The design is sleek. It fits into any space with its modern aesthetic and integrated tool storage and stand. The leading hand vacuum has 8V MAX and HNV115 4V MAX. The lightweight design makes it easy to vacuum. The dirt bowl capacity of the Tackle Quick Pickups is up to 11oz. It is easy to see when the vacuum cleaner is empty. There is a 2-in-1 charging and storage unit. Convenient storage is offered by the wall mountable charger. There is a capacity of 0.325 liters. Charge for 10 hours. The power source is battery powered.
👤The little device was decent. It vacuums. Not the best. Not terrible. The battery is good. I died when I cleaned my car. I was trying to drain the battery to find out how long it lasts. Won't pick up a shell. That is a good test. The Shark vacuum is more powerful. There are different devices. I don't want to have to send it back and buy another one. Always use the shark brand. Not a Dyson, but very solid entries. After purchasing a handheld Shark, I saw it for $80 at the store. Would have preferred to have used the shark device. The number of reviews sold me. So many people have bought this. Solid build and feel. A bit loud. It is about good enough.
👤What a great product! It is easy to clean and has great power to blow dust. I was not expecting it to be so good. It was pleasantly surprised. I would buy this again. It's worth the money.
👤The one that blows out the water is this one. Great movement! The only problem I have is having to hold the power button down. It would have gotten 5 stars if it had an "on/off" button.
👤A great vacuum. It does a great job for it's size, and it has good suction. I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about the necessity of holding down the 'on' button. My last B&D handheld vac was the same way, and it's not a problem to hold the button for a long time. The feature keeps the unit from being turned on and running the battery down, which is a good feature. You will not regret buying it.
👤The design of this is so ridiculous that many people think it is great. The rubber flap is supposed to seal the contents inside after being sucked up, but it can interfere with the bag if you don't put the bag in a proper position. The flap of the vacuum will fall open because of the odd force of gravity on the planet, even more mindless. When you carry it from one job to another, the flap is open. B&D 1970s design. The company needs some Industrial Designers.
👤I think I was sent the correct color, icy blue, because it matches the blue in the other customer photos. Light weight! My vacuum is hard for me to push because I am weak. It's perfect for cleaning my car and picking up crumbs in the couch. I am not sure if this is as strong as other hand held vacuums, but it works for me.
👤It cleans my bathroom hair on a daily basis. The dock style of the charger makes it a bit awkward if you want to nail it to the wall.
👤The best buy works great and is easy to use. I use it all the time.
👤The hand hold is good for this price range. I have a handheld on Amazon that only lasted a year, and this is just as good. Issues are odd choices. The wall mount has a vacuum that hangs so all the debris falls into the filter. You don't want us to fill the bin past the inlet, but when we put it in the dock it falls into the filter. I think the thought of being empty after every use is not practical. If like me, you vacuum up flies, spiders, or ladybugs. Things can escape when the flap on the charger hangs open. No issue if it hung the other way. The power button is not permanent. It's hard to hold your finger on it in all situations. The way the filter balloons in the bin can interfere with the door on the inlet. The thing will be shipped with flat head screws in 2021. Join the revolution and the rest of the world. Either Robertson or the very worst Philips. Is that the name of the game? I had to go back to the garage to get one as I haven't used one in a long time.
It's easy to glide under furniture and beds. It is easy to clean from the lightweight and compact design. FASTER CHARGING, FADE FREE POWER: The 16V battery and indicator light make it easy to charge and run. The shoes are minimize. The premium pet brush roll and carbon pet filter can be used to tackle deep embedded pet hair. On/off break: It is easy to transition from carpet to hard floor cleaning. Take less trips to the trashcan with the dirt cup. The included items are a battery Charger, Filter, and Built-in headlights. The included items are a battery Charger, Filter, and Built-in headlights.
👤I don't like corded vacuums. Having to unreel, plug in, push a big heavy vacuum around, only to find the cord isn't long enough is a hassle. That's the reason I got a dirt devil. It is light, it picks up dirt from the wood floor, and it is easy to clean and dump out. It's not bad to clean up afterwards. I can dump the container, pop off the rotating brush, and wash the tank and foam filter once in a while. Regular maintenance to be done periodically was accepted by me. The vacuum fails because of the connection between the rotating brush and the spindle. It's a soft plastic. The problem is that after a year and a half of constant use, the rotating brush wears out and becomes round. It still sucks, but the brush no longer spins, which means it no longer collects hair, or sweeps into the suction channel. I have attached pictures. I suppose I could use glue or something similar to secure the spindle to the sockets, but that will prevent me from removing the rotating brush, which needs regular cleaning. Dirt Devil could give me a new brush and sockets. If they made the connection with a different material, it would be better.
