice. I was initially curious about the pan's shape and whether it would distribute oil evenly. The sides of the pan appeared to be slanted high enough to sautee without the use of a turner/spatula. The riveting appeared to be sturdy and the handle felt comfortable in my hand. The pan's weight and balance did not feel awkward. The pan is more evenly brown than any pan I've used. The pan's ability to cook eggs is better than any other pan I've used. I can sautee without using utensils. The pan is easy to clean. I don't allow the pan to cool completely before washing it. I don't use metal utensils in this pan. Minor scratches have been accrued. The surface is slightly less non-stick after a year. It is not recommended to use metal utensils. It is not known if the coating is being removed during cooking or non-abrasive washings. I hope it's the latter. The pan does not have the rivets flush with it. Food debris collects around the rivets. The construction of the handle has not shown signs of wear. The pan is fastened with rivets. The pan's ability to heat and cool quickly is very good. T-Fal claims that. T-fal's heat indicator shows when the pan is ready to cook. 2. The Prometal Pro interior is scratch resistant. 3. It is safe for use with metal utensils. There is aFALSE for 4. A disc for distribution of heat. 5. There is anti-warp protection. 6. There is a dishwasher safe. The oven is safe to 400 degrees F. It's safe for all cooking methods. I don't think using a metal turner is a good idea. The two most important claims that T-Fal makes are false. I don't consider this pan to be a professional product. An alternative coating would not increase production costs and would eliminate the issue altogether. I recommend this product only for home use. The fact that advanced material science is not being used to create a superior consumer product is what makes my 4 star review so generous.
👤Very disappointed. I bought this for my spouse to use. The pan performed well for 10 months, but then she noticed that the surface was peeling. This pan was babied because we have all plastic cooking utensils. "No problem!" I told her that the pan has a warranty. The warranty phone number leads to automated responses and no return authorization. The instructions to return are to ship at your own cost and hope for the best. Many people who paid for shipping and never heard back are the subject of horror stories onwarranty review websites. Good money should not be thrown after bad money. Paying 50% of the cost to ship something in hopes that it will get a repair is a terrible deal. No doubt, by design.
Eggs omelette sausages, beef bacon burgers, or vegetables are ideal. There is a patented technology. The laser etching process creates a non stick surface for the hexagon design. The dual surface allows your pan to sear still while using less oil, grease, and butter. Why choose him? The patented laser-etched hexagon design and tri-ply construction of the HexClad makes it PFOA-free, oven safe up to 500 degrees, and ready to use. High-quality materials. Tri-ply construction is needed to create durable cooking pans. The first and third layers are made of steel and aluminum, and they conduct consistent, even heat distribution. It is easy to clean and maintain. The pan is dishwasher safe and can be cleaned using steel wool pads since the pan is scratch resistant and won't wear down from the use of metal utensils. There is a lifetime warranty. All non stick cookware is backed by a lifetime warranty. Add it to your cookware sets. It's a perfect size pan for eggs, omelets, or single chicken breast.
👤This pan becomes a regular non stick pan after a month of use. Eggs will stick and burn to it if they are given oil. You have to scrub it clean after cooking because it sticks to this and burns. It is not advertised and is heavy. I regret buying this pan because it is the worst in my kitchen. Save yourselves, friends.
👤I am not happy. Don't get them if you cook on high temperature. You have to cook low. Everything sticks if the temperature is too high.
👤It's all marketing, there is nothing unique about the pan, and it's ridiculously expensive. The attached picture shows that does not live up to its claims.
👤I paid full price for this pan, but the lid was not included. Very disappointed.
👤My breakfast is usually a omelette with vegetables. I used coconut spray since the instructions said egg whites wouldn't stick. My previous pan was marble based and didn't stick for 18 months. Changed to one star. The pan is bad for omelettes.
👤I bought one a year ago. I loved it until I noticed the finish was missing. It was falling apart when I owned it. I left a one star review. They kept running a Facebook ad. They told me to email customer service. Which I did. They immediately sent a replacement pan after asking for photos of the damage. Hopefully this one lasts longer. I'm very impressed with the prompt service. One star for my pan. Five stars for the company. The average is three.
