It's compatible with most stovetops. A kitchen staple with a flat base and flared sides that allow for easy flipping and tossing. To ensure a safe grip and to add a bit of style, the handles are riveted. It's compatible with all of the cooktops, including oven and broiler-safe up to 600F. A 12-inch covered fry pan with a wide flat base can be used in a variety of ways. The 3-ply bonded construction has an aluminum core that can be even heated. The cooking surface with a starburst finish is highly polished and won't react with food.
👤I never heat fry pans past 2 unless using cast iron, but this was the first time I used it. The pan was not usable because the bottom warped. Poor quality control. My 20 year old pan has never had this problem. The old pan is.103" in thickness, but the new one is.072", which is quite a difference. Don't know if this was just a stinker or if it was the result of corporate cost cutting. Whatever the reason, it was returned. All Clad's warranty statement does not cover warping, so I didn't feel like I was playing a game of sending me two or three more to find a good one, just to have it warp later on. I wanted to reduce the level of use of my old cast iron pan as it's too heavy loaded with food for these aging wrists to lift, and I really wanted my money to go to an American company that supported. I will either find a way to use the cast iron or buy a new one with the helpers handle.
👤I bought this pan because it was made in the USA and I hoped the premium price meant good quality. It had a warped bottom. It was worse than the Saffron pan I bought from a second-hand store. I requested a replacement and it was even better. Maybe it was not good. I checked the "defective item" box when I returned it. I was surprised by a restocking fee of $25.99. The product page had free returns and no restocking fee. Maybe they'll try to sell it to you next if they're restocking the item. Beware. They could make a lot of money by selling a faulty pan to other people.
👤The first pan I received had a raised metal burr on the top edge of the rim. The pan does not sit completely flat, it rocks from side to side, no matter the surface it's on. The pan is lightweight in the hand and responds quickly to temperature changes. The tri-ply design will make a noticeable difference in your cooking. The replacement pan that I received came with a major defect as well, compared to the first pans smooth uniform surface polish, the replacement pans cooking surface was poorly polished leaving rough, nonuniform deep score marks. The All-Clad quality control is not up to par for an American-made product, so buy at your own risk, because what you receive will very likely be hit or miss.
👤Wow. I was a bit surprised by the price but I love this skillet. I used to have a 10” skillet from QVC. It is stained all over. I was disgusted with it when I threw it under one of my cabinets. I noticed that all the professional chefs used the same cookware. Calpalon and All Clad were the top two at a more expensive price point. I chose AllClad and am very happy. I am a good cook. I use my pans a lot, they must be good or bad. If anything sticks, it's the Cod in Butter sauce and wine reduction, which is what this pan had. Clean up in one minute. How. I used coconut oil. The skillet should warm up on medium. The coconut oil should be spread around the bottom and sides of a paper towel. Allow it to start smoking and smoke for a while, then take it off the heat. A clean paper towel is needed to wipe off excess oil. The skillet should be cool and repeat. This will cure your pan. Bring the skillet up to heat and then add any oil or butter. Wait one minute and add your food. Just a small amount of oil is enough to lightly grease your pan. Olive oil is good. Medium heat is rarely used. You can cook anything with a touch of oil and cured grat American Made Skit. There is a Cleanup. If you have stubborn stains, just boil them with 1 cup of vinegar and 1/3 cup baking soda. The pan should cool a bit and then be washed. The use bar keepers friend with a scrubby sponge and I Gurantee you with have this shiny Mirtor in a few minutes. Trust me, this skillet will last your lifetime. I like the shine of Stainleess Steel. I threw the pan away. I can cook everything in this AllClad. I love this skillet and it is easy to clean.
Frying pans can handle the heat. It's a non-stick reactor. The interior of the frying pan set is made of granite that is scratch resistant and non stick. Food slides off the surface for optimal cooking. No peeling or chipping. It's ideal for use over low to medium heat with minimum oil or butter. It is easy to clean. Michelangelo's granite frying pan set is designed with classy marble looking surface which is made out of all natural coating colors. The stone skillets set has wooden looking handles and is a beautiful addition to your kitchen. The optimal size for day-to-day cooking is 9 1/2 and 11 inch frying pans. The non-stick frying pans are made of professional grade aluminum that conducts heat quickly and evenly with precise temperature control and no hot spot, food fries quickly and evenly across the surface of the skillets and slips onto the plate once ready. It's an industrial comparison. Non toxic granite coating is free of PFOA and PTFE. The stone frying pan set 2 piece is made with a flat bottom which allows it to be placed evenly over heat source and is suitable for use on all stove tops. Hand wash is recommended for dishwasher safe. Green and toxic free, ideal for health cooking. Michelangelo frying pans are non-stick.