👤It was easy to assemble and start. The customer service rep was rude when I tried to purchase an additional filter. The vacuum no longer works after two months of owning this. It's a piece of junk that you can't even get parts for. I will not buy Dirt Devil products again.
👤The channel above the beater bar started to get gunk. Even with just dust, it still gets stuck every time. They have used compressed air to clear it, but it has come back to haunt them. The return window is closed, so I would send it back. It's pretty much useless. The picture was taken in 4 minutes.
👤The vacuum picked up something in two vacuumings. This vacuum has lots of power and a beater brush. Very impressed so far. My dog's hair is picked up very nicely. The vacuum is amazing six months later. I bought one for my son because I use it every day. Update 2 is here. A year later. The charging cord can be dangerous. The cord broke when I pulled it out from the cord instead of the base. It was easy to order a new one.
👤The Dirt Devil Power Swerve is a great addition to a house or condo that has hardwood, tile or linoleum floors. It will work on carpets that are low in pile. I made a video review on a website. If you want to see it in action, go there. The manual was straight forward and assembly was easy. It took 5 hours for the first complete charging. When the unit is plugged in, there are three bars, once the lights go off. When the vacuum is first turned on, the "suction" and "rollers" are activated. You can turn the rollers off/on with the button located under the power button if you want to clean. I was able to vacuum 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, hallway, kitchen, dinning room and family room on one charge. The roller brushes don't have a lot of movement so hard floors are the easiest. I accidentally sucked up a sock. I turned the machine upside down, pressed the side tab and released the roller. The roller was replaced and the sock was put back in. Awesome. I think a full charge will get you 15 to 25 minutes of cleaning depending on the surface and how much you dance around on ipod while doing household chores. To empty the "gross stuff", just press the release button, remove the canister, and then dump the debris into a trash can. The same steps are used in reassembly. If the filter becomes dirty, rinse and let it dry before returning it to the vacuum, according to the manual. A great sucker for under $80. The review date is.
Dirt, hair, and debris are removed from carpets, car interiors, furniture, and high-traffic areas. It is easy to carry and maneuver in tight spaces. You won't need to bend over as often if you have an on-board extension. The nozzle rotates 180 to fit into tight spaces. There are hard to reach areas between couch cushions and on top of shelves. Adding a FLIP-UP BRUSH adds an extra layer ofVersatility for dusting and vacuuming upholstery. Dust and debris can be removed from the filter with the help of the Cosmic Action.
👤The long extendable pickup is sucking power to me. Not a fan of the counter-top charge base. After 3.5 years of light-duty use, it's time to stop. The CHV1410L vacuum's battery died. The battery is not replaceable. The vacuum still looks new. It would be wasteful to throw it in the trash because Black & Decker didn't design it. The vacuum only gets 3 stars from me. I've been working on electronic equipment for many years. I rebuilt a few batteries. I decided to replace my vacuum's batteries. This is not a project for the average person, so if you don't know about battery safety, skip this idea. The vacuum was disassembled by removing six screws. The battery pack can be removed by plugging in a cable. The battery pack's plastic case is held together by two plastic tabs. There are four 18650 size batteries and a circuit board in the case. The rebuilding process was done quickly. I used four high current flat top cells. These cells are found in high capacity devices. It is important to avoid overheating the cells while soldering them. I used a temperature controlled iron, added flux, and worked fast to minimize heat dwell time. The cells I used were these.
👤As many other 1 star reviews, the issue is the same. Some of the units' batteries seem to have major issues. It lasted less than a week. The B&D rep verified the production date on my model and here is their official response: "We sell millions of these units per year and unfortunately, some did have charger issues." If B&D isn't resolving this directly with you, you might want to make sure you don't send out these units.
