👤The HP Ritual is flawed. The go-to page for setting up an account was not accessible. When I tried to set up an account with HP, I was not allowed to change my email address, so I used their Virtual Assistant, which had me going in circles for an hour, all the while refusing to connect me to a real person. I found an HP number, but the guy told me I had to sign in before they could talk to me. After 3 hours of trying to get my new printer to work, I packed it up and returned it. I don't like how HP spies on how I use my printers. Who knows what else they put in their nose. The change to Canon.

👤The seller and shipping were great, and the printer is junk. I had everything set up and was ready to go. The first thing I tried to print was bright blue. I found that the printer wouldn't work in black ink when I tried to fix it. The cartridge was new. I cleaned the printhead 5 times. It didn't help. I spent 90 minutes with HP's tech support and nothing helped. The copy function didn't work in that process. The picture shows that it only printed about 5% of the page it scanned. The HP tech told me to return the printer. I regret buying it.

👤I have had a printer for a couple of weeks. The printer was over priced but it was the lowest priced HP printer I could find. The HP Envy 4500 model lasted three years before I replaced it with the HP 2755e. The HP 2755e doesn't stay connected to the internet. The printer needs to be reset daily. I'm not sure what's causing the problem, but my other wireless products are still connected. I like the ink re-order plan of HP printers and they keep me from going to the Office Depot a lot. I would probably not use this ink plan for another printer brand. I wouldn't recommend the HP 2755e as a home printer.

👤Not compatible with Windows 10, they will not help you, so you might as well go with a diff printer or maybe an entire different brand. It is horrible. The quality is okay when it decides to print. Each time, there is one page per 2 hours of work. I was able to return outside of a typical window with a fee due to all the trouble HP gave and causing the window to return to close. It's the worst piece of equipment ever.

👤I had to reject some of the bad reviews after reading them. I was worried about purchasing because of the comments about connecting to the printer. I decided to take a chance because I am not allowed to spend a lot of money. It was a challenge to get my old laptop to work. I sell things on Poshmark. It is so easy to do it from my phone or wait to do it at work, because I am always having to print mailing labels. I own an Apple phone. I was prepared to spend the entire afternoon on tech support to get this thing going. It's easy! I downloaded the app, followed the directions in the box, and had the mailing label ready to go. I have the worst luck, so let's see if it keeps going smoothly. So far, it's been smooth and easy.

Brand: Hp

👤You need to sign up for HP+ and Instant Ink to set this up. It requires a credit card number and a monthly subscription. Not cool for a printer.

👤I have set this printer up over 5 times and it always says on the window that the setup is incomplete and the printer will not print unless web services and other items are turned off. The printer is offline. The only way to get the printer online is during installation, you have to pick one of the HP ink programs and then the printer will install and work. The customer is being held hostage by HP. You can either buy into their program or not. I joined HP's ink program after the installation. I decided to take a picture. The picture was bluish in color. The printer kept asking to clean the heads. I printed at least 2 pictures, 10 alignments pages and 3 test pages. I cleaned the printer heads a lot. The colors were off in the last picture I printed. I checked to make sure I put the right color in the right spot. I did. I am printing 7 pictures at a time. Not a lot of ink. My printer tells me to buy more ink. Are you serious? What a scam. I've always bought HP products. All my computers, printers, desktops, and laptops. I will consider buying equipment from other venders after this encounter. The printer was reboxed and sent back to HP. I have to figure out how to cancel the ink program I had to buy in order to find a different brand Printer. I am surprised that other people haven't commented on this yet. They do on the message boards. I wanted to give it zero stars, but I had to pick one.

👤I used the worst printer for connecting to the internet. I have been trying to connect for 5 hours and am frustrated. I'm ready to return it. I got it yesterday. I would assume it is me, but the HP online doctor can't figure it out.

👤The person that came up with this idea should be fired by HP. You need to enroll in the program to set up the printer. I was on the line for 2 hours to get the printer set up. It would only work if you gave a credit card. I was charged for a month of service after I canceled. For two days? Call #2 if you want that resolved. The email said ink was shipped the next day. The printer stopped printing. Call #3 if you want to get a work done. 70% of the calls the gentleman I spoke to were for this model. Wow! Corporate has not responded to support's notification. Way to treat your customers.