👤This is not a stick and it does not have a lid. It needs to come with a lid. The pan is probably the worst I have ever used.
👤We cook at least two times a day. I've been cooking with PFOA free non stick pans for years and have been frustrated with how many don't work. This pan has been the best in a long time. I have tried a lot of ceramic titanium, but this pan is the best I have tried. I think that the peaks of non-stick and the valleys of non-stick are something that HexClad is onto. It's time to see how it holds up over the next 6 months. I would buy it again.
👤My eggs stick to the pan. Shame on you celebrity chefs.
👤The 10 inch frying pan was purchased for $275.00. I followed the correct procedures. Everything sticks. Not worth what I paid.
The lifetime warranty is full. Heavy-gauge, hard-anodized cookware has 3 layers of safe, PFOA-free non-stick for long- lasting easy release. It is compatible with all cooktops, thanks to its anti-warp base and oven safe up to 500F. The handles are riveted to the steel. Hand washing is recommended to preserve the nonstick.
👤This is the first review I've done for Amazon, even after hundreds of purchases, and it's the first one. The reason for this review is that I feel the handle is unsafe. The pan cooks really well. It has a lot of weight. The pan is heavy and it is difficult to keep balanced when lifting it off of a hot stove. The pan can twist if you don't have a firm grip. The edges of the handle make it hard to hold it tight. I love everything about this pan other than the handle. I felt the potential of danger and burning was worth writing a review on, even though other owners might disagree.
👤Don't buy this product. I got the 12 and 10 inch skillet. They work great on my range. But the handles. There is no words to describe how bad these handles are. Want to put the food in a container? Try to break your wrist. The design of your hand is stupid. Handling these pans is a nightmare because of the angle, shape and shape. I don't need a lot of money for 2 pans that I can't lift without teaching my kids new words. Stay away from this product while you shop.
👤These are amazing. It was worth every single penny. I was angry with the way eggs stuck to the pan. Even the non stick pans. I bought these after my eggs were ruined again. I had head of the brand before but didn't own anything and didn't care for the price, but I was desperate. These have changed my life. I like them. They are worth it.
👤It won't work on my GE range top. Very disappointed.
👤All Clad has a knock off of these pans. I used them for 6 months. The non stick surface is chipping off so I'm throwing in the scrap metal pile. Did you use the right utensil? You bet. Never used plastic tools. Always a spatula. I'm going for a walk.
👤I have bought these pans 4 times. The first time I tried them, the recipient couldn't stop talking. Wow! Keep reading, but it's amazing. Sometimes I have a lot going on at the same time, 2 sets would be better for me. I bought the 4th set after my son bought a house. I received a counterfeit set four times. They are not all-Clad. They didn't come in an All-Clad box, didn't have an extra handle on the pan, and have thick handles like most brands. The pans are not large on the bottom. They are lightweight and have sloping sides that are closer to the center than most pans. All-clad has straight sides that start at the edge and allow a larger cooking surface. Amazon was the seller of all 4 sets. If you get a set that doesn't come in an All-Clad box, and look exactly like the photos, send them back.
👤I have a lot of pans. Never a complaint until now. These do not have the flat bottoms that are claimed. The fat pools are at the edges. I like low fat cooking but can't do it in these. I will probably return them.

Cuisinel Cast Iron guarantees the quality and longevity of all its products for a lifetime, so you can be assured that you are making the right choice and there is no risk to you.
👤I have a lodge pan, so I was worried. Dutch oven are over priced and I need something dedicated for bread baking. This will result in the same result. I get a lot of praise for my Jalapeos cheddar sourdough and cranberry raisin walnut rolls.
👤I bought a cook top but it didn't work on my pans. I bought this unit to cook on the plate, but it has become my most used pan, either on my electric stove or the induction plate, because the cover can be inverted and used as a mid-size frying pan. The pans were well-seasoned. I use a steel chain link pad to lean them. They are heavy. That's the nature of cast iron pans. The extra loop on the deep pan makes it easier to lift.