👤I like this vacuum. I would have given it 5 stars before today. My 4-year-old is learning to clean up after herself and cleaning up hairs off my white tile bathroom floor is amazing. The charge was too low and it shut off yesterday. The batteries have gotten tired and need to be replaced, so I only have 30 seconds of use left. I order a replacement battery pack on the internet. It seems that it doesn't exist. I pulled it apart to see if I could jerry-rig a replacement, but I can't pry out the old batteries and solder new ones in, it looks like I'm out of luck. The batteries are attached to a circuit board, which makes it difficult for a lay person. Look at the picture. Black & Decker? You couldn't make the battery pack replaceable, so I need to throw away the vacuum? Not good. Not for my wallet, but for our planet.
👤I don't know how many B&D dustbusters we've thrown away. My family doesn't learn. After less than a year and a half of light use, our latest has a failing battery. The charge is being put out. The battery has 15.3v on it. The whine gets lower pitched as it drops to 9 volts in 40 seconds. The reviews are good. Is everyone used to using disposable tools? It's not like you could change the battery. Junk. As a contractor who puts the date of purchase on every battery, I can tell you that three to five years of constant use is what I get from the quality batteries I buy. I think everyone knows what brands are. I use 18v lithium batteries in my drills, impact drivers and circular saws.
It's cord free, it's easy to use, and it's powerful. It takes up to 30 minutes to use a non motorized tool. It's easy to clean the home. The battery power is only used while it is being cleaned. It takes 3.5 hours to charge before first use. The cleaner head is direct drive. Up to 6 minutes of fade free power. The nylon bristles are driven into the carpets. The Dyson digital motor V7 was used to pick up dirt and fine dust from carpets and hard floors. The Dyson V6 has less brush bar power. 99% of particles are small as 0.25 microns. The bin doesn't need to be touched. The bin volume was 0.14 gallons.
👤I got a red light when I went to use my vacuum, which was good, but the battery life is not great. I called customer service and was told that my battery is the only thing covered by the warranty, and that the motor is the only thing covered. I can either drive 185 miles to a service center or pay $108 for a new one, but since I'm under warranty, they'll give me a 20% off offer. I asked the representative if he was telling me that Dyson was not guaranteeing a $300+ product for a year, but he said there was nothing he could do. I was put on hold by him after he told me that he didn't have a manager. After 5 minutes he came back and told me that his "manager" hadn't existed before and that he would give me a courtesy battery. If anyone in my family had been in the same situation, they would have felt like they had no choice but to buy the battery for 1/3 of the original price. No one I know will be purchasing another Dyson. Dyson tech support is condescending and tries to sell you a $100+ battery replacement because it's not covered.
👤We have been watching commercials for a long time. We thought about buying one but didn't. We should have made the purchase a long time ago. This vacuum is what it is advertised to be. It picks up hair. It's easy to empty and charge quickly. There is no warning when the battery is going to die. When the battery is low, it will stop. I don't mean to slow down, it stops. The first time it happened it was frightening. We plan on purchasing the next size, regardless of whether it is a wonderful tool or not.
👤This vacuum is the best. A 32 year old man is excited about vacuuming and is a testament to product marketing and ingenuity. I ran out of things to vacuum at my place so I contemplated asking my neighbors if I could. I had an excuse to use it. It was worth the money.
👤I have animals. I bought this model because of that. I need the Max setting to get all the fur and dog hair. The battery only lasted seven minutes on the max setting. I can only vacuum one room in seven minutes and I like to do at least a few rooms at a time. It only lasts 20 minutes on the regular setting. After 15 minutes, she disconnected me from Dyson. The second person had the courage to say that it was just the way it was with this model, short battery life. Only if you have a small living area to vacuum or you like to do a chore for a day or two.
👤We've owned this vacuum for 2 months and I am very disappointed. The battery won't hold a charge, so it has stopped working. For the price of a vacuum. I thought I was buying a quality product. I feel like I have been taken advantage of. Don't buy this vacuum. It's a complete waste of money. The Dirt Devil that we had for 4 years was much better and lasted several years for a fraction of the cost. The Dyson broke a few days after the return window. I think I'm out $300. It's frustrating and irresponsible of both Amazon and Dyson.
Buy Bissell, save pets, and Bissell will give 5 dollars for each hair cut. The purchase of Li Ion will be activated. A motorized brush tool and a battery can be used to remove dirt and pet hair. The Dirt cup has a capacity of 0.7 liters. The dirt bin is easy to empty to get rid of pet hair. Cleaning performance can be improved by triple level filters. A set of specialized pet tools.
