The glass lids are oven safe up to 450F.
👤I picked up the Green Pan set a year ago. Overall, they're decent. I had a hard time choosing between a two or three star review. When you first get them, they will perform exactly as advertised, and maybe 6 months after that if you use them daily. If used less frequently, maybe more. The non-stick coating is prone to wear off. If you're like me, you'll start to have issues with food sticking when you use smaller pans and larger pots. This even while following the care instructions to a T, down to not cooking with sprays or extra virgin olive oil, keeping the temp low, and only washing with an ultra delicate non abrasive sponge. I bought the extra expensive olive oil meant for sauteing and the pans still generate a stuck on layer of whatever I'm cooking. The magnitude of the problem is small. It is very easy to clean stuck on food from a soft sponge in a pot or pan. The bottoms of the pans tend to oxidize with use. I'd almost say it was rust if I hadn't dried these suckers immediately after washing them. For less than a year, non-stick is great. They're good looking. It is very easy to clean Handles. It's game over Bottoms on a gas stove with use of Ceramic chips off of pan edges.
👤I took another pan to see if there was going to be a problem after I made pancakes and one burned. There is a And it was! I tried to clean one for 10 minutes, but no luck. Everything is stuck on the pan. After one use, they look like 10 year old ugly pans. The set is being returned. Not worth the money.
👤I was happy to find these. The first two months were great, but they became hard to use. Food gets stuck to them even though they have oil on them. You have to wash them by hand and use wooden or soft spoons. Most of the time, our sink is full of pans. I would love to get those in the store. I can return it. I paid hundreds of dollars for a brand of pots and pans from Costco, but am about to buy them again. Do not recommend.
👤I did a lot of research before buying the GreenPan cookware. I was looking at other brands when the salesperson in the kitchen shop suggested I look at the GreenPan. Everything I need is in the eleven piece set. Extra Virgin Olive Oil, butter and a non-stick spray were some of the things I needed to switch. Pure Olive Oil, Peanut Oil, and Ghee are some of the oils GreenPan recommend being used to maintain the ceramic surface. The Pure Olive Oil and Ghee are close to what I would typically use, but now I find just a very small amount is necessary and mostly for flavor. It is only necessary to use a medium to low temperature gas and the pan will heat very quickly and maintain the heat. The glass lid allows you to see if the liquids are boiling without removing it. I only use wooden and Silicone utensils to protect the surface. I made a tomato sauce this weekend. That was a quick and easy clean up. I was able to get the tomato sauce around the rim of the pan by using a Silicone spatula and Silicone sponge. I discovered that I would have liked to have had an 8 quart pot for cooking pastas, sauces and soups. That is a must have item for this cook's kitchen and I plan on adding that to my set. I hope I can maintain the finish on this ceramic cookware.

👤I love the fact that the KOCH Systeme CS non stick frying pans are easy to clean, and they cook evenly, so I use a wet paper towel or soft sponge to clean them. This frying pans are more healthy because you only have to add a small amount of oil or butter. I used to have other copper frying pans that were heavy and not good in less than five days, everything was sticking to them. I use this set every single day to make eggs, sausage, and hamburgers, and I like to make pork chops, steak, chicken steak, and hamburgers after I finish making them. The non-stick coating makes it easy to clean, and they come with lids, which is an A+. The copper frying pan sets are easy to clean. You can wipe the surface with a cloth. The frying pan sets are ideal for day to day cooking. The handle of the frying pan oven can resist high-temperature cooking and is safe up to 450F. The best set I've ever bought is highly recommended.
👤Nice looking. I like the light weight. The oil parts of the egg will stick after a few weeks. If you fiddle with it, it might let go or break. I wiped them out with a paper towel. Eggs run to the sides of the curved bottom. Anything that can run will go to the side. I have an insturment stove that works perfectly with my big brand pots and pans, which are very thick and have very thick bottoms. I have had these P&Ps for over ten years and they are no longer teflon. I bought these because they only work on certain burners. It must be very thin. Even though they were heavy, I wish I had bought another set of them.
