👤After a month of buying it, it wasn't easy to clean and it was getting worse. It has a burned color. I bought a cheap pan at walmart. It's working better. Don't waste your money on junk like this if anyone is reading it.
👤It's not easy to clean everything that sticks to them.
👤We paid a lot of money for a terrible product. It is bad for any food you cook.
👤The pan is ok but they have used cheap material and the ring between the lip and glass melted in the first use.
👤The first couple of uses were great. We washed the pans according to the instructions. There is a The simplest of foods is crazy. It is going to be scrabble eggs by the end, because of the major sticking going on. I have used j.a hengkels as pans and pots for years. Very happy. I was sold on these. I will return all of the items for a full refund after 3 weeks.
👤I'm in love. Nothing has lasted after I've gone through the most expensive cookware. Stabb, Le Cruset. Even though they say lifetime, the Stabb and Lecruset started to get brown and nasty over time. I only use Silicone utensils. These are the Hexclad. I got them seasoned and they started cooking. It's easy to clean, it's less heat needed, and it lets you use any utensils metal, even if it's not a stick. I'm keeping my rating at 4 stars until I see how they hold up. The pans look nice. It's great that Browning and searing are also great. When we get our new stove top, we will try it. Hopefully they will have pots to match soon. I hope these pans are around for a long time. Please come out with a saute pan. The wok needs a flat bottom pan with high sides. The pans are holding up well. If you start to get some staining on the inside or the bottoms, you can use a bar keeper friend and they will be new again. The cook was really happy with the pans. It's a good idea to give you a nice seat with no burning and a nice non stick feel. I am in love with these pans and can't wait for the sauce pans to match.
👤If I had purchased from them and not Amazon, they would have honored the warranty because they claim it doesn't look at this pan after just one year.
👤The pans are a nice hybrid between the two. I burned food in them and it takes about 5 minutes to clean it up. I was able to cook potstickers with only one sticking. I am able to cook my salmon on the grill. The pot rack hole at the end of the handles makes them perfect for hanging the pan on. The pan lip is a great way to prevent drips from coming down the side of the pan. When cooking liquids at higher temperatures, the lid steam vent helps prevent boilover. I think these pans will be harder for friends and family to damage with improper utensils or cleaning methods. The three main pans could be deeper. The wok pan is my go to pan for cooking. I use the others more for a single piece of fish.
High quality material. The 1.6 quart saucepan is manufactured with 304 STAINLESS steel and has an impact-bonded base that allows for fast and even heating. Features: The pouring design of the pot is straight-sided. The perfect-grip handle allows for a comfortable handling during cooking. The handle for this pot is comfortable and easy to carry. The handle is secured to the pan with rivets. Every time you cook, the glass lid with loop handle helps retain heat. The clear glass lid is easy to use. Professional chefs use glass lids in their kitchens. IDEAL CHOICE: The Duxtop cooking pot is perfect for seasoned cooks. It can be used as a milk pot, boiling pot, noodle pot, soup pot, sauce pot, and more. There is a guarantee. The cookware is oven safe to 400F. It's dishwasher-safe. Food can be stored in a freezer. The liftime warranty is limited.
👤I almost didn't buy this pan because of the reviews. There is no bad review on this item. I use the handle every day to cook rice, oatmeal, or vegetables. The handle was never hot. Some reviewers claim that the sauce pan falls over, but it does not. The position of the handle makes it easy to clean the pan. People bash products to get their brands sold. Today's society doesn't like reviews. Hopefully people will read this as a useful and honest review.
👤Three years ago, we bought an induction stove, but we had to buy new pans. We used to abuse the set of Cuisinart we bought as we cook all the time. We definitely got our money's worth from the Cuisinart, but this time we wanted something better. I used this set of Duxtop Professional cookware in another home over the Thanksgiving holiday and I was very impressed. These are built to last. I invested in a set of my own because I liked them so much. What a difference. They cook quickly and evenly. I can cook between 2 and 4 now that I have my burner on 5. A good set of cookware makes a difference. You have to get used to it because they are heavy and you have to tip them to put the food on a plate or bowl. You have to be careful. It is very easy to clean up. I usually use an SOS pad when I leave the pan overnight, but on occasion I use it. Is this cookware good? Absolutely, without any questions asked. Happy cooking!