👤These pans are terrible. They are covered with something that came off our food. The cast iron doesn't peel like this. I returned them.
👤These pants are perfect for love. You can buy this set now. You will not regret it. The more you use it, the better it gets. I will be buying more. This was used as a Dutch oven.
👤I let them rust after the first use, I scrubbed them well and re-seasoned them. They're the best pans I've ever had and they get better with use.
👤After only two months of use, the coating is cracking off. Don't buy this. It was horrible quality.
👤One of my better pans is this one. It's right up there with the Lodge brand ones.
👤It was heavy. Good quality and makes my cooking better. When I make pasts. This keeps everything inside, unlike using a plain flat frying pan that makes some falls out. It was just... heavy. Really heavy.
👤The item was in excellent condition when it arrived. It works well for cooking bacon and eggs.
👤Too heavy and it's starting to rust. It's not easy to clean.
👤This is a combo that I love. It's easy to clean and it's almost indestructible.
👤I seasoned it myself and it's the best cast iron I've had in a long time.

Their design is the only true hybrid cookware with a patented laser-etched hexagonal design and tri-ply construction. A pan built to last requires a tri-ply or clad style construction. The pan's first layer is made of steel for strength, followed by an aluminum middle layer that distributes heat evenly through the pan's surface. It is easy to clean and maintain. The Hexclad is dishwasher safe and can be cleaned with steel wool. The pan is scratch resistant and won't wear down from use of metal utensils. The perfect cooking surface can be created by the third layer of aluminum and another layer of steel. The gourmet cook's toolkit includes 10" Pan w/ lid, 8" Pan w/ lid, and12" Wok - the ultimate advantage for chef-quality cooking.
👤After a month of buying it, it wasn't easy to clean and it was getting worse. It has a burned color. I bought a cheap pan at walmart. It's working better. Don't waste your money on junk like this if anyone is reading it.
👤It's not easy to clean everything that sticks to them.
👤We paid a lot of money for a terrible product. It is bad for any food you cook.
👤The pan is ok but they have used cheap material and the ring between the lip and glass melted in the first use.
👤The first couple of uses were great. We washed the pans according to the instructions. There is a The simplest of foods is crazy. It is going to be scrabble eggs by the end, because of the major sticking going on. I have used j.a hengkels as pans and pots for years. Very happy. I was sold on these. I will return all of the items for a full refund after 3 weeks.
👤I'm in love. Nothing has lasted after I've gone through the most expensive cookware. Stabb, Le Cruset. Even though they say lifetime, the Stabb and Lecruset started to get brown and nasty over time. I only use Silicone utensils. These are the Hexclad. I got them seasoned and they started cooking. It's easy to clean, it's less heat needed, and it lets you use any utensils metal, even if it's not a stick. I'm keeping my rating at 4 stars until I see how they hold up. The pans look nice. It's great that Browning and searing are also great. When we get our new stove top, we will try it. Hopefully they will have pots to match soon. I hope these pans are around for a long time. Please come out with a saute pan. The wok needs a flat bottom pan with high sides. The pans are holding up well. If you start to get some staining on the inside or the bottoms, you can use a bar keeper friend and they will be new again. The cook was really happy with the pans. It's a good idea to give you a nice seat with no burning and a nice non stick feel. I am in love with these pans and can't wait for the sauce pans to match.
👤If I had purchased from them and not Amazon, they would have honored the warranty because they claim it doesn't look at this pan after just one year.
👤The pans are a nice hybrid between the two. I burned food in them and it takes about 5 minutes to clean it up. I was able to cook potstickers with only one sticking. I am able to cook my salmon on the grill. The pot rack hole at the end of the handles makes them perfect for hanging the pan on. The pan lip is a great way to prevent drips from coming down the side of the pan. When cooking liquids at higher temperatures, the lid steam vent helps prevent boilover. I think these pans will be harder for friends and family to damage with improper utensils or cleaning methods. The three main pans could be deeper. The wok pan is my go to pan for cooking. I use the others more for a single piece of fish.