👤These copper pans are pretty. If you're looking for value, you should keep looking. These things do not qualify as non-stick, but they do qualify as super stick. You have to scrub and scrub in order to get bacon off. That causes the bottom of the pan to lose it's copper color and go greyish, so there goes your pretty too! These are a waste of money and they are expensive. You don't always get what you pay for. I don't know what they use as a criteria for their claim of "ultra non-stick", but it's BS. I don't know where that 4+ star rating came from. The reviewers have said that nearly everyone has had a severe sticking problem. It would follow that nearly every review would be a 2 stars or less if one buys a product for one reason and it turns out not to be the case. It seems to me that the rating has been manipulated and can be dismissed as a joke.
It's a good gift for you and other people. The silver stir fry pan is a good choice. Thanks to its special structure, it can be used in a variety of cookware. A wonderful gift is to give your husband, wife, parents, friends. The cookware set includes 8 inch fry pan, 10 inch fry pan, 1.5 quart sauce pan with lid, 2 quart saucepan with lid, and 3 quart casserole pan with lid. The aluminum body has a non-stick coating. The handles stay cool and the glass lid lets steam escape. The spiral bottom is compatible with gas, electric, and glass stovetops. Please check the size of your stove top's cook top before purchasing it. High temperature can cause handling and coating damage.
👤I bought a similar set for my mom. The old set was built well. The new set is a lot cheaper. The logos are worn off, the coating is scratched up, and they have a poor build quality. The lack of balancing is the worst. If you're cooking something light. The pans won't balance and don't sit flat on the burner, which will cause your food to sit and cook differently.
👤Product works well. The smell is the problem. It smells like burning plastic and the fumes fill the entire house when we use them. We are getting rid of them because we are concerned about health damage.
👤The pan was broken and completely defected. There was a small scratch in the saucepan. Really bad quality... I can't imagine how this can happen.
👤I haven't had time to use all the items in the set yet, but the first time I used the smaller frying pan, I simply cooked 3 eggs, with little butter, and part of a coat burnt inside. I tried washing and using a lot of fat to cook two other times, and it sticks forever. I was expecting a low quality. This is not for you if you are going for non-stick.
👤I used all the pans and it smelt like the house was on fire. Don't buy junk.
👤You can rate these depending on how you look at them. They are excellent pots and pans. They have been doing a great job so far. If you want the highest quality cook ware, you should spend more money. The pots and pans are very hot. If you take care of the surface, it will last. Don't think you're getting the best when you buy these. These are great for the price and great as a starter kit. They will be replaced by a year end.
👤I can't think of a better value in cookware. I've tried copper frying pans and they aren't worth the powder to blow them up. The green non-stick pans are the same rating as the copper pans. I have searched for decent frying pans and found them in Amazon. These are the best I have ever used. I like cooking with olive oil and these are non-stick. One of the con's is that an ad from Amazon would lead one to believe that these come with a lid. These are the best cast iron range I have. They are just as attractive as any of the more expensive pans. You can't go wrong with the price.
👤The handle broke off from one of the pans and this product was not worth it.
👤The bottom is not as thin as the rest of the set.
👤Been using the product for 4 months. The quality is low. Utensils bend easily when they fall down.
👤Sturdy quality handles. The non-stick coating will last longer if taken care of.
👤The ladles are a health hazard. We are worried that we have eaten this plastic. I have gone through the reviews and it seems that the quality is different for India and other countries as the reviews are mostly from Europe. I am angry that they will play with the health of their consumers.
TITANIUM NONSTICK INTERIOR: It's designed for everyday chefs who want to create delicious meals like a pro. THERMO-SPOT TECHNOLOGY The unique heat indicator turns red when pans are preheated to cook. The industrial base is tacky. No hot spots for reliable cooking results when heat is distributed evenly. The Venetian hands arerived and provide a comfortable and secure grip. The dishwasher and oven are safe at up to 400F. All cook tops have comparables.