👤The pot we had in January is no longer usable. The metal is breaking. We use it for making hard boiled eggs. Maybe we got a bad pot. I see a lot of good reviews so I assume it is a good pot. That is the reason we bought it. I wouldn't recommend or buy again because ours is rusting. I hope I can get this replaced. I will update my review if that is the case.
👤We needed to buy new cookware because of the acquisition of our new cooktop. It was hard to say goodbye to our mom's Revere Ware, but it was necessary to pass it on to our daughter. My wife and I both had Revere Ware. The date from her wedding was good, but not good for induction. If it was a wedding present, it must be close to 70 years old. But I don't think so. We bought a pot from a brand that 888-739-5110 I wonder why I would bother with the more expensive one. I won't. I ordered two more pots from Duxtop. The handle on the Duxtop is better than the one on the more expensive brand. I don't know what the extra money buys you. The pot feels nice and hefty, and it cleans well. What is there to say about a cook pot? I like it in the end. I'm buying more.
The cooker is ready. Features high, straight sides to help with stirring a smaller surface area to hold heat and limit evaporation. The tri-ply construction is made with a responsive aluminum core and 2 layers of durable, stainless steel all the way around for fast, even heat distribution. To ensure a safe grip and to add a bit of style, the handles are riveted. It's compatible with all of the cooktops, including oven and broiler-safe up to 600F.
👤The metal was stained. When I contacted all of them, I was given a bad attitude. I have other similar pots from calphalon that are half the price. The process of the all clad finishing has a flaw that other pots don't have. I try to buy American when possible. I'm not sure if all-clad pots are country of manufacture. I had two identical pots and both showed spotting. I am happy to never buy another product from them because of their poor customer service and spotting.
👤Discoloration after use. I followed all the instructions in the manual and kept the pan at a low heat throughout the cooking process, but I found a grey blue color at the base of the pan. I don't know if it's safe to use this pan anymore.
👤The top edge of the pot was so sharp it cut my husband's hand when he washed it. It's dangerous.
👤The heat distribution was nice. The handles are awkward of an angle, long, and concave design, which makes it hard to achieve a good grip. The pan's rim is not rounded to aid in pouring, this also allows nicks in the rim if you tap your spoon along the rim to clean off spoon. The design of the lid allows condensation to build up. The lid handles are very hot. I cook on low to medium heat and use baking soda or Barkeepers Friend to keep the interiors nice. I bought several sizes of the pans, expecting to be pleased with them, since I had originally purchased the 8" skillet. I was disappointed. This was a large investment. I wish I had not given away my 30 year old Ware.
👤It is durable. Well built and Sturdy. The diameter is wide compared to other pots. High heat from the stove can be handled effectively. Cooks evenly. It was made in the USA. The handle is sturdy and can support more than the pot, but it gets hot when cooking. The pot is great for boiling liquids or cooking soup/stew for two people. Don't pour directly out of the pot, it is a great sauce pan. There are wish lists. I'm hoping that All-Clad makes a version with a silicone coating handle 2. My wife wishes there was a lip on this pot to prevent dribbles when pouring out of the pot 3. Wait for this pot to go on sale a few times a year.
👤I needed to replace my old pots and decided to buy the best one, I did a lot of research and asked my friends who recommended All Clad. I got my pots about a month ago and I'm not sure if they're durable or not, but items are cooking quicker due to the heat distribution, and I like to keep clear lids on my pots.
👤I bought this pot in November of last year, but the rim core eroded and the edges of the inner and outer shell were missing. I bought a new one eight months ago. The same issue occurred within a few months. I accidentally cut my thumb on the edge of the pot when I picked it up. The photo tells the story. The rim was level when purchased. I have a large collection of All-Clad pots, but these Tri-Plys are just awful and I won't be buying any more.

👤This is the size of 20qt. The pot is perfect. I was skeptical when I read the reviews. I wonder if the reviewers clicked on the wrong product when they wrote their review. It is a professional grade. Before first use, you must use and prepare the pot/pan correctly. Warm soapy water is what you should use to wash. 2. You should wash with water and vinegar. 3. Warm soapy water was used to wash last time. You are good to go. After you use it for the first time. It can be put into the dishwasher. Do not use high heat. It's not necessary to have a quick boil. The pot boiled 17 quarts of water in 9 minutes. This pot is larger than the ones of comparable size. I'm a retired professional chef. Happy cooking!