👤You don't have to sign up for HP+ to set this printer up. There is a great video that will show you how to set it up and skip the subscription process. I couldn't download the app on my Mac because it requires higher software. I wish I knew that before. It works for my phone. The prints are fast. There have been no complaints so far.

3. Epson Workforce WF 2860 Wireless Replenishment

Epson Workforce WF 2860 Wireless Replenishment

Paper and money can be saved by using auto 2-sided printing. The printing system is designed to only be used with Genuine Cartridges. Non-genuine ink can cause damage not covered by the printer's warranty. The workforce is powered by PrecisionCore. All in a small, space-saving design. The 150-sheet paper capacity, plus a 30-page auto document feeder for copying and scanning, will enhance your productivity. Everything you need is right at your fingertips with the 2.4" color touchscreen.

Brand: Epson

👤I received this printer and didn't see the information posted anywhere. I thought I would inform everyone and hopefully save someone else from my frustration. I spent a lot of time trying to set this up. I didn't think that the new model printer would only work on the 2.4 GHz band because most of my equipment is compliant with the 5 GHz band. It was easy after I enabled that feature. So far, so good. I don't have to use the touchscreen for those with big fingers, but I can access it through a browser. The available smartphone apps fromEpson work great as well. I recommend getting them since they're free.

👤The printer only lasts for about 30-40 pages, it wont stay connected to the computer, and the ink only lasts for a short time. I have to uninstall the driver every time it fails. Customer support wants me to download all of the device software. My computer slowed down when I did that. I'm trying to figure out how to get it back.

👤I own a WF-2860. Its rap! I'm in the middle of printing labels and they all look good, but it says I need to replace ink. I'm not doing anything fancy and I'm using regular copy paper. I replaced it two weeks ago. It shouldn't shut down my printer if I need to change the ink. I can't print customer invoices. I'm angry.

👤I thought this would be a great little printer to use for my day to day printing needs. I use a professional photographer's Canon. I don't use that for my day to day activities. This is the one I got. I liked the feature of the scans. The black ink ran out after about a week of use. I did not print that much. I made a mistake ordering "Amazon's choice" when I went on Amazon to order more ink. I didn't check to see that "Amazon's Choice" was not the 202. I tried to put the 220 in it, but it didn't work. I went back to Amazon to make sure I was ordering 202. There were reviews that weren't good. I read a few. The ink runs out too quickly, and most had the same problem. "The ink runs out faster than a bottle of liquor with an alcoholic" was my favorite. The cost of the ink will be $10 less than the cost of the printer the first time you replace it. I feel like I have been cheated. I'm going to look for a printer that doesn't use a lot of ink or that has ink that's low in ink.

👤This is not ordinary trash. It's been hooked up for 3 days and I don't like it. It's so loud that it's like a turtle and it keeps saying my computer isn't connected. How can a document be uploaded in a second and not be connected to the computer? While I am writing this review, it starts to read all by itself. I swear to God. As soon as my new one arrives, I'm going to return this one. The kids should be allowed to make copies of nothing on it. I had to give it a star.

4. Canon Printer Document Printing Airprint

Canon Printer Document Printing Airprint

The maximum color print resolution is 1200dpi. Paper and money can be saved by using auto 2-sided printing.