👤This is an honest review from a professional chef who has used this product in their home kitchen almost every day for a year. I did not get paid to write this review. I bought this pan for home use. I don't use small frying pans, so the 12.5'' was an easy choice. I was initially curious about the pan's shape and whether it would distribute oil evenly. The sides of the pan appeared to be slanted high enough to sautee without the use of a turner/spatula. The riveting appeared to be sturdy and the handle felt comfortable in my hand. The pan's weight and balance did not feel awkward. The pan is more evenly brown than any pan I've used. The pan's ability to cook eggs is better than any other pan I've used. I can sautee without using utensils. The pan is easy to clean. I don't allow the pan to cool completely before washing it. I don't use metal utensils in this pan. Minor scratches have been accrued. The surface is slightly less non-stick after a year. It is not recommended to use metal utensils. It is not known if the coating is being removed during cooking or non-abrasive washings. I hope it's the latter. The pan does not have the rivets flush with it. Food debris collects around the rivets. The construction of the handle has not shown signs of wear. The pan is fastened with rivets. The pan's ability to heat and cool quickly is very good. T-Fal claims that. T-fal's heat indicator shows when the pan is ready to cook. 2. The Prometal Pro interior is scratch resistant. 3. It is safe for use with metal utensils. There is aFALSE for 4. A disc for distribution of heat. 5. There is anti-warp protection. 6. There is a dishwasher safe. The oven is safe to 400 degrees F. It's safe for all cooking methods. I don't think using a metal turner is a good idea. The two most important claims that T-Fal makes are false. I don't consider this pan to be a professional product. An alternative coating would not increase production costs and would eliminate the issue altogether. I recommend this product only for home use. The fact that advanced material science is not being used to create a superior consumer product is what makes my 4 star review so generous.
👤Very disappointed. I bought this for my spouse to use. The pan performed well for 10 months, but then she noticed that the surface was peeling. This pan was babied because we have all plastic cooking utensils. "No problem!" I told her that the pan has a warranty. The warranty phone number leads to automated responses and no return authorization. The instructions to return are to ship at your own cost and hope for the best. Many people who paid for shipping and never heard back are the subject of horror stories onwarranty review websites. Good money should not be thrown after bad money. Paying 50% of the cost to ship something in hopes that it will get a repair is a terrible deal. No doubt, by design.
It's dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning. The T-fal heat indicator shows when the pan is ready to cook. For even heat distribution and anti-warp protection, the STAINLESS STEEL DISC BASE is for you. The industry is safe. It's safe for all of the cooktops. It's easy to monitor the cooking process with a vented-glass lid. Stay-cool hands. The riveted silicone handle is comfortable. Use and care are important. The oven is safe to 400 degrees. The set includes Fry Pans, Saucepans, and Dutch Ovens.
👤We threw the pots and pans in the trash after we purchased this product in 2015. These were easy to clean in the beginning. The non-stick coating on the handle started peeling away after a couple of years and we all know where it ended up. In our food. The coating on the pots began peeling away. This isn't what you're looking for if you're looking for something that will last a long time. We've gone back to cookware made from steel because there's nothing that is non-stick that is guaranteed not to chip or peel after a few years of use.
👤The cookware is the second set that I have bought. Non-stick inside and out. Even during heating. It's easy to keep clean. You can't beat the price and quality. The opinions found here are mine and were not influenced by the discounted or free product. The claims in this review are based on the product's quality, suitability to the task at hand, and the potential of the product to perform over its lifetime. Why did I give this review? 👤The feature bullets say "induction safe". Maybe that means something different than "designed for induction"? We needed a new set of cookware because most of our old pots/pans weren't compatible with the new cookware we bought. We started cooking after buying these. All of them were heated by the cooktop. We were cooking soup for an hour or so on the first night. We tried mac n cheese for the kids but couldn't get the water to boil after ten minutes. The water was dumped in the old T-Fal pot and boiled in a few moments. I tried to cook eggs in the morning, but the pan was barely cooking after several minutes. We were off to the races after I dumped the eggs in the All-Clad. I ran a boil test with all the pots and pans and the two pieces I had from different sets. The old pieces brought a liter of water to the roil in 2.5 minutes. The pieces in this set never brought the water to a vigorous boil unless I reduced the amount of water.