👤I ordered this product because it is a good value and will hold up well. Well, no... There is damage in the picture, it was taken after the first time I used it. I brined the turkey in the pot and it should not have eaten the material if the pot is made as advertised.
👤It was perfect. What I was looking for. I don't mind cleaning my glass stove top, but not cleaning it. The 16 quart Homi Chef pot is perfect for making recipes that splatter and/or foam up like strawberry jam, canning water baths, and accommodating extra large recipes. This pot's tall sides make it impossible for foam-up, splatter, or pop liquids to be found in smaller pots and pans. The pot is not so large that it is impractical, because it is just right over the burner. The extra large pot is a good choice for a typical home stove. The pot has no visible hot spots, as it shows a distribution of boil bubbles across the bottom. Even at high heat, the pot remains easy to handle, with high handles set close to the top that are cool to the touch, and with no balance issues like pots with lower places handles. The custom fitted glass top of the pot is perfect for containing heat and humidity for simmering soups, stew, and jams.
👤The 16 quart. The first time I used stockpot, there were chips on the bottom. I was surprised to see little chips on the bottom of the pot, because I followed the instructions. I have never had a problem with the pots that I bought 20 years ago. I bought an 8 quart pot from the same company. There have been no problems so far. The 16 quart must be the materials. There are different stockpots. The company has an outstanding costumer service. I received a response the next day after I email the company about my problem. They were willing to replace the pot. Hope there will be no more problems. I had no more problems after the pot was replaced. I find seasoning the pots to be a chore since washing the pot with detergent requires re-seasoning. It helps prolong the product's life. I am happy with the product and have given it 5 stars.
The customer service is tiered. The cookware products are certified by the ISO9001 and the BSCI. In business since 1998. You can always come to them for discounted parts, cooking consultations, and customer service at the Amazon store. The PowerBond high impact base distributes heat evenly. The handles are rivetted for strength andDurability. The FlavorLock lid is made of glass and has a seal. The oven and Broiler can be used up to 500 DegreeF. The cooker is ready.
👤When I got the pan, I let the fact that the pan rim was damaged go by because returning things to Amazon can cause your account to be canceled. I kept it. It worked well for a while. I washed it myself. It should never be put in the oven. I heard a loud popping sound today. The lid was shattered into a thousand pieces when I looked inside. Nothing even touched it. It's the strangest thing to happen to my cookware.
👤After the first use, the product scratched in some spots. I've used other Cuisinart skillets before and haven't had anything like this happen, so I'm not sure if I received a genuine product. I'm an experienced amateur cook who usually uses mid-range to high end cookware.
👤I returned my second saucepan for the same reason. There were small black holes on the interior bottom after a couple of uses. It seems like the metal has been damaged. There were spots that were 1/16 to 1/6 inch in diameter. Did we eat the metal? I was very disappointed that the same issue developed after several weeks between the first and second unit being delivered. One would think that this must be a known issue, but Cuisinart didn't pull them from distribution. It is a bad policy. Someone lost a customer.
👤Three stars are due to the heavy bases. I don't know what profession this cookware was intended for, but it doesn't take place in the kitchen. The items are shiny and nice to look at, but they are not very high quality. The sides are paper thin, meaning a great deal of heat is lost, even if the bottoms are heavy. It looks like Cuisinart took some of their cheapest cookware and pressed heavier bases on as an afterthought as there is a peculiar gap between the base and sides. It might be designed for on-line, television, and other remote sales where it could not be closely examined before purchase. I didn't have time to look at the cookware before I gave it to the recipient, which is the worst part of the purchase. I was very disappointed by what I saw, but by the time I apologized, nothing could be done. I have held the opinion that the products offered by the company were overpriced and poor quality, even though they were stylish. I have picked up a few pieces of their cookware over the years and have found them to perform well enough, so they had me convinced they had a different philosophy when it came to cookware. My first impression was correct after this experience.
👤Black spots on the bottom of the pans were developed after less than two weeks of gentle use. I think it's due to erosion. The purpose of the cookware was to get away from aluminum. I fear that aluminum will leak into the food. I thought it was a premium brand. I thought they would use better quality materials for their cookware. I think I was wrong. I will try to get another brand of pots.