👤The pan was great for a while. It was washed by hand. There was no high heat. Plastic tools were used on it. Everything sticks to it as it became bumpy. The picture was taken after cooking scrambled eggs. It happened to the first pack. I threw it away. The same thing happened to the second one after a few months. I had to soak it to get rid of it. The pan is the worst I have ever owned.
👤Absolutely love these pans. I had a pampered chef set and I was frustrated that they never seemed to get clean. I was looking for something that was "healthier" that did not contain PFOA and PTFE. I will be buying more of these to replace my current pans. Love the blue! I had these pans for 5 months now and they don't come off as easily as they used to. The small one was used by my husband for 5 months and he noticed that it stopped working correctly. We've been very careful about hand washing and not using metal utensils, but they always get a thin layer of food stuck to them. We like them because they are easy to clean and still pretty.
👤I have had pans that stay non-stick for a while, but then they are no longer. I wanted to get away from Teflon, but I've never had a pan coated in granite. The company I bought these from took care of the customers that weren't happy with the reviews. I am not one of those people. I am very happy. I make my husband breakfast. It's similar to a day in the past. I didn't know how much I needed until I had to scrub the egg out of the pan every morning. I wanted a smaller pan, but either they are out of stock or they don't make them anymore. I got these two (9 and 11). I only use the larger one once, and the smaller one every day, because the larger one won't fit on my burners at the same time if one of them is the 11". I waited a couple weeks to see if the coating would chip off, or if the non-stick would become non-non-stick, but so far it is as awesome as day one. I read the reviews about how to treat the pans with kid gloves. No heat, no dishwasher, and a soft sponge or towel to wipe out. I don't add cold water to the pan. I made a video to show how easy it is to flip the pan. If I had a wish, it would be for a pan that was at least 6 inches in diameter. It has made me enjoy cooking eggs again.
👤When we first purchased these pans, we loved them. They were easy to cook and heated up, and the non-stick was great. The non-stick coating is peeling off on all the black spots. They should last longer than a few months. I wouldn't recommend them for that.
It is helpful to clean the dishwasher to maintain the mirror finish. GreenPan's ceramic coating is free of lead, PFOA, and other toxic fumes, even if it is accidentally overheated. Their original diamond- infused non-stick coating is a metal utensil safe. The hard anodized aluminum body of the Valencia Pro's Magneto Base is scratch-resistant and it brings incredible searing and browning to all stovetops. The oven and Broiler are safe up to 600F. It's dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. Will never warp, wobble, or scratch over time, ensuring even cooking without the loss of energy or heat. A V-shaped cutout keeps the handle cool. It is suitable for all stovetops.
👤I had thought I had found a solid, non stick pan that was free of nasty chemicals from the traditional coating. After a month, they became less and less non-stick. I switched to a higher heat oil because I thought it was the olive oil I was using. The bottom of the pan is not flat so the oil flows to the edge of the pan, which is a joke considering everything you put in a pan goes to the middle. I followed the instructions. Cold water shock shouldn't have been a problem because Pans only ever saw a cold egg or veggie that had been recently washed. It is useless if a pan can't handle this use. We kept these pans babied and never entered a dishwasher. If you are looking for a good non-stick pan, don't waste your time and money with these pans. An egg can't be fried on these after a few months. I would like to get my money back, but sadly they have failed outside of the return warranty. I am going to get some cast iron pans and learn how to heat treat them. I will not have an expensive pan that will fail after a few months. Disappointing.