👤I would not call this cookware a safe for use with metal utensils because it is not described in the description. I've had this set for a few weeks now and it's scratch resistant and safe for use with metal utensils. I have only used each item a few times, and there are already scratches on two of them from using metal utensils. I wasn't trying to get the bottom of the pan. There are scratches on the bottom of the pots. One of the pans has scratches on it from being touched by a metal spoon. If this is a metal utensil that is safe and scratch resistant, I wouldn't expect it to cause any damage on the first use.
There is a guarantee. The cookware is oven safe to 400F. It's dishwasher-safe. Food can be stored in a freezer. The liftime warranty is limited. The set includes: fry pans, saute pan, sauce pan, stockpot, and multi-purpose insert. Made from heavy-gauge, hard-anodized aluminum covered with 3 layers of a safe and durable PFOA-free material that helps foods slide right off. It's safe to use in an oven/broiler up to 500F if you're compatible with gas, electric, and ceramic cooktops. All-Clad's Lifetime Warranty guarantees a safe grip and comfortable handles. It's dishwasher safe. They recommend hand washing to preserve the coating. You might want to hold onto it a bit longer. Pieces are nested to maximize storage space.
👤All Clad has been used by me for many years. This is my first All-Clad set with glass lid, and it was purchased on Amazon. I bought these three months ago to replace an older set of pots that I've used for almost 15 years. I've only used my new All Clad pots a few times, usually for soups and sauces. I take good care of them when I use them. I covered the 4.5 quart pot with a glass lid while I reheated soup in it on my gas stove. My daughter heard a loud "pop" in the kitchen about three minutes later. The glass did not burst, even though the lid had shattered. I threw the soup away because I didn't know if the micro glass fragments were in the soup. I called All Clad customer service because it was such a shocking experience to have something like this happen. I wanted to report the potential danger of using their product, but I was surprised that All Clad doesn't stand behind the safety and durability of all of their products. If I wanted a cover for my pot, I should buy universal lids, even though I was told I wouldn't be able to purchase a replacement. Is that really true? It was a major disappointment.
👤A product of this price will never be a 5 star value. It is a high quality update. The pot is dangerous. The handles are so hot you can't touch them. The pot and colander meet and leak, making it useless. We had to ditch the colander in the middle of cooking because it was making a mess. Don't bother. You can afford better if you can afford All-Clad. We still have to spray the pans when cooking sticky foods, but they cook well and we don't have to.
👤The product is great for the price. We have only been using our pans for two months. We only use wooden and plastic spoons when we cook and Silicone sponges when we clean them, yet they still got scratched and a small dents on one of the pans. The price we paid for these pans was expected to be scratch-free because of the description.
👤All of the descriptions said it was usable on all of the cooktops. Why did you answer in your question and answer section? There is a If you allow people like Bob to answer questions about Allclad, you might be able to monitor the answers. I wouldn't allow anyone to say anything except a company verified person who is knowledgeable of the product. A complete waste of time.
👤I have been using All Clad cookware for over 40 years and it was not what I expected, the teflon coating is so low grade I was almost offended. I never purchased high priced kitchen utensils or cookware online in the past, so I learned that for me buying is seeing and feeling what I'm paying for. Thank you.
👤We are happy with the performance of this set, but we are concerned about its longevity. We take good care of the set, so we only use wood or nylon utensils and only wash with non-abrasive sponges and gentle dish soap. The frying pan is starting to show scratches. We can tell these are not the All-Clad sets of yore. These turn out to be great food. If you want a sturdier set, be prepared to replace them sooner.
The lifetime warranty is full. Heavy-gauge, hard-anodized cookware has 3 layers of safe, PFOA-free non-stick for long- lasting easy release. It is compatible with all cooktops, thanks to its anti-warp base and oven safe up to 500F. The handles are riveted to the steel. Hand washing is recommended to preserve the nonstick.
👤This is the first review I've done for Amazon, even after hundreds of purchases, and it's the first one. The reason for this review is that I feel the handle is unsafe. The pan cooks really well. It has a lot of weight. The pan is heavy and it is difficult to keep balanced when lifting it off of a hot stove. The pan can twist if you don't have a firm grip. The edges of the handle make it hard to hold it tight. I love everything about this pan other than the handle. I felt the potential of danger and burning was worth writing a review on, even though other owners might disagree.