High temperature can cause handling and coating damage. The set includes a fry pan, saucepan, saucepan, Dutch oven, and spoon. A true workhorse in the kitchen, hard anodized aluminum has a stronger protective layer than the original metal and it won't react to acidic foods. T fal's heat mastery system is a recipe for perfectly delicious cooking results every time, with a non stick coating, anti warping, and patented thermo spot technology. The ring around the spot turns red when the pans are ready to cook and the proper preheating is needed. The hard titanium reinforced, scratch resistant and toxin free nonstick interior is durable and makes cooking and cleaning easy. The handles are rivetted and the lids are vented. Silicone handles are designed for comfort and safety, Vented glass lid are designed for visibility, and trapping heat and moisture for perfect results every meal.
👤These pans are wonderful. I have had them for six months and they look like they just came out of the box. There is no blemish or scratch on them. A little-known and misunderstood material is hard anodized aluminum. A material that is almost as strong as cast iron is created by the anodizing process. It's a great material for pots and frying pans. Ignore the red dot and cook as usual. The cast iron pans have all the advantages of cast iron without the need to first season them, they will never rust, they will never require heavy scrubbing, and they will never scratch or dent. They preheat evenly and retain the heat almost as well as cast iron, but have the advantage of faster response time when the heat is adjusted. They can sear a piece of fresh salmon or a steak at a high temperature. Nothing sticks to them. I fell asleep while making a pot of marinara sauce one night. The carbonized remains of two cans of San Marzano tomatoes were found three or four hours later. I thought there was a pan. The debris was wiped out with a piece of paper towel. The pan was clean and shiny, and a quick wipe with a soapy sponge made it look perfect. This set includes three different size sauce pans, rather than the usual two in these kind of sets, plus a large covered Dutch Oven. This set has everything you need to make a pot of soup, cook a pot of rice, or make a stew. I'm a retired professional chef, and you can take my word, these are as good, or better, than any professional quality pots and pans. I've used before. They can handle any of your cooking needs. I have one negative thing to say about my purchase. I paid more for this set. Just kidding! I didn't care about the 10 bucks. I paid a lot for them. They are a great value now. I didn't get paid or compensated for this review, but I wouldn't mind if I did. I like to give credit where it's due. The Amazon's Choice designation indicates that T-Fal made a great product.
👤After two months of usage.
👤This set is not very good. The non-stick coating on the stock pot is already bubbling and peeling off after being used three times. I've made soup in it a few times. It has been used to cook soup for a few hours. It has been washed. Don't buy this junk. The stock pot is peeling. I bought this set in August of last year.
👤I've had a T-Fal set for 11 years and it was getting scratched. I ordered this set because I wanted it to be the same quality as my current set. The set was not the original T-Fal box. It was repacked in a plain box which made me think it was a used return. The box that was repacked in had a different address sticker on the other side. A white mark on a pot was left by my fingernail when I took out the pots. I can't imagine what will become of these pots if a fingernail causes damage. I put the pot on the stove grate. I moved it across the grate and it rubbed off some of the finish on the bottom of the pot. I already have my return label. T-Fal is no longer a high quality product.
IDEAL CHOICE: The Duxtop cooking pot is perfect for seasoned cooks. It could be used as a milk pot, noodle pot, soup pot, etc. Safe design cooking pots with lattices. The pot is made from the highest quality steel. Measurement markings in the interior of the set make it easy to cook quickly. The silver small pot has a specially designed oven safe handle and will compliment any kitchen. Cookware pans with noodles. The cooking pot can be used in the oven. The sauce pot with lid can take any cooking method. These kitchen pots are compatible with many glass lid brands. This restaurant-grade kitchen cookware is not as bad as most cookware that ruin stovetops. Simple care STAINLESS STEEL POTS. Before you use it, you need to wash with soapy water, rinse and dry. After each use, use a scrubber to remove grease and oil. The dishwasher safe quart sauce pan with lid makes kitchen cleaning even simpler. Quality 18/10 saucepan STAINLESS STEEL. The cookware is made from heavy-duty materials. The extra thick 3-ply capsuled bottom makes it possible for heat to transfer quickly and efficiently, resulting in even cooking. Low to medium heat is required to get your food ready as the aluminum core in the base provides even heat distribution. There is a full guarantee. The saucepan and pot lid are guaranteed for full satisfaction. They will take full responsibility for any damage you may cause. When receiving a stew pot, they at GOURMEX will deal with the issue efficiently, as any scratch, dent or discoloration is not to be expected.