👤It works well... You can't buy just the paper replacement filter. The whole assembly has a paper replacement filter inside. You have to throw away a perfectly functioning plastic assembly, and buy a new one from the website of Bissell for $11.98, but don't forget to add shipping costs. This seems to be wasteful as the only thing that could be sold was the filter. It's like buying a new car every time you need to change the air filter.
👤It was time to replace the dead B&D bustduster that has sat in our utility closet for years. I remember when it was new. The excitement of cleaning hair and dirt filled the air as it happily went along. The battery died. I hated that thing because it was so short. Brand new! The NmHD battery was small and lost its charge capability after a while, but never came back. I was hesitant to get a new hand vacuum because my wife has grown old and she has silver hair. She sheds more than a polar bear. Are you going to sit on the couch? There is silver hair everywhere. Do you mean to vacuum the floor with a big vacuum? It takes about 4 days to fill with hair. I once emptied the vacuum and watched the crows pick out the giant ball of silver hair and fly off with it. The crows are smart. So anyways. It is time for a handheld vacuum. Which is the best? Which one will stay on for 5 minutes? I did a lot of research. This one seemed risky because of the other reviews on big store websites. Hmm. I took a chance. It was completely sucked! Which is a good thing for this review. Made of sturdy materials. Will last longer than my midlife crisis. It is easy to get to the waste gate. Cleaning the housing is simple and easy. I did not say it was lightweight. That is because it is. It is not heavy enough to fatigue your hand/arm. The battery life does not suck. That is also a positive thing. I ran it for about 8 minutes and heard the motor change tune. I know the count is on. After 22 minutes of hard power-suck with the motorized brush attachment, it stopped and the button turned red. Nice clap. Quiet! I think my old age is starting to show because I get upset when there are loud noises near me. The noises are like vacuums. Immediate irritation! Not with this device. It is not silent. It is not a problem to use it for 10 minutes at a time. The cleaning power is impressive. I did not measure it. I think it is moving a lot of air which means it is effective cleaning. The exhaust is subtle and impressive. The smart design of the exhaust vent means that it doesn't disrupt the mess you are about to clean. When your vacuum blows WifeHair(tm) all over the place, it's worse than making an approach to clean a pile of WifeHair. I still don't know where it ends up. MEH has no attachment support. Thanks. I think I'll put them on this. She did not crash. They don't stack or lay flat because they are oddly shaped. Put them in a bag that doesn't come with the device or use up 523 square inches to store them on a shelf. I measured. It is frightening. The hardware is great but they don't think about how it will be stored in the home. There was no base, hanging hooks, or plastic tube housings for the accessories. You get the vacuum, charge cable and accessories. It was loose. I took away a star because of this. They went so far on the design and cleaning elements that they dropped the ball on how it is stored. Nobody is going to leave this out with these accessories. People vacuum. How do you hide a wedged shape thing that needs to stay plugged in with 5 loose plastic accessories that you just know you are going to lose because you have no way to store them? Expectations for features are high because this is not a cheap model. Performance is there for the money, but this is unforgivable. I used parts from the garage to make my own storage system. I had nothing else on my plate. The power cord and interface are two things that are not good. If you make electronic devices and you think it is a good idea to develop a proprietary connector because it will make you money in the future, stop it! I would not have purchased this if I had known it had a weird power connection. It is a sign of greed when companies purposely build an interface that is unique with the express purpose of sending customers who lost their power supply to make an additional profit. It is not enough to make a decent product with a decent profit margin. Someone thought they could make more money than the entire line of products they sell. I am out. That is immoral and reprehensible as it is a predatory move against your own customers that pay you, your salaries and your entire business. It's a shame! I am taking another star off as I find it hard to read. Someone needs to stop this. Customers will lose their chargers and I will smell a rat if they refuse to pay theproprietary tax, so perfectly good units will make their way to landfills. They toss the product into the garbage and get another that doesn't have a proprietary connection. Stop it now. The power button doesn't have an light. Since you make your own power cable, why be nice if you add tiny lights that illuminate the nose? Attachments can be difficult to remove. Extra wiggle is needed to get them off, but they won't fall off when using the product. It is difficult if you have arthritis or other hand/wrist pains. It might be a good idea to lightly lubricate the accessory. I live in a three story house. Imagine that hair everywhere. The lack of storage and the proprietary power cable prevent me from buying another one. It is a fantastic unit that hits all the marks. I think there is turmoil between the engineers and executives over the proprietary power interface. I know a lot of greedy executives, but I don't know many greedy engineers. It would have been a solid 5 star with thought to storage and use of the COMMON DC 3.5mm barrel charge interface. You can use 3.5mm with the amperes. It's time to knock it off.