👤Don't buy this product. I got the 12 and 10 inch skillet. They work great on my range. But the handles. There is no words to describe how bad these handles are. Want to put the food in a container? Try to break your wrist. The design of your hand is stupid. Handling these pans is a nightmare because of the angle, shape and shape. I don't need a lot of money for 2 pans that I can't lift without teaching my kids new words. Stay away from this product while you shop.
👤These are amazing. It was worth every single penny. I was angry with the way eggs stuck to the pan. Even the non stick pans. I bought these after my eggs were ruined again. I had head of the brand before but didn't own anything and didn't care for the price, but I was desperate. These have changed my life. I like them. They are worth it.
👤It won't work on my GE range top. Very disappointed.
👤All Clad has a knock off of these pans. I used them for 6 months. The non stick surface is chipping off so I'm throwing in the scrap metal pile. Did you use the right utensil? You bet. Never used plastic tools. Always a spatula. I'm going for a walk.
👤I have bought these pans 4 times. The first time I tried them, the recipient couldn't stop talking. Wow! Keep reading, but it's amazing. Sometimes I have a lot going on at the same time, 2 sets would be better for me. I bought the 4th set after my son bought a house. I received a counterfeit set four times. They are not all-Clad. They didn't come in an All-Clad box, didn't have an extra handle on the pan, and have thick handles like most brands. The pans are not large on the bottom. They are lightweight and have sloping sides that are closer to the center than most pans. All-clad has straight sides that start at the edge and allow a larger cooking surface. Amazon was the seller of all 4 sets. If you get a set that doesn't come in an All-Clad box, and look exactly like the photos, send them back.
👤I have a lot of pans. Never a complaint until now. These do not have the flat bottoms that are claimed. The fat pools are at the edges. I like low fat cooking but can't do it in these. I will probably return them.
Pieces are nested to maximize storage space. There is a patented technology. The hexagon design is created using a laser etching process to give it a long-term look and feel. You can get a golden-brown sear with less oil, grease, and butter. Why choose him? Their design is the only true hybrid cookware with a patented laser-etched hexagonal design and tri-ply construction. A pan built to last requires a tri-ply or clad style construction. The pan's first layer is made of steel for strength, followed by an aluminum middle layer that distributes heat evenly through the pan's surface. It is easy to clean and maintain. The Hexclad is dishwasher safe and can be cleaned with steel wool. The pan is scratch resistant and won't wear down from use of metal utensils. The perfect cooking surface can be created by the third layer of aluminum and another layer of steel. The gourmet cook's toolkit includes 10" Pan w/ lid, 8" Pan w/ lid, and12" Wok - the ultimate advantage for chef-quality cooking.
👤After a month of buying it, it wasn't easy to clean and it was getting worse. It has a burned color. I bought a cheap pan at walmart. It's working better. Don't waste your money on junk like this if anyone is reading it.
👤It's not easy to clean everything that sticks to them.
👤We paid a lot of money for a terrible product. It is bad for any food you cook.
👤The pan is ok but they have used cheap material and the ring between the lip and glass melted in the first use.
👤The first couple of uses were great. We washed the pans according to the instructions. There is a The simplest of foods is crazy. It is going to be scrabble eggs by the end, because of the major sticking going on. I have used j.a hengkels as pans and pots for years. Very happy. I was sold on these. I will return all of the items for a full refund after 3 weeks.
👤I'm in love. Nothing has lasted after I've gone through the most expensive cookware. Stabb, Le Cruset. Even though they say lifetime, the Stabb and Lecruset started to get brown and nasty over time. I only use Silicone utensils. These are the Hexclad. I got them seasoned and they started cooking. It's easy to clean, it's less heat needed, and it lets you use any utensils metal, even if it's not a stick. I'm keeping my rating at 4 stars until I see how they hold up. The pans look nice. It's great that Browning and searing are also great. When we get our new stove top, we will try it. Hopefully they will have pots to match soon. I hope these pans are around for a long time. Please come out with a saute pan. The wok needs a flat bottom pan with high sides. The pans are holding up well. If you start to get some staining on the inside or the bottoms, you can use a bar keeper friend and they will be new again. The cook was really happy with the pans. It's a good idea to give you a nice seat with no burning and a nice non stick feel. I am in love with these pans and can't wait for the sauce pans to match.