Brand: Canon

👤The Canon TR8620 is reviewed. I ran away from bad experiences with HP printers because of their anti-consumer practices. I bought a Canon printer with reservations but so far it has been very positive. The printing quality when using the TR8620 is pretty good. The black text printing looks good. You would expect it to be true black. Color printing is pretty good with some slight grainy-ness at default settings. The printer asked for permission to call home. I've become wary of printers reporting to their makers. If you want to use your cellphone to print, you need to give your printer permission to access the internet and Canon's online communication services. I can use 3rd party ink without the printer refusing to work. Being able to choose what ink to use is important to me. I don't know what Canon has put in place on the printer, but being able to choose is a good thing. The touch panel is large. It's large enough to see and operate. The feature works. I can start scanning from the printer without having to use the laptop. The printer knows what format to use when scanning. I don't have to convert formats after scanning. If you use the document feeder on top, the printer will automatically convert the scans into one PDF for you. Should you need to, all of this can be manually overridden. I ran into some trouble after I liked the auto document feeder. One time after an hour or so of use, the printer began to complain that it was jammed even though there was no paper jam. The computer was giving error messages. I found a support page on Canon's website that said the ADF was vulnerable to heat and humidity. I was a little disappointed that I can still use the flatbed side of the printer. After trial and error, I learned. After a long period of not using my laptop, the printer sometimes has trouble connecting to the monitoring tool. It usually gets fixed by restarting one or both devices. The plastic parts that make up the printer's many trays feel flimsy according to other reviewers. It gives the impression that it could be broken easily. The trays can be tucked away quickly when not in use. The initial setup of the printer requires an internet connection. Canon designed a website that takes you through a series of short presentations on the install process. As you go through the motions, you can choose to see pictures or watch videos. You have to stay in the "Download Drivers" section to finish it. I felt impatient and wanted to skip it all. I still found it useful. You have to search on your own for the download link at Canon's website. It was easy to change the settings on the internet. The installation program will use your laptop's own wi-fi to connect to the printer and transfer your PC's network settings. The program will switch your home network back on. It took me about 30 minutes to set it up. Adding the printer to other family member's laptops was a piece of cake once it was on the network. Clicking on the "add a printer or scanner" option in the Windows 10 own settings application made all the difference. The printer was found by Windows and the necessary software was installed. I am very pleased with this purchase, other than the quirks of the tray. It does everything I need and it's perfect. Hopefully the printer will last a long time.

Brand: Neego

👤I got a Canon printer that I really liked but didn't like, so I got a Canon TR4527. The print quality of the new printer is good, but the construction of the printer feels a bit too heavy, and the parts don't fit together well. Unless you are looking straight at the screen and there is enough light, it is very difficult to ready it. The integrated control panel doesn't give you much control over the printer, you need to use a computer interface to adjust things like when the printer shuts down/wakes up. It's fine as a basic printer.

👤I like everything except for the fact that there is not a tray for the paper to be printed on. It lands on the floor. I don't mind having to pick up the copies off the floor if I don't have a part or piece to the machine.

👤The printer was used. Someone used up most of the black ink and replaced it with an off brand.

👤After figuring out all the network issues, this printer worked fine for a month. The paper jams when I print. I've tried everything to fix it. It's a big piece of junk. The window to return the item is over. The HP printer was just as problematic. I need to have a printer that works. It's a waste of time that it's so annoying.

👤I think I wasted my money on this printer. I bought it a month ago. When I need it, it won't print. It says it can't find the address. My printer is near my computer. I have to keep it up to date. I was looking for a printer that would work for my business.

👤There is a warning The instructions in this printer were sent from AMAZON and contained a false website that asked for remote access to my computer. Don't use To get your printer set up. Don't use the website to install drivers. You can search for the model driver package on is a scam. Canon Corporate confirmed that it does not belong to them. The instructions for setting up wireless and remote printing were provided when we purchased the printer from Amazon. I went to this website and downloaded the driver, but there was an error message when I clicked on it. The website had a chat box for US and Canada customers, so I sent the "error code" in the chat. The expert team could contact me after the chat bot requested a phone number. The number was provided and the person called from California. The person on the other side of the line told me that my address had some infections. The download path for the driver was being blocked by infections. He asked for my address and said he would need to access my computer remotely to remove the infections. I searched for the drivers I needed while this was happening. Look! I need the driver package on the US canon website. The foreign customer support tech tried to convince me to let him access my computer while I downloaded and installed the whole package. It was fun stringing him along. I called Canon Corporate after I hung up on the remote access guy. They told me that the website is not theirs and should not be used. Once the right website was established, setup was relatively easy. I didn't have to align the print heads or anything, it printed a picture great as its first wireless print. The Selphy phone app is easy to use and print from.