👤I'm sure you've read enough reviews to know that many people are unhappy with the pan's non-stick qualities. It's not enough to just use warm water and soap. It may look clean, but it's not. The food is still covered in an invisible coating. The pan's non-stick qualities are reduced by the invisible food layers. After you've cleaned your pan, use SALT to clean it again. Just table salt. To scrub the pan, use salt and cooking oil and a paper towel. Get in there and scrub everything. The salt acts as a perfect abrasive, stripping away those invisible sticky food layers, without damaging your pan's non-stick coating. It's like going to the dentist and cleaning your teeth with a plaque scraper. The scraper isn't hard enough to remove plaque. This is the same thing. After you clean and dry your pan, your fingers will slide on the pan's surface, just like they did when you first bought it. Adding a few drops of fat to your pan before heating it is still recommended, even after you have restored the pan's non-stick surface. That will give you more insurance. Hope this helps someone.
👤The pan worked great for the first 30 days, but it warped after it arrived. We followed the care instructions, but after 30 days we can't even cook an egg without sticking. We have a pan that works just fine.
👤I'm not sure if I got a bad pan or not, but this thing out of the gat was not non-stick and after a couple of weeks despite following their directions on cleaning it is very not non-stick. This pan is disappointing and will end up not being used.
👤It is ceramic and it is a better option since there are no toxic chemicals. The only thing that works for a couple of uses is the nonstick. If you don't want anything to stick for long, you have to use a lot of oil or butter. Their customer service did not respond to fix the issue. This is not a good idea.
The lifetime warranty is full. Heavy-gauge, hard-anodized cookware has 3 layers of safe, PFOA-free non-stick for long- lasting easy release. It is compatible with all cooktops, thanks to its anti-warp base and oven safe up to 500F. The handles are riveted to the steel. Hand washing is recommended to preserve the nonstick.
👤This is the first review I've done for Amazon, even after hundreds of purchases, and it's the first one. The reason for this review is that I feel the handle is unsafe. The pan cooks really well. It has a lot of weight. The pan is heavy and it is difficult to keep balanced when lifting it off of a hot stove. The pan can twist if you don't have a firm grip. The edges of the handle make it hard to hold it tight. I love everything about this pan other than the handle. I felt the potential of danger and burning was worth writing a review on, even though other owners might disagree.
👤Don't buy this product. I got the 12 and 10 inch skillet. They work great on my range. But the handles. There is no words to describe how bad these handles are. Want to put the food in a container? Try to break your wrist. The design of your hand is stupid. Handling these pans is a nightmare because of the angle, shape and shape. I don't need a lot of money for 2 pans that I can't lift without teaching my kids new words. Stay away from this product while you shop.
👤These are amazing. It was worth every single penny. I was angry with the way eggs stuck to the pan. Even the non stick pans. I bought these after my eggs were ruined again. I had head of the brand before but didn't own anything and didn't care for the price, but I was desperate. These have changed my life. I like them. They are worth it.
👤It won't work on my GE range top. Very disappointed.
👤All Clad has a knock off of these pans. I used them for 6 months. The non stick surface is chipping off so I'm throwing in the scrap metal pile. Did you use the right utensil? You bet. Never used plastic tools. Always a spatula. I'm going for a walk.
👤I have bought these pans 4 times. The first time I tried them, the recipient couldn't stop talking. Wow! Keep reading, but it's amazing. Sometimes I have a lot going on at the same time, 2 sets would be better for me. I bought the 4th set after my son bought a house. I received a counterfeit set four times. They are not all-Clad. They didn't come in an All-Clad box, didn't have an extra handle on the pan, and have thick handles like most brands. The pans are not large on the bottom. They are lightweight and have sloping sides that are closer to the center than most pans. All-clad has straight sides that start at the edge and allow a larger cooking surface. Amazon was the seller of all 4 sets. If you get a set that doesn't come in an All-Clad box, and look exactly like the photos, send them back.
👤I have a lot of pans. Never a complaint until now. These do not have the flat bottoms that are claimed. The fat pools are at the edges. I like low fat cooking but can't do it in these. I will probably return them.
30 days money back is a 100% Satisfactory Guarantee. It is easy to cook a wonderful meal with their stone Earth and Marble Pans. Sausages, seafood, poultry, burgers, toasting pine nuts, and even some spices can be fried. The set includes Frying Pans. Non-stick technology is super. The TOTAL Nonstick System of raised circles and triple layer, premium quality metal utensil safe, is easy to clean. The handles on the Frying Pans are rubberized. It is easy to clean. The frying pans are dishwasher safe. Frying pans can handle the heat.