👤The pot is small and material is good for it. The bottom of it did not get any better after only 4 days of use, even though I washed it many times.
👤The rest of the pot is made of different materials. I want to avoid it. I couldn't tell if it was having non-stainless portions. When I received it, I tested it with a magnet. I want a pot that is all STAINLESS STEEL, so I am returning it.
👤It is a small saucepan. I bought it to boil water for tea, and realized the handle is hot. I can't touch or move the handle without protection for my hands, so it's redundant.
👤I am a serious cook. The cover of my small (1 quart) covered Revere sauce pot lost its knob/handle after 40 years of use and countless runs through the dishwasher. I thought it would be easy to find a replacement online. I couldn't find an adequate replacement for any brand or cost range. Premium brands had some negative reviews. I stumbled onto GOURMEX and decided to give it a try. I assumed that the brand was European because of the measurement in liters. I have been very pleased with the product thus far and would seriously consider replacing my bigger pots with this brand's offerings as needed. The original copper bottomed Revere offerings and some German offerings are my favorite cooking pots and pans. The German firm no longer makes pots and pans. The new offerings don't hold up. GOURMEX seems to be a cut above the current offerings and has attractive pricing.
👤This pan is of the highest quality. I like to cook with cast iron and this pan captures many of the qualities of my cookware. It is lighter than a cast iron pot, but still heats evenly and retains heat. I cook on a cook top and the pan cooks up instantly and I can boil a cup of water in less than a minute. The handle stays cool enough to not need a pot holder, which is a nice improvement over my cast iron. It has been easy to clean so far, but I haven't looked at anything in it yet. The only reason I didn't give it 4 stars was because my stove is very loud. With cast iron, you can barely hear the magnets humming, but with this pan, you can hear it loud and clear from across the room. It is a little obnoxious at first, but I have gotten used to it. I have three different sizes of this pan and all three could get the same review. I plan to get a few more sizes as well.
👤The pot works well. I own a different type of cookware that has better heat/energy efficiency and lower heat setting. I have owned it for a few months now and the lid exploded in my cabinet. Never was it dropped. There was nothing in it. There were no dents, dings, etc. The other morning, there was a pop. There were glass shards and chunks all over the cabinet when it was opened. It happened in a safe place, not while cooking. Good pot, bad lid.

The whole-clad tri-ply STAINLESS STEEL is used in this saucepan to ensure even heating and elimination of hot spots. Features: A classic straight-sided pouring design is what the pot with lid is made of. The perfect-grip handle allows for a comfortable handling during cooking. The loop handle on the sauce pan makes it easy to carry and pour. STAINLESS STEEL LID: Every time you cook, the loop handle helps retain heat and moistness. Most professional chefs use the lid of their kitchen. IDEAL CHOICE: The Duxtop cooking pot is perfect for seasoned cooks. It could be used as a milk pot, noodle pot, soup pot, etc.
👤Secura has a lot of their products in my kitchen. I feel I need to warn people since nobody warned me in the reviews when I was reading them, the cookware is very hot. The quality of this saucepan is very good, it's on par with other Secura products. The lid handle was messed up. The lid will get hotter by the second you pick it up. The lid handle is so short that you end up burning your hand while sitting on it, when you flip it upside down. You get burned trying to get a hold of the tiny, short handle when you need to pick up the lid again. Use oven mitts when using this cookware. If Secura is reading, please make the handle stand up higher. This product is easy to clean and durable.
👤The Duxrtop pot was delivered on time. It became our go-to pot for cooking because it was cheaper than our other All-Clad pots. The Duxtop pot has it all. The sides of the pot have wide curves at the bottom so it is easy to clean after use. Our pots have sharp angles at the bottom. The curved rim at the top makes pouring from the pot to other containers very easy. The handle appears to be sturdy and has a good grip. The pot is great for making beans or soups which need to be simmering on low heat for a long time because the lid locks in all the steam. The bottom of this pot is completely flat, which is great for glass surface stove like electric stove and/or induction stove, which have glass surface. The flatness of the bottom is important for efficient heating of the pot. This is a great pot. It works on both electric and induction cook tops. It looks great in the outside. It's a must have in the kitchen.