6. Canon TR4520 Wireless Printer Printing

Canon TR4520 Wireless Printer Printing

You can use your phone to quickly and easily set up your printer and print from your device. It's easy to see why Pixma printers are so easy to use. There is a technology for connecting to the internet. The printer technology is Inkjet. Fire OS is a mobile operating system. Dash Replenishment will save you 10 percentage on all ink reorders, and you can Cancel anytime. Works with ALEXA. To set up, say "Alexa, discover my printer" and then ask to print your shopping list, to-do list, crosswords, coloring pages, and more. Restrictions may apply, and you can save 10 percentage on all ink or toner smart reorders.

Brand: Canon

👤I was skeptical of getting this printer because of all the bad reviews. I am so happy I purchased this printer. I use it to print artwork for my shop and the quality is great. This printer has many different features, from fax, scanning, copying, and so on. The wireless aspect of it is great. It makes for less cord on my floor. The wireless connection part of the printer was the worst part, but I was able to set my printer up quickly. You just have to know how to use technology. The latest driver for the printer can be downloaded from Canon's website. It helped me a lot. The printer was connected to my computer without any issues. My iPad was connected to it. Ignore the reviews and go for it. I have had a great experience with this printer. Highly recommend it!

👤I've been a fan of Canon printers for almost 20 years and most of them have been wonderful. This one... Less so. Canon used to have separate color tanks, one of their differentiating features. The only Canon printers that don't work this way are their ultraportables. You get a black and tri-color combo. If you use up all of your cyan when you print links, you'll have to replace the blue one. The tricolor tank is 25% of the printer's MSRP. Canon is selling this printer for 40% off its retail price. The front panel is where the replacement of the cartridges is done, unlike most Canon printers where it is through the hood. It's hard to see, and it's not very easy to remove it. The old panel won't help here. If you don't have the right ones, it will spit out a cryptic error number for you to look up. The printer still fails once it is set up. Print output is not very good. I was surprised they called it a PIXMA, instead of giving it a different branding. It's fine for small projects, but the quality isn't close to what I'd use for a presentation, and you'll burn through the tricolor ink so quickly, nobody who values time or money would ever use this for printing more than one or two photos a year Another disappointment is the lack of internet. Canon refuses to acknowledge that 5 GHz wireless networks exist. If you aren't running dual-band, you can't use this printer on a wireless network. Can anyone honestly say that they've seen a bad scanner in the past decade or so, when you're shopping for a Scan quality is fine? The build quality is terrible. I think it's a decent printer for that price, since so many places are selling it for 40% off right now. You can get a printer for your child to print out school reports or for your grandmother to print out her e-mail. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone else.

👤You are not looking at this printer because you have a special job. You need to get a piece of paper and put your screen on it so that you can turn it over. You've found it. The printer that checks the box prints color, black and white. No one outside of the photography business will be aware of an emergency photo on glossy paper. Want to know why I'm here? I'm here because when the Cyan is empty, the black and white will not be printed. I found a printer for $50. I was not going to spend that amount to refill my black+color emery ink cartridges, I was not sure what it was for the endearing reader of this review. I don't know if the printer will print in black and white with a depleted color cartridge. I have had cannon printers before. When black ran out, I was able to print my documents in color. I'll let you know when the time comes. Let's boil it down. If you want an Office printer, get any Laser Printer and you'll be fine. It gets the job done quickly and reliably.