It is easy to use. It's great for quick pick ups and versatile. A stick vacuum, handle vacuum, and stair vacuum are all in one machine. There is a floor nozzle for stairs and a crevice tool for furniture. Clean carpets and area rugs. Counter tops, sealed hard floors, and low pile carpet are the surface types. The cup has a capacity of 0.67 liters.
👤The model 2300 is being phased out. Amazon doesn't mention this. It's a special for Prime members. You can't get the replacement filter from any of the websites. The filter does not need to be replaced, according to both Amazon and Bissell. The filter needs to be washed a couple of times. If the dirt cup is made of carpet fibers or other light weight dust, it sticks to the dirt cup and filters and flies all over when you try to empty it. It's too late to return it, I found all this out when I used it.
👤This review was helpful in helping you make a decision.
👤The vacuum is small, lightweight and powerful. I bought it for my son's 2nd birthday because I don't want him to break it and he struggles with it because it's heavy for a 2 year old. I have come to enjoy this little Bissell. It is easy to use. It's light and so pulling it out to vacuum up things doesn't make a big deal. I actually do it! My son vacuums up a lot when he is playing with it. I don't attach the longer handle because it's the perfect length for him without it. I recommend this vacuum for anyone with small children, anyone looking to take the hassle out of vacuuming up smaller jobs here and there, and anyone who may have an injury or weakness that prevents them from using heavier vacuums.
👤Where has this been my entire life? It has a long handle that is perfect for little crumbs. I have hardwood floors throughout my house and only carpet in the kids bedrooms. The vacuum was large and bulky, so I rarely brought it out. I would sweep multiple times a day and still felt like the floors were dirty. Our dog took care of the problem when he decided that the Roomba was an invader. The lightweight works on all flooring types, easy to empty, bagless, and turns into handheld attachment for crevices like between couch cushions. It's not as loud as a regular vacuum and it's not as big as a Cheerios Cons vacuum. It is a little vacuum. It is expected! It's great for a quick run around the house to pick up dog hair and snacks left behind by little ones.
👤I had this for about 6 months and I loved it. They don't make them anymore if I replace the filter. If the model is being phased out and filters are unavailable, why is this a special for Prime customers? The filters that most people buy with this product are too small for me. I can't sell this at a garage sale. It was so upsetting!
👤The little sweeper does an excellent job of cleaning up the mess. The filter is very easy to change and it gets into corners. I am amazed at the amount of dog hair it picks up. The living room floor is where the photo was taken.
👤You would think it would be bad. It's great! I bought it for work. We use it over the tiled areas. It is light and easy to move around. My co worker bought a one for her home because she liked it so much. This is the light that you need. Not having the brush has been great. We don't have to spend a lot of time cutting out hair that is wrapped around it. I wasn't sure if it would work without the brush.
The Max Power mode has an ultra-powerful 120 watt motor that can pick up dirt and dust from deep inside carpets. The portable handheld vacuum can be used anywhere and includes a power brush, mini power brush, and 2-in-1 dusting brush. It is easier to clean hard-to-reach areas. The battery can deliver up to 40 minutes of continuous run time, ideal for large jobs and full house cleaning, and the motor is quiet, making it suitable for everyday use. The advanced design includes front lights for lighting up dark spots and accessories to remove pet hair. The vacuum is small and lightweight so you can maneuver up and down stairs with one hand. The 4-stage, fully sealed system captures fine particles, including dust and pollen, down to a healthier size. Expels cleaner air to your home.