The Ayesha Curry Home Collection Porcelain Enamel Nonstick Covered Deep Skillet has a heavy-duty aluminum handle. The Switzerland ILAG granite material is Eco-friendly. They provide a healthier way of cooking. Their non-stick frying pans can be used for any cooking needs. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any problems with their product.
👤They say no harmful things, but if you look at the trade name for PTFE, it's another one. "We discovered that many of the trade names for PTFE are actually ceramic coating names."
👤The skillets and sauce pans perform as advertised. I followed the instructions with a little oil or butter in the pan as it warmed up. The fried egg slides around easily in the video I posted. I hand wash them. I bought them in different sizes. They look great in my kitchen. I need a skillet larger than the largest offered and also sauce pans larger than 1 quart. I had to keep my teflon pan for big jobs. ;(
👤I bought this and a pot. I think it's great. Eggs and other foods can be eaten with a non stick. It is easy to clean by hand. Don't use a non stick pan with high heat. Use cast iron for high heat. On low to medium heat, use these. Don't put non stick pans in the dishwasher, hand wash them and they will last longer and stay in great condition.
👤When I cleaned it, black dust came off from the bottom and the inside of the pan. It's probably toxic and disgusting.
👤I bought an 11" one. Everything you could ask for is non-stick. This one is very different from my previous one. Things stick even with a lot of oil. I have to scratch them with a spatula. The pan makes a cracking sound when it is heating on low/medium heat, which is scary, and my guess is that the heat distribution is not evenly. I've never heard that from a cold pan. The noise continues. I don't know what's wrong with this item, but it shouldn't have a quality check, so I don't know if they'd accept a return. I don't recommend this product because it has a cracking sound.
👤I needed to replace a pan. I was checking out the new pans. The perfect size for eggs and omelets was this one. I am glad I pulled the gun because I went ahead and did it. I always use butter to grease the pan when making eggs/omelets. I would get spots with the old Teflon pan. That is not the case with this pan. Nothing sticks to it. It's very easy to flip your eggs. The pan is good. I highly recommend this pan if you are looking for a small frying pan.
👤I have had it for two months and it is still in excellent condition. I have never had a pan like this before. My electric stove top only goes up to about 250 F degrees, but this temp kills all other frying pans, not this one it is still granite and the is not even discolored yet. There was an update on 7/12/18. The granite coating is still perfect despite the fact that it has a lot of oil and cooking residuals. I have never had a better frying pan.
👤The Carote pans are the best I have ever had. They are easy to clean and cook in. They wipe out. I would recommend them to others. I love them. My first purchase was a set. I bought more sizes because I loved them so much. These are for my camper. We are also using them in our home.
A kitchen staple with a flat base and flared sides that allow for easy flipping and tossing. It is made from heavy-gauge, hard-anodized aluminum coated with 3 layers of a safe PFOA-free non-stick material. It's compatible with all of the cooktops, and is safe to use in an oven and a Broiler, up to 500F. The handles are riveted to ensure a safe grip and a glass lid to lock in humidity. It's dishwasher safe. They recommend hand washing to preserve the coating. You might want to hold onto it a bit longer.
👤Not impressed. You can see from the video that the only part of the pan that produces heat is in the center, which is about 6 inches. It doesn't seem to transfer the heat to the outer edges of the pan so that the food cooks if it's not in the center.
👤The U shaped handle digs into the palm of the hand when lifting. The bottom of the skillet is not flat. The center of the skillet is raised and the frying oil moves to the outer edge. One needs to tilt and rock the skillet back and forth to keep the oil under the food. It was made in China.
👤It lasted 15 months but is dead. Silicone or wooden utensils are showing wear, but I never used anything else. It has a small dome in the center that oil can run to. It was a good pan, but I wanted it to last longer.
👤Not as expected. I love All-Clad cook ware. The larger size made me decide to add one more. Mistake. The middle of the pan is hot and dry as all the oil goes to the perimeter. It doesn't matter what the temperature is. Would not recommend it.