7. Canon Products MB2120 Wireless Printer

Canon Products MB2120 Wireless Printer

Brand: Canon

👤I'm a photographer and a Canon guy. Back in the 80's and 90's all of the brands were Canon. There are lots of red ring lens in the Canon DSLR's. Canon printers are used for photography and art. I have a little all-in-one for home use that I used to use for laser printing. When my HP inkjet died, I thought I'd just grab a Canon and live happily ever after. Not so fast. Canon have always been a bit challenged when it comes toUI, but this one is spectacularly bad. It's difficult to switch between file formats when scanning a document. You can name and save these, but that part is more difficult than you think. It's not a touch screen, which even my sad little HP officejet was a part of the issue. There are inconsistencies in which buttons perform which operation when you try to navigate options and settings. It was horrible. When you press "OK" it will refuse to do anything and you can expect a lot of frustration. I've done a lot of this sort of thing so I knew the correct steps to begin with. The HP and Epson have better setup CD's to get your wireless devices talking to each other, and are more clear to the average user. I think this is a 6. I can't comment on the print quality because I haven't tried photo quality. The time to get a first page is frightening. When I start printing, the printer seems to go into some sort of self-check. It's a PDF shipping label. It can take over two minutes. A crummy page with a box or a simple word doc. 10 minutes after printing another document, it can do this. The screen has a mild seizure and it doesn't seem to be a cleaning mode. I can't imagine using this for a regular environment. Copies are terrible. Wow bad. The HP looked decent, picking up the halftones and spitting out clean copies. The thing looks like a Xerox machine. Embarrassment. If you want to look good, you don't want this machine. The scans are the worst I've had in years, and several rungs down from the HP. The grid is all but invisible in high settings, and I frequently use a grid form to do my work. Keep looking if scanning quality is important. I can't give you any more advice on this aspect because it's become rare for me. Pros - easy-ish to network - turns on and off - bad setup software - terribleUI - terrible scans - can take minutes for 1 B&W text page - nasty copies - if you're the sort who sits down I've been using printers for almost 40 years and have dealt with every type of printer from every brand. I have never had anything like this before. When I get a new set of carts, I might dump this. I'm looking at an additional 50 dollars for a new printer. HP's problems weren't just the printer dying, but bad quality cartridges that leaked. I got the Canon because of that. If you use third party carts, HP pitches a fit. 3rd party manufacturers are always on the lookout for the latest HP updates. I tried another brand, but the one I got was terrible. The Brother color laser printer I had got the heave-ho because of the leaking powder. If these companies are going to charge extortionate prices for their consumables, they could be decent build quality. I think it's because they recycle the carts, you're supposed to mail them in once spent. Unless there's an HP on sale, I'll probably give Epson a chance next time. It is barely passable for what it is. I can't recommend it.

8. Canon TS6320 Amazon Replenishment Enabled

Canon TS6320 Amazon Replenishment Enabled

The printer output is color. The 1 44”OLED display and the LED status bar make it easy to navigate and view your printer status. A five individual ink system allows you to print sharp black text documents and vivid color photos and when an ink tank runs out you only need replace that specific ink tank. When the printer is powered down, the output tray will automatically extend, even if you press Print. The low energy version of the wireless communication device, called the "BLE", is known as the "low energy" version.

👤I have worked in the IT industry for 17 years and have come across a lot of printers that have Pros and Cons. I used to be a professional photographer and trusted Canon and Epson for accurate photo reproduction. The new PIXMA printers were announced in the summer of 2019. How does the photo printer cater to students? Well done! The new PROS has an easier setup process and is able to use 5 individual ink cartridges, making it more efficient use of colors, saving ink cost, and better output. You can use multiple ways to print, including wireless, wired, and/or cable. Mac OS compatible - Sharp, easy to read 1.44" OLED display that provides printer and print job status, auto duplexing so you can print on both sides, dual paper feed trays so regular and photo papers can be loaded and ready at the same time, very, very They will run out sooner than normal CONS, built for quality, not for print volume. Although photo print quality is excellent, clipart graphics have barely-noticeable banding in dark areas, making the printer more suitable for low-volume print and copy use, as well as high print cost. The "Canon PRINT for Inkjet/SELPHY" mobile app can be downloaded from both the Apple App Store and the Google Play store. If an app on your phone or tablet supports it, you can select the Canon printer to print directly from there. If you don't print for a while, your ink nozzle may dry up. The per-page print cost is high because of the high cost of the ink. The PIXMATS series is known for its excellent photo reproduction where images and colors pop. This printer is great for low-volume homes and small offices, and is suitable for students who need to print reports and presentations. If you find this review helpful, please click theHelpful button to encourage me to write more. Thank you!