👤Good pans are made by Duxtop. Period. Have a set of pans. They are in the shelf for a long time. My wife asked me to buy her another Duxtop saucepan the same size as the one she already has. A happy wife. She doesn't like using a saucepan because the handle isn't comfortable. We are using a stove that is very responsive when heat is lowered or turned off. I agree that this pan is as sturdy as the Viking pans, and that it has a more comfortable handle, both in angle and feel. The larger handle on the Duxtop gives a feeling that you won't slip and drop it. I wasted money on the viking set because I didn't find these.
👤I was hesitant about purchasing this pot because I had read that it was difficult to clean and that it wasn't non-stick. I can't imagine what they were cooking. This is a great pot. It's really pretty. The hardware is secure and the lid fits nicely. It's a good size and weight. There is a It cleans very easily. I'm talking about everything from soups to oatmeal. If you cook something that is sticky, a 5 minute soak is all you need. I plan to buy the rest of the set.
It's a good gift for you and other people. The silver stir fry pan is a good choice. Thanks to its special structure, it can be used in a variety of cookware. A wonderful gift is to give your husband, wife, parents, friends. The cookware set includes 8 inch fry pan, 10 inch fry pan, 1.5 quart sauce pan with lid, 2 quart saucepan with lid, and 3 quart casserole pan with lid. The aluminum body has a non-stick coating. The handles stay cool and the glass lid lets steam escape. The spiral bottom is compatible with gas, electric, and glass stovetops. Please check the size of your stove top's cook top before purchasing it. High temperature can cause handling and coating damage.
👤I bought a similar set for my mom. The old set was built well. The new set is a lot cheaper. The logos are worn off, the coating is scratched up, and they have a poor build quality. The lack of balancing is the worst. If you're cooking something light. The pans won't balance and don't sit flat on the burner, which will cause your food to sit and cook differently.
👤Product works well. The smell is the problem. It smells like burning plastic and the fumes fill the entire house when we use them. We are getting rid of them because we are concerned about health damage.
👤The pan was broken and completely defected. There was a small scratch in the saucepan. Really bad quality... I can't imagine how this can happen.
👤I haven't had time to use all the items in the set yet, but the first time I used the smaller frying pan, I simply cooked 3 eggs, with little butter, and part of a coat burnt inside. I tried washing and using a lot of fat to cook two other times, and it sticks forever. I was expecting a low quality. This is not for you if you are going for non-stick.
👤I used all the pans and it smelt like the house was on fire. Don't buy junk.
👤You can rate these depending on how you look at them. They are excellent pots and pans. They have been doing a great job so far. If you want the highest quality cook ware, you should spend more money. The pots and pans are very hot. If you take care of the surface, it will last. Don't think you're getting the best when you buy these. These are great for the price and great as a starter kit. They will be replaced by a year end.
👤I can't think of a better value in cookware. I've tried copper frying pans and they aren't worth the powder to blow them up. The green non-stick pans are the same rating as the copper pans. I have searched for decent frying pans and found them in Amazon. These are the best I have ever used. I like cooking with olive oil and these are non-stick. One of the con's is that an ad from Amazon would lead one to believe that these come with a lid. These are the best cast iron range I have. They are just as attractive as any of the more expensive pans. You can't go wrong with the price.
👤The handle broke off from one of the pans and this product was not worth it.
👤The bottom is not as thin as the rest of the set.
👤Been using the product for 4 months. The quality is low. Utensils bend easily when they fall down.
👤Sturdy quality handles. The non-stick coating will last longer if taken care of.
👤The ladles are a health hazard. We are worried that we have eaten this plastic. I have gone through the reviews and it seems that the quality is different for India and other countries as the reviews are mostly from Europe. I am angry that they will play with the health of their consumers.
Finish in the oven. It is safe to cook in the oven at 500F and 350F. Concord's 7 quart stock pot has a non-stick coating. Granite coating is tougher than traditional non-stick coating. Granite coating is made without harmful substances. Granite looks modern and sleek on a kitchen stove. The wide rim makes pouring easy. The width is 9.5" and the height is 7. It's compatible with Induction.
👤The coating on the inside of the pot peeled off after only a few uses, despite the fact that I only use plastic and silicone utensils. The pot was poorly packaged. One of the handles punched through the box when I received it. I will return it.