👤If I had purchased from them and not Amazon, they would have honored the warranty because they claim it doesn't look at this pan after just one year.
👤The pans are a nice hybrid between the two. I burned food in them and it takes about 5 minutes to clean it up. I was able to cook potstickers with only one sticking. I am able to cook my salmon on the grill. The pot rack hole at the end of the handles makes them perfect for hanging the pan on. The pan lip is a great way to prevent drips from coming down the side of the pan. When cooking liquids at higher temperatures, the lid steam vent helps prevent boilover. I think these pans will be harder for friends and family to damage with improper utensils or cleaning methods. The three main pans could be deeper. The wok pan is my go to pan for cooking. I use the others more for a single piece of fish.
The mirror exterior finish is professional and classic. Nonstick surface for sauces, vegetables, or meats; it cools quickly for precise temperature control. Cool grip handles stay cool on the stove. A lifetime of healthy cooking without butter or oils is possible with titanium reinforced cooking suface. It is helpful to clean the dishwasher to maintain the mirror finish. It is helpful to clean the dishwasher to maintain the mirror finish.
👤I have learned my lesson after getting these in the past. The Teflon cooking coating has a host of toxic effects on the body, so if you want to buy these, you should know that. The handle is thin and not stylish. These are like buying a shiny new car only to find out that the engine is about to fail in 6 months and the carbon dioxin leak is right in the cabin. It isn't always right. Save yourself time, money, and your health by learning all you can about Teflon and pans. I learned 1. Teflon is toxic to our body. A good amount of oil and a low heat can make a frypan easy to cook. 3. The best frypans on the market have no Teflon coating and are pre-seasoned carbon steel which will last a lifetime. They cost more but are worth it. 4. The handle should be very comfortable in your hand. 4. No product is worth sacrificing my health for. I hope this review helped you.
👤The skillets were a good price and they cooked well. I used them about 3-4 times a week. I used to use medium heat. The large skillet made it hard to cook pancakes. I don't have a dishwasher so they were washed by hand with a sponge. I am not happy.
👤The pan set is reasonable in price and quality but lacks in a few areas. It distributes heat well. The coating keeps food from sticking. They are not like aluminum pans. If you tend to move the pan around a lot, this may not be the best choice. The pan can twist and turn when it is picked up because the handle is thin and difficult to grip. The pan's balance is off. The pan being heavy makes you feel the weight of it when you pick it up. If they were balanced better, this could be a great set of pans. It would be great if they came with the glass lid which is sold separately. This is a good buy if you are looking for a set of pans that will hold heat and won't warp without breaking the bank.
👤These pans are wonderful. They work well on my stove. I use them occasionally. I have had them for a year. The pans are made from high quality materials. I take them out every time. I am happy I bought these pans. I've always been a fan of the Revere Ware brand, but they had no luck with their product. I don't like buying others because I'm very picky with what I cook with. I can't afford the pots and pans name brand because they are either too expensive or cheap. I bought these and hope that something will happen to them that I can find them again. Oh yes. The price is perfect for everyone. If you're reading this, keep these in your popular stock area. Thanks.
👤The pans are for the price. The Teflon model that we are replacing lost a lot of its non-stick properties. These pans have a thick aluminum core that is fused to the bottom of the pan. The pan won't warp over time like one piece stamped pans do. These pans are a bargain and work perfectly.

👤The pan was great for a while. It was washed by hand. There was no high heat. Plastic tools were used on it. Everything sticks to it as it became bumpy. The picture was taken after cooking scrambled eggs. It happened to the first pack. I threw it away. The same thing happened to the second one after a few months. I had to soak it to get rid of it. The pan is the worst I have ever owned.
👤Absolutely love these pans. I had a pampered chef set and I was frustrated that they never seemed to get clean. I was looking for something that was "healthier" that did not contain PFOA and PTFE. I will be buying more of these to replace my current pans. Love the blue! I had these pans for 5 months now and they don't come off as easily as they used to. The small one was used by my husband for 5 months and he noticed that it stopped working correctly. We've been very careful about hand washing and not using metal utensils, but they always get a thin layer of food stuck to them. We like them because they are easy to clean and still pretty.