👤The printer was out of the box after removing all packing and shipping tape. When powered on, it flashed its white/yellow status bars and reported a support code error. The print head would travel normally on power-up, then jam tightly against the ink absorber pad assembly which refused to drop and allow the print head to park. This was happening with the ink that was installed. I first contacted Canon technical support by phone, and explained the situation. The representative told me that the printer would need to be replaced because of this behavior. I contacted Amazon and they sent me a replacement. Thank you! It was easy to set up and connect to my wireless network. All functions work well, with good print quality. It has a very small desktop footprint, making it a space saver. The included software CD is always out of date, so you may as well throw it away. Downloads of up-to-date software and drivers can be found on the Canon website. This can be obtained via a URL supplied in the documentation, and for Windows there is a single file which walks you through the installation process. The main printer control program is very good once installed. The scanning program'sUI is run-of-the-mill, but serves its purpose. The caveat that applies to just about all printers, not just Canon, is the down side of this product. Only a set of "setup” cartridges are supplied, which contain very little ink and will drain within a few days, even with light printing duty. The setup cartridges that I received were only about 1/3 full. After that, you'll spend more for a set of replacements than the entire printer. Standard-sized cartridges are a bit cheaper, but that usually ends up costing more in the long run than just springing for the larger ones. One thing that seems to be attractive about this model is that it uses a single cartridge for each color, which allows you to replace them individually as they run out. It sounds like a good idea, but buying individual cartridges is more expensive than buying sets. It's no secret that printer companies make their real money from ink sales, not hardware. If you don't take the chance of buying off-brand replacements or refill kits, you're stuck with the high prices. Here is an example of a Canon value pack, which contains all 5 of the Canon's. The street price for this printer is around $70. The Canon-CLI-281-4 is a good multi-function printer, but it's expensive to replace.