👤Welcome to the vacuum wars! There are many choices from 50.00 to 900. I tried the leader, but returned it due toDisadvantages such as inferior ergonomics and time consuming pain to fully clean. My goal is to find a vacuum that cleans the entire house without stopping. I have hardwood floors and carpets. Tineco's second generation A11 Master has a full array of attachments. The A11 has a bigger dust bin, greater battery capacity and more power. The battery was timed with the power carpet attachment. It took 28 minutes and 33 seconds. This was after a battery refill. After a number of rechargings, the battery time should improve. I was able to vacuum my entire house. Any household job can be done with the non-power attachment. There is no air leaking from them. The electrical contact points are the most important to me. Contacts need to be built to last. The A11 has long contacts. The power attachment and all connecting joints have injected molded guide ridges to eliminate strain or break during connection. The A11 design has the same attention to detail. In normal mode the A11 is 25w and in max mode it is 120w. The power carpet attachment has bristles that are soft and hard. To check out the carpet attachment, I spread coffee, sugar, and cereals. I used my first appliance. I used the A11 in normal mode. The A11 picked up some debris that the Electrolux missed. I put the A11 in max mode and vacuumed the area. There was nothing left to pick up. The A11 was enough. I used the same mixture with other cereals to check out the power floor attachment. In normal mode, the floor attachment picked up everything in one sweep. I spread the cereals along the baseboards to check out the edge to edge vacuuming. The A11 was very good at edge to edge pickup. The A11 vacuumed almonds and large whole pistachios in normal mode, even though the power attachment was needed. There was no hand or wrist fatigue after an hour of use. The A11 is around 3 lbs. Without the attachment. There is a constant on switch and both the carpet and floor power attachment have useful lights. Attachments can be easily connected or disengaged with one hand. I had to empty the dustbin midway. The bin was emptied quickly. Between cleanings you can take out the inner filter assembly from the dust bin and brush it off. The process takes 15 seconds. It's simple and quick and keeps the A11 running. A full cleaning is not time consuming. The A11 has a floor caddy that charges both batteries at the same time. Most of the items are not in the caddy. The vacuum, batteries, tube and 2 non power attachment are in the caddy. The A11 doesn't stand on its own. Tineco paid attention to detail and produced a good looking vacuum at a reasonable price. I am keeping the A11. It was the highest recommendation.
Multi-Purpose and Convenient Storage: With multiple accessories, including a 2-in-1 brush, long crevice, and a lightweight portable handheld vacuum, you can easily clean the desk, corner, keyboard, or in the gap between the car's seats. The wall mount is convenient and saves space, it charges the machine and keeps your home tidy. Greenote GSC40, two motors design reduces friction to maintain peak power, high durability, and longer battery life. There is a motor in the floor brush head. The best vacuum for pet hair is the GSC40 vacuum cleaner. You need to choose the right tool. Up to fade-free power that lasts until the job is done is provided by 2200*6 batteries. The design is lightweight. The 1.5KG vacuum cleaner is easy to carry and clean the whole house. There is no problem with cleaning at high places with the telescopic tube. The child and pet will not be disturbed while resting because the vacuum volume is as low as 70 decibels. You deserve it, but it's not loud. The GSC40 can help you clean desktop garbage, hair, and other items. The floor brush can be used to clean from 90 degrees to 270 degrees. It can be hung on the wall after use.
👤The company reached out after my review and sent me a newer model. Although I don't have a link to the newer model, it stands up on its own and is not as flimsy. It is very difficult to clean. It is easy to open the bottom. It's important to never empties completely, you have to take the whole thing apart and put it back together. I have to empty dog hair after vacuuming up a lot of it, and it's difficult to clean, so it can be frustrating. I like this model better because it has a longer run time and seems to have more power. 11/09/2018 to 11/01/2019. I don't like this product. The brush head is flimsy and it's too heavy. It's difficult to clean and it doesn't last long. It was difficult to return it.
👤The little vacuum is light and easy to use, and does a good job of cleaning hard floors. It is easy to clean out the canister with the attachments. The low power seems to be fine for hard floors.
👤The capacity is very small as it fills up quickly. I need to go over an area multiple times to pick up small pieces of paper. When I shut off the unit, the last items fall out. I can't get to the filter even after multiple attempts. The item picks up carpet strings and is wrapped around the cylinder to pick up dirt. I have to untangle the strings to get the cylinder to move. The unit isn't powerful enough for a small apartment.
👤The vacuum gas is negative. It acts like a toy lawnmower when you are a kid.
👤I really like how it's very lightweight. I would like it to be more powerful on the carpet or rug. This is basic and ordinary, which is fine with me. I wanted a beginner vacuum. 7 stars.
👤The vacuum is perfect for cleaning messes from pet hair to spills in the kitchen. I keep my travel trailer in a garage. I would love to have multiples for each room in my home.
👤No buyers remorse for the price, it works well.
👤Good features and good size. Charging work is great.