👤When I received the pot, I was very happy. It is non-stick and lightweight. The blue colour is starting to chip off around the rim and in one place inside the pot, even though I have been very careful to only use plastic or wooden utensils in it. I don't think this pot will last me very long. There is a The company sent me a replacement stock pot after I read my review. Their customer service is excellent. The pot is chip-free. I hope it stays that way as I use it. Thank you for your help.
👤It came with scratches in the pot and a coppper-ramic coating over them. Two! It isn't a large pot. It's 5 quarts. The pot. I filled it with water. I have a 5 quart container. The pot. Why did they lie? It couldn't be that big when you first look at the box. It's also junk when it comes to craftsmanship. Sending back!
👤Customer service is great. The pot was great. I didn't have time to return it because I needed to cook for a holiday. The company immediately sent me a new pot. I have used the pot many times and it always cooks well. Highly recommended.
👤I love this pot. It's perfect for cooking soup for a small family. I like the way it's non stick so I can cook my ingredients in the pot first and then add water to make soup. Nothing was burned at the bottom. It turned out great when I made pumpkin soup the other day.
👤The coating is coming off. I was very excited for this pot. I got it and it was beautiful. I have used it a few times. The inner coating is chipping away at spots after I grabbed it to use. I used a spoon, spatula, and soft sponge. I would have liked to have gotten a more expensive one. I got it because of the good reviews.
👤The pot began to release some residuals when it was washed. I don't like to use it because there are always small pieces of paint in the water.
👤What about the size it says? I measured it with water and it only holds 6.5 quarts. I am not happy. I need an 8.5 for my 6.5 quart boat.

👤I picked up the Green Pan set a year ago. Overall, they're decent. I had a hard time choosing between a two or three star review. When you first get them, they will perform exactly as advertised, and maybe 6 months after that if you use them daily. If used less frequently, maybe more. The non-stick coating is prone to wear off. If you're like me, you'll start to have issues with food sticking when you use smaller pans and larger pots. This even while following the care instructions to a T, down to not cooking with sprays or extra virgin olive oil, keeping the temp low, and only washing with an ultra delicate non abrasive sponge. I bought the extra expensive olive oil meant for sauteing and the pans still generate a stuck on layer of whatever I'm cooking. The magnitude of the problem is small. It is very easy to clean stuck on food from a soft sponge in a pot or pan. The bottoms of the pans tend to oxidize with use. I'd almost say it was rust if I hadn't dried these suckers immediately after washing them. For less than a year, non-stick is great. They're good looking. It is very easy to clean Handles. It's game over Bottoms on a gas stove with use of Ceramic chips off of pan edges.
👤I took another pan to see if there was going to be a problem after I made pancakes and one burned. There is a And it was! I tried to clean one for 10 minutes, but no luck. Everything is stuck on the pan. After one use, they look like 10 year old ugly pans. The set is being returned. Not worth the money.
👤I was happy to find these. The first two months were great, but they became hard to use. Food gets stuck to them even though they have oil on them. You have to wash them by hand and use wooden or soft spoons. Most of the time, our sink is full of pans. I would love to get those in the store. I can return it. I paid hundreds of dollars for a brand of pots and pans from Costco, but am about to buy them again. Do not recommend.
👤I did a lot of research before buying the GreenPan cookware. I was looking at other brands when the salesperson in the kitchen shop suggested I look at the GreenPan. Everything I need is in the eleven piece set. Extra Virgin Olive Oil, butter and a non-stick spray were some of the things I needed to switch. Pure Olive Oil, Peanut Oil, and Ghee are some of the oils GreenPan recommend being used to maintain the ceramic surface. The Pure Olive Oil and Ghee are close to what I would typically use, but now I find just a very small amount is necessary and mostly for flavor. It is only necessary to use a medium to low temperature gas and the pan will heat very quickly and maintain the heat. The glass lid allows you to see if the liquids are boiling without removing it. I only use wooden and Silicone utensils to protect the surface. I made a tomato sauce this weekend. That was a quick and easy clean up. I was able to get the tomato sauce around the rim of the pan by using a Silicone spatula and Silicone sponge. I discovered that I would have liked to have had an 8 quart pot for cooking pastas, sauces and soups. That is a must have item for this cook's kitchen and I plan on adding that to my set. I hope I can maintain the finish on this ceramic cookware.