👤There are some additional components that are helpful to know about this printer. Things that would have helped me in choosing a printer will be covered in my review. I will cover the machine, the Instant Ink service, and the HP Printing App first. I didn't realize how much I would appreciate the OfficeJet design, but the unit adds some wonderful features. HP has streamlined their setup to a point of efficiency. Getting the OfficeJet Pro 6978 Wireless printer up and running was very easy. When our daughter's college friends come to visit, it's pretty awesome that the printer becomes a network, which I didn't know. We can give them access to the printer's network and let them print from their phones, tablets, laptops or whatever! It is very convenient. The duplex feeder is a great improvement over our previous models and it looks very similar to every other OfficeJet we have owned. The document feeder is heavier than the one on our last OfficeJet, but it shows that this machine is more solid. The ability to print from or to a flash drive is amazing. It's helpful that our kids can plug in a flash drive and use it to save school assignments, and print or Scan new images to it, even if they don't have a computer. The power light on the lower front left of the printer makes it easy to access theusb port for printing documents directly from the drive or saving scanned items directly to it. The copy and scanning features seem faster than our last machine, but still won't be winning any scanning derbies. There are many new features on the touchscreen menus, including the ability to watch Help videos on the screen, the ability to print passport photos, and a special setting for copying ID cards. The user interface feels more like a first edition smart phone with the swiping to see options in certain menus, which is a nice change. I think the screen needs a bit of an aggressive touch and it is a little clunky compared to tablets and smartphones now, but it is user friendly and a nice way to select things instead of trying to figure out which menu you need. The paper tray holds less than our last OfficeJet, which held 250 sheets. We aren't 'power printers' so this is inconsequential to us, but it might matter to someone else. The extension tray that holds our printed documents feels very flimsy, and I don't like it at all, I have never liked the OfficeJet series in general. The rest of the machine is so solid that it feels like a stark contrast. We have never broken one of these, but it is a fear of mine that one day we will. They usually last us several years and then, in an act of complete irony, they give us a huge supply of replacement ink. Really... Every time! The OfficeJet Pro 6978 Wireless All-in-One Printer was the reason for our interest. We are not likely to be left with a supply of ink for a printer that is no longer in business with its Instant Ink capability. HP offers a program called Instant Ink that will automatically send you replacement ink when your HP printer tells them it's time to replenish. They have different monthly plans based on use. The tiered prices are $3/mo for 50 pages, $5 for 100 and $10 for 300 pages. All black and white and full color images have the same prices. We had some reservations about the program at first. We have had many issues in the past with pages that queue, but fail to print for one reason or another, and it is based upon pages QUEUED for printing. It was learned that when Instant Ink first came out, HP made it hard for you to go back to buying store bought ink, although you are not supposed to be locked into Instant Ink. If we underestimated our printer use, we would accumulate overage charges. We were happy to learn that HP notifies you about your printer use and where it falls into your plan before you go over so you can adjust if you need to. HP says you can change your plans at any time, and you can also store bought cartridges if you prefer. The newer reviews made it sound like you were not a prisoner to Instant Ink, which helped us trust the claim. I will definitely update if our experience proves wrong. They have a recycling program and include pre-paid postage mailers for you to return used. Love the convenience of environmental stewardship. We were excited to receive this printer and set it up because we were interested in Instant Ink. The HP All-in-One remote app is available. I went looking for the AiO HP App to put on my phone when I wanted to print from my phone. I suppose it would be a careless afterthought kind of app that HP decided to add to appease those users who want to feel like they have some flexibility. I was wrong all the time. This app is amazing. It took less than 2 minutes for me to download the app, connect it to our OfficeJet and print what I needed. I was impressed immediately. The app is easy to use, and it's exactly what every person or family would want. I can take pictures from my phone or Cloud in a matter of seconds. I can take a picture of a document and save it as a.pdf file, or I can print it out. We are in the middle of trying to adopt a medically fragile child and I have been able to quickly complete a form they sent me, snap a picture of it and then send it via email. You can either print it or send it to other places. Wow! This works so well that I love it. You can change your printer settings via the AiO App, if you are in the Cook Islands, and suddenly realize you need to send a signed document for your neighbor to pick up your dog from the boarding facility before you get home. We absolutely love the accessibility aspects of this printer. It is the easiest printer we have ever had. We can print it from anywhere. I was at the hospital with our daughter. It wasn't the Cook Islands... It was 2 hours away. I was able to send a form to my husband for him to complete and email back to the hospital. It has made our lives simpler. The features that our family has been enjoying the most are being able to print directly from ausb drive, and being able to Scan directly to ausb drive. The default is saving paper. It is environmentally friendly. We love it! It's a feature I absolutely love, but sometimes I forget to change it, like when I need to fax something and separate pages would be more convenient. Double sided copying has been amazing. The app! The most convenient OfficeJet printer we have yet to own isPrinting pics from our phones. It was an incredible help for our family after it was set up. I don't have to worry about ink running out. The convenience of having ink delivered to our door is amazing. Anything that makes our lives easier is a blessing, and this one has gone beyond our expectations.

10. Epson Expression XP 5100 Wireless Printer

Epson Expression XP 5100 Wireless Printer

When the printer is powered down, the output tray will automatically extend, even if you press Print. The low energy version of the wireless communication device, called the "BLE", is known as the "low energy" version. The printer is designed for use with only the original Epson ink. It is possible that the Cartridges described as compatible, re- refilled, and refillable may not work at all. See the product description for more details. 👤I bought this printer to use at home. The issue is that you can't print when the cartridge isn't full, but it's nice that you can. I ran out of black ink after a few printings, but ordered another and replaced it. I know I can't print without color ink. Even if I change it to black and white only printing. I'm not buying color ink to print black and white since I never printed in color with this. Guess it's a scanning device now. It's a word. If you want to print black and white, you have to buy color ink. It runs out of ink fast. Money and time are wasted.

👤The printer has a capacity of about ten percent of its original capacity, and it keeps saying that the printer is low in ink. Unless it is printing the alignment check page, it won't print any color.

👤I have had a printer for several years and finally had to replace it. I bought the Expression Home after a lot of research. It was not set up on my wireless network. I had to add it to my approved apps. Business cards, graphs, pictures, and more are all printed. I love it! Another reviewer had said that you should buy a new printer because the old one doesn't last long.