Dustbin has a capacity of 12.5 ounces and can hold up to 30 minutes of sweeping power. You can easily clean one handed. Head moves smoothly to steer around furniture. Check battery status with one glance. It's easy to glide under furniture and beds.
👤This worked for a while, then it started running in 3-second bursts. Nothing worked after I read the pamphlet. I contacted Asurion and they told me that it was still covered under the manufacturers warranty, even though I had purchased the insurance. It was an automated nightmare when I contacted the number they gave me. I don't have the time to chase 888-353-1299 I spend a couple extra dollars on the insurance because of this. This product was very disappointing. I rented a floor sweeper for a month and threw it away. It worked great during the month. It was used as a daily sweep-up on kitchen tile and laminate flooring. Perfect for that purpose.
👤It worked for a day after I bought it. They shipped me another one after I returned it. It did the same thing. I have a sweeper that doesn't work and I'm not impressed. Don't spend money you don't have. The video will explain everything.
👤The job of keeping my small home office clean and free from debris is a bit more than I would trust a vacuum that wasn't powered. After about 18 months of use, the Shark brand powered vacuum died on me, and the battery gave out. I was appalled to see that the price had gone from $25 to $60 and there was no way I was going to pay that much for a stick vac sweeper. It is impossible to find a powered sweeper for less than $30, let alone one that is well rated. I was looking at $60 models again after bouncing back and forth between about 6 different models. I finally got tired of carrying my vac outside to the office and ordered a Black and Decker model. The only model that was below the $30 mark and the only one with a Li-ion battery was the one that I chose. The unit arrived 2 days after it was shipped, as usual with Amazon. I plugged the unit in and allowed it to fully charge before using it, even though I was tempted to try it early on, because the assembly was so quick. The small utility brush that they provided for cleaning the brushes, which snaps right onto the handle so you don't lose it, is something I like. The vacuum head and the small magnet on the bottom of the handle are great features that make it easy to store your vac head. It took a long time for the unit to be fully charged as it arrived from the factory, but the little red charge indicator light finally went off and it was ready to use. I don't like the charging port on this thing, it requires a firm push to fully engage, which means you can forget about connecting the charger one-handed. I also question the longevity of such a person, but only time will tell. After I had a full charge, I moved the thing to the hgouse to try it out, and then tried it on every surface I could find in my office. I tested the sweeper on my standard ceramic tiles, hardwood floor, and a stand-pile inside my office, and it worked. I think I can say that if one uses this on every surface, they will save some pergo flooring and marble. I would say that this unit performed well beyond my expectations, considering that it is a "cordless sweeper" and not a vacuum. It did a good job on the hard surfaces I tested, including linoleum tiles, ceramic tiles, plywood and hardwood, and it also did a good job on the low-pile carpets. The device has a great job at cleaning up messes and spills and is better than just a sweeper. I wanted a unit that could keep my floors looking good even in bare feet, and this unit fits the bill perfectly. I am amazed at how close it cleans to the edges of the device/walls/baseboards, and because it has brushes on all 4 sides of the cleaning head, it tends to get most debris in a single pass. My office is small. I can't speak about the battery life of this unit, but I have not had any issues with running out of power yet, and I have found myself cleaning up even more since I purchased this sweeper. It's so convenient to just hit my floors with this, which takes about 3 minutes, and then I'm good to go! If you position the unit over the trash can and squeeze the 2 clips on the top of the head, you can empty the bin in a snap. The trap door opens and dumps everything in one swoop, and you can lock the sweeper up for the next use, just set it back on the ground and click it back in place. This device lacks the power and the ability to dig out deep, ground-in dirt and debris, but anyone who buys one of these devices with the understanding that it is a cleaner scraper, will be happy. I gave this 4 stars because of the long initial charging time, but mostly because of my dislike of the power charging connector. I can't get past the fact that the charging port is going to cause me issues down the road, the device gets 5 stars for performance and ease-of-use. I hope I am wrong, but don't let that stop you from getting this if you need a great quality SWEEPER. I paid the full price, and I didn't get this at a discount.