👤The reviews seemed to think this was a great pan. Some reviews stated that the pans they got were not flat on the bottom. I tested my first thing with a small amount of water. It was a dry "island" in the middle, so much for a flat bottom. I expect better for $80 bucks. It's going back. I advise the test if you get this pan.
👤I put it in the trash after a year and a day. I could have had four pans for less. I will not be buying again. We took good care of it, but we did not use metal implements, sponges or dish cloths. It was very disappointing.
👤I have a large set of the All Clad and am happy with them. We went through less extensive non stick skillets every 6 months. The non stick coating on these pans had worn off and we need new ones. They have never been in the dishwasher or used metal utensils. They were the perfect pan for a short time.
👤Over the years, I've come to the conclusion that disposable non stick pans are all that matters. You can get some more life out of them by being careful, but eventually they will lose their slickness within 1-2 years. It's not worth it to spend a lot of money on pans. It's not good to go cheap as the cheaper pans tend to warp easily and most are cheap aluminum and won't work on my induction cooktop. This pan seems to be a nice compromise. It's not cheap, it's got some good heft to it, and it seems sturdy enough to not warp, but it's also not very expensive. The shape with less of a sloped lip gives you more cooking area to work with. I don't think it will fare much better than any other pan, though we will see how it holds up.
It is helpful to clean the dishwasher to maintain the mirror finish. GreenPan's ceramic coating is free of lead, PFOA, and other toxic fumes, even if it is accidentally overheated. Their original diamond- infused non-stick coating is a metal utensil safe. The hard anodized aluminum body of the Valencia Pro's Magneto Base is scratch-resistant and it brings incredible searing and browning to all stovetops. The oven and Broiler are safe up to 600F. It's dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. Will never warp, wobble, or scratch over time, ensuring even cooking without the loss of energy or heat. A V-shaped cutout keeps the handle cool. It is suitable for all stovetops.
👤I had thought I had found a solid, non stick pan that was free of nasty chemicals from the traditional coating. After a month, they became less and less non-stick. I switched to a higher heat oil because I thought it was the olive oil I was using. The bottom of the pan is not flat so the oil flows to the edge of the pan, which is a joke considering everything you put in a pan goes to the middle. I followed the instructions. Cold water shock shouldn't have been a problem because Pans only ever saw a cold egg or veggie that had been recently washed. It is useless if a pan can't handle this use. We kept these pans babied and never entered a dishwasher. If you are looking for a good non-stick pan, don't waste your time and money with these pans. An egg can't be fried on these after a few months. I would like to get my money back, but sadly they have failed outside of the return warranty. I am going to get some cast iron pans and learn how to heat treat them. I will not have an expensive pan that will fail after a few months. Disappointing.
👤I'm sure you've read enough reviews to know that many people are unhappy with the pan's non-stick qualities. It's not enough to just use warm water and soap. It may look clean, but it's not. The food is still covered in an invisible coating. The pan's non-stick qualities are reduced by the invisible food layers. After you've cleaned your pan, use SALT to clean it again. Just table salt. To scrub the pan, use salt and cooking oil and a paper towel. Get in there and scrub everything. The salt acts as a perfect abrasive, stripping away those invisible sticky food layers, without damaging your pan's non-stick coating. It's like going to the dentist and cleaning your teeth with a plaque scraper. The scraper isn't hard enough to remove plaque. This is the same thing. After you clean and dry your pan, your fingers will slide on the pan's surface, just like they did when you first bought it. Adding a few drops of fat to your pan before heating it is still recommended, even after you have restored the pan's non-stick surface. That will give you more insurance. Hope this helps someone.
👤The pan worked great for the first 30 days, but it warped after it arrived. We followed the care instructions, but after 30 days we can't even cook an egg without sticking. We have a pan that works just fine.
👤I'm not sure if I got a bad pan or not, but this thing out of the gat was not non-stick and after a couple of weeks despite following their directions on cleaning it is very not non-stick. This pan is disappointing and will end up not being used.