👤I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this skillet. I think I can guess. I have always been very careful with my cookware, going through a number of pots and skillets, because either the nonstick has worn off, or I left them on a burner for too long. I have had this one for a year and it is the same as when I got it. What is my secret? Is it possible to only clean it with salt? I put it in the dish washer like any other pan. Is it possible that I only put in things that don't work out? Eggs, lean meat, lots of stuff that sticks and burns to pans all the time, Nope. The only thing I've done differently with this one to my others is that I don't use metal on metal. No metal spatulas. The only scratch I can see is on the non stick surface. I've done nothing fancy and it's worked well for me for a year. For a 30 dollar pan, that's all it has to do? Even heating, remain non stick, and stay as good as the day you bought it, it does all of those perfectly.
👤The four year old set of Calphalon pans stopped being non-stick. I put them in the bottom of the closet. I started researching online and tried all the recommended methods of cleaning and reconditioning after I found that food was sticking to the pans. I voided the warranty by using high heat after contacting both Calphalon and Circulon, and sending them detailed descriptions and photos of the pans. Calphalon replaced my old set free of charge and even paid the shipping. I learned a few things here. Some companies will honor their warranties better than others if they never use heat above medium on these pans.
👤The skillets were amazing for a month. Things started sticking more and more. I would no longer describe them as non-stick by three months. I've had these skillets for four months now and they are good. The pans are dishwasher safe, however, I usually hand wash them, and only run them through the dishwasher three times. I washed them with a non-abrasive sponge and have never used oil or cooking spray on them, but since I hate removing food from them after every use I may need to start. These are the skillets that you can replace every 1-2 months. I am not satisfied with the description page of Amazon. The seller has nothing to do with replacing them, so I don't think they should be putting a guarantee in the description. To get a return or replacement, you have to pay for shipping and hope they decide the skillets are not bad. I'm pretty sure that won't happen. The photo is of scrambled eggs.
👤We ordered this set 3 years ago, so I think it's time for a review. We had the Contempo set first and then the induction set. The Symmetry set has held up well for us. We serve burgers, stir fry, eggs, and more. We use oil in our cooking and we wash these with a soft sponge. These are very easy to clean. I thought I'd ruined the pan when I burnt food on it a few times, but the coating held up and the pan is still working very well. We have a set that includes the chef pan and the 8.5 inch pan for omelets. My damaged wrist makes it impossible for me to cook in a cast iron pan, so my husband cooks everything else in these pans. Good cookware makes food taste better. I think these pans will last at least another 3 years because they have more than met my expectations. When it's time to get new ones, I hope they still make them.

👤The item says it was made in Switzerland. I didn't know that China was a part of Switzerland. It is made in China.
👤I wanted to cook a head of cabbage in this pan, but it wouldn't fit in my 11” pan. It did exactly what I was hoping for but I was a little nervous at first because it didn't feel as smooth as my other pans. I was hesitant about adding cheese to my pan because in the past with other pans you end up with hardened cheese on your pan forever. Not this one, that's right! When the food was plated, I immediately washed the pan and watched it slide out of the pan. I put it on the counter to cool off and then wiped it with a paper towel. After it cooled, input it away. I absolutely love this pan. I washed the lid with soap and dried it with a paper towel. I did not use soap in the pan. I don't mind cleaning my pans right away because I don't have to scrub, it's a rinse and dry process, and then do the rest after the meal.
👤This is the best pan I've ever used as a chef. It's a do it all pan. I will be buying these for family members in the future. There is a The distribution and heat retention is legendary. There is a I can't finish something in the oven with this pan. What can this pan do? Everything from saute to deep fry. It can handle a lot of product because of the high sides. The non-stick seems to be in line with most high-end cookware. No better or worse. After 14 years, my expensive Calaphon pans have begun to lose their non stick appearance. The handle is not made of wood. I don't know what it is and how long it will last. It seems like it could be replaced. The item is not dishwasher safe, but it is very easy to wash by hand. It's a sexy looking pan. I will probably add a few more products soon. If you're in the market for a new saute pan or mid size pot, don't hesitate to give this a try.