👤I own a shark vacuum that I absolutely love and I had high hopes for this vacuum. This one is not as nice. The manual says it takes 6 hours to charge the battery, but it seems to be faster than that. I am able to clean my large patio one time before the battery dies. It doesn't last as long as my other shark. The suction is not very good. Not strong enough to clean the deep crevices in my doormats. It cleans up cat litter. It is very easy to empty the bin. It is fine for small jobs, but I would recommend spending more money on a vacuum. The battery lasts way longer, the stick is better at keeping it in place, and you have the option of using it or not. If you don't want to spend a lot of money, this one will work. I hope the review helped you make a decision.
👤I liked it the first time. It was unplugged for a night and will not charge again. The blue light goes on and on. I was plugged in for 8 hours. Blue light. And then nothing! It's probably going to have to be returned. I was trying to turn the unit on when it was plugged in. The customer service guy at Shark didn't suggest it. He told me to return it for a new one after going through all the trouble shooting tips. The unit was charged. It won't work when the Charger is plugged in. I feel not-so-smart. Revised to 5 stars.
👤I hated this piece of dud the first time I used it. A piece of dog food was not picked up overnight. I never used it again after it stopped working. Save your money! Cynthia.
👤The handheld Shark vacuum is a good general-purpose appliance. It is said that it is especially good at pet hair cleaning. It falls down a bit with the sample received here. The photos that accompany this review are worth seeing. I will get the good out of the way first. This is a lightweight and easy to use vacuum that makes using it very pleasant. It's a snap to take out your truck for a dirt clean up. We keep it in the closet. When either of us spots a need for a vacuum, we immediately grab the machine and go back to cleaning the house. We have a dog that sheds a lot, and you can see from the images accompanying this review. The Shark was able to pick up the hair from the hard floors, but I had to remove it from the chamber where the vacuum stores it. The problem is that there are two things in the path of the air. The air velocity is increased by reducing the volume, but they block the removal of hair. I need a pen or similar tool to dig out the hair. The dog hair is difficult to remove because it sticks to the filter. The filter is covered in hair in one of the photos. I was hoping the vacuum would do a good job. The brush accessory is a pain to clean, and like the filter, it is hard to clean. Please see the picture. The power brush was not included in the sample. The device is claimed to be a specialized pet hair cleaning device. It fails on several fronts. If you get the powered brush, it may work. The chamber and the filter need to be cleaned.

👤I researched vacuums for a month and couldn't decide which to buy. I was willing to pay $150 but there are so many other options. I depend on reviews from Amazon when making purchases. One day this popped up with no reviews and a coupon for $70 so I just clicked buy on a whim. I love this vacuum. When you are an adult, this is what interests you. The battery life is good, it works well on my hard woods and throw rugs. I have a dog and 2 cats and the little light shows me. I'm not sure if it would work on a carpeted house, but it's 100% recommend. It is easy to maneuver.
👤I bought this for a second home and didn't want to spend a lot of money so I decided to give it a try. A great vacuum! It is as good as my expensive Dyson that I use at my primary residence. I gave it 5 stars because it is a good vacuum and the noise level is bad, but I almost knocked a star off because it is really loud. I don't know how it works on carpet, but it picks up everything! The vacuum has no problem picking up small pieces of dog food, the roller will just spin them around and then spit them out, but this one has no problem. I would love to get another one of these.
👤I have a big vacuum cleaner in my winter rental. I needed something to clean my dog's hair. It was very easy to set up and use. The majority of the house is hardwood/tile. The vacuum works well on the hard floors. If you are looking for a lightweight vacuum that can clean up quickly, this is the one for you.
👤There are 3 levels of power. For 4-5 minutes, full charge gets you MAX suction. It's a drop to medium. I only vacuum for 5 minutes at a time. I'll charge it for an hour and then leave. If the tube is too fragile, you can hear it creak and it's time to vacuum. Short carpet and rugs. It's been great, and what I expected.
👤There are different pile lengths for the carpets in my apartment. I had areas with messes where bending over and cleaning was not an option. This made me feel like it will be easier to keep my place clean because of how well this vacuum dealt with each surface. I have a wrist injury that has taken a long time to heal, so the manipulation and weight of the machine during use was a priority in my purchase decision, and it did not affect my wrist at all. I tested it out where my cannabis ash tray had spilled, near my litter box, as well as general cleaning in different rooms. The small particulate bits were sucked up on the first pass without any deficiency in the power of the high or low power settings. There were no issues with the machine because of the huge clods of cat fur accumulated from multiple brushings. I could vacuum every room in my apartment on a full charge because the time for a battery to charge was not long.