👤I have had pans that stay non-stick for a while, but then they are no longer. I wanted to get away from Teflon, but I've never had a pan coated in granite. The company I bought these from took care of the customers that weren't happy with the reviews. I am not one of those people. I am very happy. I make my husband breakfast. It's similar to a day in the past. I didn't know how much I needed until I had to scrub the egg out of the pan every morning. I wanted a smaller pan, but either they are out of stock or they don't make them anymore. I got these two (9 and 11). I only use the larger one once, and the smaller one every day, because the larger one won't fit on my burners at the same time if one of them is the 11". I waited a couple weeks to see if the coating would chip off, or if the non-stick would become non-non-stick, but so far it is as awesome as day one. I read the reviews about how to treat the pans with kid gloves. No heat, no dishwasher, and a soft sponge or towel to wipe out. I don't add cold water to the pan. I made a video to show how easy it is to flip the pan. If I had a wish, it would be for a pan that was at least 6 inches in diameter. It has made me enjoy cooking eggs again.
👤When we first purchased these pans, we loved them. They were easy to cook and heated up, and the non-stick was great. The non-stick coating is peeling off on all the black spots. They should last longer than a few months. I wouldn't recommend them for that.
For years, hard Titanium reinforced non-stick interior has been easy to cook and clean. The heat indicator shows when the pan should be properly heated to seal in the food's flavor. The rivetted handle is designed for comfort and safety. The base is compatible with the steel. For years, hard Titanium reinforced non-stick interior has been easy to cook and clean. 👤It's over a year later and I still love it. It's still good inside and works well even though it's starting to show wear on the top edges. The original review was original. I've tried several versions of ceramic pans and never found one that was as efficient and competent as this one. Can be scrambled without butter or sticking. The shallowness of this pan makes it not as good for larger quantities of food. That's a design issue, not a competency issue. I've had it for about 6 weeks, used it close to an average of once a day, and there is no fall-off on the stick resistance, unlike with the ceramic pans I've tried. It works with my cooktop.
👤The pan worked well on my range for less than 2 years. The pan bottom has a metal layer separated from it. T-Fal doesn't pay shipping so I didn't pursue a warranty claim.
👤I never used metal like a spatula because of the advice I was given. Did not put in a washer. This was only used for eggs. When it was new, the eggs slid right off, but less than a year later it is starting to stick a little. The little round thing in the middle does not turn red when heated. The bumps in the middle of the egg yolks don't work, so they slide to the sides. It must be better.
👤This product is being marketed in a way that is extremely misleading. This cheap aluminum pan has a thin steel plate embedded in the base, which is thought to make it work with induction cooktops.
👤I bought this pan with the T-fal C51782 ProGrade Titanium Nonstick Thermo- Spot, and both have the same issue. The middle is higher than the sides. If you put oil in it, it will ring around the sides. In my previous review, I mentioned that you end up frying on the sides and dry roasting in the middle. The non-stick is very good.
👤The pan appears to be very well made. The bottom of the pan is the perfect size for making omelettes and eggs. I don't know how long it will last but based on other reviews I'm hoping I can get a year out of it. I am still using the skillet one year later. It has held up well. The tiles on the space shuttle look similar to the ones on the pan. There are no signs of wear other than that.
👤This skillet is a lighter weight than the higher end options. The handle is hollow rather than solid and the core is not as heavy. The primary issue is that it works great. Durability? I don't know. We only use plastic or wood utensils with this skillet, so I hope the non-stick surface will last a long time. I've never owned a non-stick that didn't need to be replaced. The reason to buy a lower cost good skillet like this one is to pay a high price for a high end Calphalon or All-Clad. The red dot in the center of the skillet is supposed to turn dark when the skillet is preheating, but it doesn't change colors. I didn't care for that feature. I bought it for the T-Fal name. If T-Fal is going to claim it, then it should do it. The skillet is highly recommended for its performance and value. This skillet works great with our cook top.