👤I got this pan today and immediately unboxed it and started cooking. I cooked 3 large chicken breasts, 2 cups of rice, and made fried rice with this one pan. It came out perfect. I was able to fit a huge portion of fried rice in this pan. It was very easy to cook chicken and rice. Everything slid off after I washed it out. This pan is not hard to cook in. There is a The handles are very soft and thick, but they didn't get hot during this whole process. Potholders are always needed for my traditional Teflon pans. The handles look like wood, but they are not, they are bakelite, which is a formaldehyde resin. The pan is sturdy and well made. I like the look of it. It's what I wanted. I think I'll get rid of all my old ones when I buy this entire set.
A kitchen staple with a flat base and flared sides that allow for easy flipping and tossing. It is made from heavy-gauge, hard-anodized aluminum coated with 3 layers of a safe PFOA-free non-stick material. It's compatible with all of the cooktops, and is safe to use in an oven and a Broiler, up to 500F. The handles are riveted to ensure a safe grip and a glass lid to lock in humidity. It's dishwasher safe. They recommend hand washing to preserve the coating. You might want to hold onto it a bit longer.
👤Not impressed. You can see from the video that the only part of the pan that produces heat is in the center, which is about 6 inches. It doesn't seem to transfer the heat to the outer edges of the pan so that the food cooks if it's not in the center.
👤The U shaped handle digs into the palm of the hand when lifting. The bottom of the skillet is not flat. The center of the skillet is raised and the frying oil moves to the outer edge. One needs to tilt and rock the skillet back and forth to keep the oil under the food. It was made in China.
👤It lasted 15 months but is dead. Silicone or wooden utensils are showing wear, but I never used anything else. It has a small dome in the center that oil can run to. It was a good pan, but I wanted it to last longer.
👤Not as expected. I love All-Clad cook ware. The larger size made me decide to add one more. Mistake. The middle of the pan is hot and dry as all the oil goes to the perimeter. It doesn't matter what the temperature is. Would not recommend it.
👤The reviews seemed to think this was a great pan. Some reviews stated that the pans they got were not flat on the bottom. I tested my first thing with a small amount of water. It was a dry "island" in the middle, so much for a flat bottom. I expect better for $80 bucks. It's going back. I advise the test if you get this pan.
👤I put it in the trash after a year and a day. I could have had four pans for less. I will not be buying again. We took good care of it, but we did not use metal implements, sponges or dish cloths. It was very disappointing.
👤I have a large set of the All Clad and am happy with them. We went through less extensive non stick skillets every 6 months. The non stick coating on these pans had worn off and we need new ones. They have never been in the dishwasher or used metal utensils. They were the perfect pan for a short time.
👤Over the years, I've come to the conclusion that disposable non stick pans are all that matters. You can get some more life out of them by being careful, but eventually they will lose their slickness within 1-2 years. It's not worth it to spend a lot of money on pans. It's not good to go cheap as the cheaper pans tend to warp easily and most are cheap aluminum and won't work on my induction cooktop. This pan seems to be a nice compromise. It's not cheap, it's got some good heft to it, and it seems sturdy enough to not warp, but it's also not very expensive. The shape with less of a sloped lip gives you more cooking area to work with. I don't think it will fare much better than any other pan, though we will see how it holds up.
The mirror exterior finish is professional and classic. Nonstick surface for sauces, vegetables, or meats; it cools quickly for precise temperature control. Cool grip handles stay cool on the stove. A lifetime of healthy cooking without butter or oils is possible with titanium reinforced cooking suface. It is helpful to clean the dishwasher to maintain the mirror finish. It is helpful to clean the dishwasher to maintain the mirror finish.
👤I have learned my lesson after getting these in the past. The Teflon cooking coating has a host of toxic effects on the body, so if you want to buy these, you should know that. The handle is thin and not stylish. These are like buying a shiny new car only to find out that the engine is about to fail in 6 months and the carbon dioxin leak is right in the cabin. It isn't always right. Save yourself time, money, and your health by learning all you can about Teflon and pans. I learned 1. Teflon is toxic to our body. A good amount of oil and a low heat can make a frypan easy to cook. 3. The best frypans on the market have no Teflon coating and are pre-seasoned carbon steel which will last a lifetime. They cost more but are worth it. 4. The handle should be very comfortable in your hand. 4. No product is worth sacrificing my health for. I hope this review helped you.