👤It is ceramic and it is a better option since there are no toxic chemicals. The only thing that works for a couple of uses is the nonstick. If you don't want anything to stick for long, you have to use a lot of oil or butter. Their customer service did not respond to fix the issue. This is not a good idea.
It's compatible with most stovetops. A kitchen staple with a flat base and flared sides that allow for easy flipping and tossing. The tri-ply construction is made with a responsive aluminum core and 2 layers of durable, stainless steel all the way around for fast, even heat distribution. To ensure a safe grip and to add a bit of style, the handles are riveted. It's compatible with all of the cooktops, including oven and broiler-safe up to 600F. A 12-inch covered fry pan with a wide flat base can be used in a variety of ways. The 3-ply bonded construction has an aluminum core that can be even heated. The cooking surface with a starburst finish is highly polished and won't react with food.
👤I never heat fry pans past 2 unless using cast iron, but this was the first time I used it. The pan was not usable because the bottom warped. Poor quality control. My 20 year old pan has never had this problem. The old pan is.103" in thickness, but the new one is.072", which is quite a difference. Don't know if this was just a stinker or if it was the result of corporate cost cutting. Whatever the reason, it was returned. All Clad's warranty statement does not cover warping, so I didn't feel like I was playing a game of sending me two or three more to find a good one, just to have it warp later on. I wanted to reduce the level of use of my old cast iron pan as it's too heavy loaded with food for these aging wrists to lift, and I really wanted my money to go to an American company that supported. I will either find a way to use the cast iron or buy a new one with the helpers handle.
👤I bought this pan because it was made in the USA and I hoped the premium price meant good quality. It had a warped bottom. It was worse than the Saffron pan I bought from a second-hand store. I requested a replacement and it was even better. Maybe it was not good. I checked the "defective item" box when I returned it. I was surprised by a restocking fee of $25.99. The product page had free returns and no restocking fee. Maybe they'll try to sell it to you next if they're restocking the item. Beware. They could make a lot of money by selling a faulty pan to other people.
👤The first pan I received had a raised metal burr on the top edge of the rim. The pan does not sit completely flat, it rocks from side to side, no matter the surface it's on. The pan is lightweight in the hand and responds quickly to temperature changes. The tri-ply design will make a noticeable difference in your cooking. The replacement pan that I received came with a major defect as well, compared to the first pans smooth uniform surface polish, the replacement pans cooking surface was poorly polished leaving rough, nonuniform deep score marks. The All-Clad quality control is not up to par for an American-made product, so buy at your own risk, because what you receive will very likely be hit or miss.
👤Wow. I was a bit surprised by the price but I love this skillet. I used to have a 10” skillet from QVC. It is stained all over. I was disgusted with it when I threw it under one of my cabinets. I noticed that all the professional chefs used the same cookware. Calpalon and All Clad were the top two at a more expensive price point. I chose AllClad and am very happy. I am a good cook. I use my pans a lot, they must be good or bad. If anything sticks, it's the Cod in Butter sauce and wine reduction, which is what this pan had. Clean up in one minute. How. I used coconut oil. The skillet should warm up on medium. The coconut oil should be spread around the bottom and sides of a paper towel. Allow it to start smoking and smoke for a while, then take it off the heat. A clean paper towel is needed to wipe off excess oil. The skillet should be cool and repeat. This will cure your pan. Bring the skillet up to heat and then add any oil or butter. Wait one minute and add your food. Just a small amount of oil is enough to lightly grease your pan. Olive oil is good. Medium heat is rarely used. You can cook anything with a touch of oil and cured grat American Made Skit. There is a Cleanup. If you have stubborn stains, just boil them with 1 cup of vinegar and 1/3 cup baking soda. The pan should cool a bit and then be washed. The use bar keepers friend with a scrubby sponge and I Gurantee you with have this shiny Mirtor in a few minutes. Trust me, this skillet will last your lifetime. I like the shine of Stainleess Steel. I threw the pan away. I can cook everything in this AllClad. I love this skillet and it is easy to clean.