👤It didn't work. The black ink didn't show up at all and you can't see the color. It's on its way back.

👤I have always had an Epson printer, and this one is great. It was easy to set up. The copies are clear and fast. It's perfect for small spaces. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap printer.

👤I was able to fix the printer in a few seconds after it jammed. Since then, it has not jammed. I like this epson because it's small and fits where I want it to be. The job I expect printing to do is what its performance is about. This is my third epson. I am having trouble with the machine. I couldn't enlarge my picture to the size I wanted because I saved one of my pictures. I am using a process to get the picture size. I am still learning about the printer.

👤I was disappointed when I purchased the printer. It was difficult to set up the printer and the internet connection on my computer. The price for an All-in-One Printer is good, however the mechanisms to use the printer are outdated. I've had many printers in the past and I rate theEpson Xp-5100 at the least in features and use. I returned the printer because it didn't work as it should have and I was sent another one by the manufacturer. Don't buy this printer!

👤I ordered this product in the spring to help print off information for my track practices. This was going to be perfect for me, as I am the head boys coach at the local middle school. I didn't get a piece of paper to print correctly. I bought new ink, but it didn't work, so I called again. They told me to try the more expensive cartiage. A chunk of my track check went out the window as I was $300 in the hole from this printer. Thanks for the thanks.

11. Canon Business MB2720 Wireless Printing

Canon Business MB2720 Wireless Printing

Two paper cassettes can hold 500 sheets or a full ream of paper, so you're ready for any job. You can use the Canon PRINT app to print from your mobile device. A printer that is connected to a port on your computer is not supported. The dual resistant high density makes it possible to print text that is smudge resistant. There are ink stains. The MAXIFY MB2720 is built to last for all your home business needs. MAXIFY printers have 100% US-based service and support. FCOT (color): Approx. 12 seconds. Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 7, Windows 7 SP1, Windows VistaSP1, VistaSP2, Windows server 2012 R218, Windows server 2008 R218 are computer operating systems.

Brand: Canon

👤I don't want anyone else to purchase this printer. The printer won't allow you to change ink in it's printer before it's completely empty. You can't just change it. It has a sliding mechanism that needs to line up with the specific cartridge you want to change. You shouldn't have to work around something so basic. If you don't turn the printer off, you can't manually line up the guides for that one. You can't put the ink back in after you remove it. If you missed a piece of plastic or the cartridge is blocked, it's garbage. You can't print anything else until you replace that one. I've had this printer since February and it has never worked right. I have problems with black ink. My children have to submit papers to their teachers when they have to use the word processing program at school because the documents left in the printer have left streaks and lines. I had to print a lot of documents at my school because the printer wouldn't work. I've tried a number of printing methods. Every time I try to make a PDF out of this first sheet, the machine stalls out. Every time. Single. Time. I can convert the images to one PDF file by scanning the document as image files. Again, this is something that shouldn't be done. When you take a device out of the box, you should be able to use it the way it was intended to be used. I had three Canons over the course of five years. I was tired of having my printer replaced every two years. This looked like a good model for a home office. I wouldn't buy this model again, and would advise others not to get it. I'll be buying another MX922 until I find a cheaper laser alternative.

👤I needed a dual tray printer for eBay label printing. I used to use a manually fed compact printer, but it became very annoying very quickly. I bought this because of the better configuration options, the two feed trays, and the price point. Everyone is complaining about power off settings. If you read the manual, you'll find a lot of power saving and scheduling options. They are accessible in the device settings menu. The menu system is easy to use. I was able to find what I was looking for. Press firmly to select options on a touch sensitive screen, if you drag your finger lightly to scroll. A person was complaining about getting tray inserts that were annoying. They can be turned off. I disabled the auto switch cassette option for the dual tray option. You pick which cassette to pull the paper from when I print on my computer. You can't choose a tray in the cloud print and mobile printing apps. I haven't found a way to do that yet. I've found this machine to be very robust and quick to use. I'm very happy with its performance. We have to find a place to put it. It can go anywhere in the house.