👤The skillets were a good price and they cooked well. I used them about 3-4 times a week. I used to use medium heat. The large skillet made it hard to cook pancakes. I don't have a dishwasher so they were washed by hand with a sponge. I am not happy.
👤The pan set is reasonable in price and quality but lacks in a few areas. It distributes heat well. The coating keeps food from sticking. They are not like aluminum pans. If you tend to move the pan around a lot, this may not be the best choice. The pan can twist and turn when it is picked up because the handle is thin and difficult to grip. The pan's balance is off. The pan being heavy makes you feel the weight of it when you pick it up. If they were balanced better, this could be a great set of pans. It would be great if they came with the glass lid which is sold separately. This is a good buy if you are looking for a set of pans that will hold heat and won't warp without breaking the bank.
👤These pans are wonderful. They work well on my stove. I use them occasionally. I have had them for a year. The pans are made from high quality materials. I take them out every time. I am happy I bought these pans. I've always been a fan of the Revere Ware brand, but they had no luck with their product. I don't like buying others because I'm very picky with what I cook with. I can't afford the pots and pans name brand because they are either too expensive or cheap. I bought these and hope that something will happen to them that I can find them again. Oh yes. The price is perfect for everyone. If you're reading this, keep these in your popular stock area. Thanks.
👤The pans are for the price. The Teflon model that we are replacing lost a lot of its non-stick properties. These pans have a thick aluminum core that is fused to the bottom of the pan. The pan won't warp over time like one piece stamped pans do. These pans are a bargain and work perfectly.
It's safe for all cooking methods. For years, hard Titanium reinforced non-stick interior has been easy to cook and clean. The heat indicator shows when the pan should be properly heated to seal in the food's flavor. The handles are rivetted for safety and comfort. The base is compatible with the steel. For years, hard Titanium reinforced non-stick interior has been easy to cook and clean. The heat indicator shows when the pan should be properly heated to seal in the food's flavor. 👤The reviews said the bottom was higher in the middle than on the sides, but I figured I could handle that. The middle is higher. The middle will always be dry unless you put 1/2 inch of oil on the side. The non-stick is great, but be prepared to fry on the side and dry roast in the middle.
👤The pan is vert thin, which is a problem. It is the same as the bimetallic strip in your home thermostat because it is aluminum with a steel insert. One metal expands faster than the other when it's hot. In this pan it can either expand or contract, forming a round bottom that can be seen on the flat top stove. If it springs up, it creates a peak in the middle of the pan. The center is high and dry because any liquid in the pan runs to the perimeter. The steel insert size is an issue. When using it on a stovetop, only the middle half of the pan will heat up. This is the second purchase of this pan. The first one did the same thing. I should have learned from my mistake. If you're using an induction stovetop, use a pan with a heavy base.
👤I like the fact that it is light. I can't lift the heavy pans before I cook. This cleans fast, easy, and you can place it in the dishwasher as well. It works on induction tops, which is a difficult thing to find without a pan. I took away a star because the bottom is not completely flat. It is higher in the middle to allow drainage. I didn't like this feature. It might be nice, but I prefer a flat pan on the inside. The price is reasonable for an induction pan. It can go in the oven, but the pan is 350 degrees hotter than the lid. They wouldn't do them at the same tolerance of heat. I am very satisfied with the price.
👤I have an older model pan that has a plastic support handle. The center had bare aluminum. I bought this as a replacement. I am happy that they finally have a model where the handle isn't screwed in because I love the look of the handles. I need to tighten the wobbly handle on the T-fal pan because they screw it onto the riveted mount. If I don't use the support handle when lifting a heavy pan of food, the handle will bend, which is why I docked one star. Since they decided to use a hollow handle, I don't think I need to use the support handle, but it's probably going to bend if I don't use it. I don't like hollow handles because I have a gas burner and it makes them too hot to touch. It's like a chimney for hot air. This wouldn't be a problem if you close off the bottom or don't use a hollow handle. A solid handle would fix the issue of bending the handle.
The skillet is easy to clean. Simply wipe it over with a sponge. It's easier to make your daily food intake. A versatile piece with a large surface area and straight sides to hold in liquid and prevent splattering and lid to lock in humidity.
👤I was aware of the pro's and con's of this line of All-Clad, but given the All-Clad name, it became obvious to me that this would have to be my choice in a new set. I have had non-stick cookware for 10 years and the big saute pan is getting to a point where it is not releasing at the right time. The rest of the set is just fine, but I am a little obsessive and want everything to match, not to mention that the neighbor's 18 year old is moving out and needs stuff for his apartment. The old cookware set will be given to him to get his car off the street. I bought the HA-1 4 quart saute pan first, hoping for the best. It is a heavy beast, sturdy, thick, heats up a little slower than my old set, but it does not require high settings, does not need high settings, does just fine at lower temperature settings. I will be buying every one of them for a complete set. I waited and used the HA-1 pots/pans for over 6 months before ordering more of the line. Wanted some time, washing and cooking, before investing in the HA-1 line. I own a 12 inch HA-1 Non-Stick Frying Pan. The pan is non-stick. & The 8 and 10 HA-1 were ordered. There is a combo of Frying Pans. I didn't want to like these pots/pans, but I do like them and expect that they will give me the same amount of time that I got from the previous set. The handle is brutal, it hurts to pick it up when it's full, and it will hurt your hand when heavy with contents. I think the handle is shaped that way because it accommodates a spoon resting on it with the bowl side of the spoon pointed into the pot/pan. The handle problem with this item wasSOLVED. They fit these handles to a tee, so you can lift the pot/pan with more dexterity. No more issues, done, finito. If you pull out of the oven, you're going to use a thick potholder, not for use in the oven, only on the stove top. I use a lid opener that is made ofSilicon that protects my hand from the heat. The cover of the Crucible Silicon Handle is wide enough to accommodate the spoons/utensils as well, and works well on these pots/pans, reasonably priced as well.
👤The width is listed in both dimensions on the website. The skillet is 10 inches at the top and bottom. I wanted to add the 12 inch skillet to my collection. My ratings for ease to clean, heat distribution and value are influenced by my experience with my 8 and 10 inch skillets.
👤I thought I bought a product from the USA. The package is designed in the USA. I will never buy another All-Clad product because of false advertising. I hate being decieved, but All-Clad and Amazon are both guilty.
👤The pan is not malfunctioning. It's heavy duty and the grip is awkward and under-sized for the pan. After less than 5 months, the lid broke. I was told to pound sand by customer support. I wouldn't recommend just based on this experience.

👤I love the fact that the KOCH Systeme CS non stick frying pans are easy to clean, and they cook evenly, so I use a wet paper towel or soft sponge to clean them. This frying pans are more healthy because you only have to add a small amount of oil or butter. I used to have other copper frying pans that were heavy and not good in less than five days, everything was sticking to them. I use this set every single day to make eggs, sausage, and hamburgers, and I like to make pork chops, steak, chicken steak, and hamburgers after I finish making them. 👤Nice looking. I like the light weight. The oil parts of the egg will stick after a few weeks. If you fiddle with it, it might let go or break. I wiped them out with a paper towel. Eggs run to the sides of the curved bottom. Anything that can run will go to the side. I have an insturment stove that works perfectly with my big brand pots and pans, which are very thick and have very thick bottoms. I have had these P&Ps for over ten years and they are no longer teflon. I bought these because they only work on certain burners. It must be very thin. Even though they were heavy, I wish I had bought another set of them.
👤These copper pans are pretty. If you're looking for value, you should keep looking. These things do not qualify as non-stick, but they do qualify as super stick. You have to scrub and scrub in order to get bacon off. That causes the bottom of the pan to lose it's copper color and go greyish, so there goes your pretty too! These are a waste of money and they are expensive. You don't always get what you pay for. I don't know what they use as a criteria for their claim of "ultra non-stick", but it's BS. I don't know where that 4+ star rating came from. The reviewers have said that nearly everyone has had a severe sticking problem. It would follow that nearly every review would be a 2 stars or less if one buys a product for one reason and it turns out not to be the case. It seems to me that the rating has been manipulated and can be dismissed as a joke.
