1. Cuisinart SS GB1 Coffee Center Silver

Cuisinart SS GB1 Coffee Center Silver

Brand: Cuisinart

👤I looked at reviews of coffee makers. The quality of the k cup maker I was replacing was a bit worse than the ones we had before. The husband wanted to be able to have a pot of coffee once in a while. I only get rid of my coffee maker when I'm done cleaning it because it was the only one that never broke. I wanted a pot, single serve, hot water, grind, and make cold brew, but this was the closest I could get. I think this one is pretty good. The plastic was sturdy and heavy duty. It is very easy to clean and has a fold down shelf. When using the single serve, there is no splashing. I now understand what people are saying after reading reviews. The single serve side has a 40ozs reservoir. There is water. There is no window to see the water level, and there is an overflow outlet in the back. If you overfill it, the water will come rushing out of the hole. You can't see how much water is in the cover because it's black. We have gotten used to filling it when it runs out, because there is an icon on the display that tells you to fill it, but it won't run if there is no water. I have a container that holds the perfect amount. How hard would it be to add a window like the carafe side? The single serve cover is not a deal breaker. The coffee is excellent, even on the single serve side it's better than other brands, and the water is dispersed throughout the whole kcup or filter. The built in grinder is very easy to clean. The gold filter single is excellent. The price and the small headaches are worth it.

👤I like my coffee maker, but can't give it a 5. It's hard to find a product with all the features you want. I like the ability to grind fresh beans in a hurry. To load the top you have to pull in forward. You have to load it daily because you can only grind and brew what you need. There is a water and bean container. The K-cup side needs to be clear so you know when you're low on water. Coffee is grinded to the inside of the grinder. The chamber needs to be cleaned frequently. A light blinks when you reassemble the grinder after you clean it. I like to leave it out to dry.

👤I bought this for two reasons. It has a built in grinder. It can use K-Cups. I love the built in grinder. I hated having to grind the beans and then brew the coffee. I like skipping steps. The feature works perfectly! The large glass carafe has the bonus of being dishwasher safe, which is what you would expect from a 12 cup carafe. It is also a plus if you can program it. There are two water sources. The one for the carafe has a gauge. Which is great! You can't brew 6 cups if you don't have enough water in the bottle. You have to put the amount of water you want to use in a specific order. I'm used to just filling the reservoirs and using it as needed. The K cup is one of the issues. There is no way to know how much water is in there. You have to look from the top. The machine is on top of the kitchen counter. I'm 5' tall. I can't see inside from the top, so I have to use my finger to see where the water is. It's very easy to overflow this side. The needle is used to puncture the K cup. It is huge. There is a large hole that lets the water in and the grounds out, instead of a small hole. You should expect some grounds in the bottom of your cup.

2. Cuisinart SS 15 Coffee Coffeemaker Single Serve

Cuisinart SS 15 Coffee Coffeemaker Single Serve

When you have finished your brew, enjoy the energy save mode, because their single-serve brewer has a 40oz water tank that is compatible with travel mugs. The glass carafe coffee maker has a fully automatic feature that allows you to brew up to 12 cups of coffee at the same time. Must-have features. Their 12-cup coffee brewer allows you to control your brew strength so you can boast light to strong coffee flavor as well as adjust your carafe water temperature that runs through its charcoal water filter. You can sip a cup before your brew cycle ends with their Brew Pause feature.

Brand: Cuisinart

👤We decided to upgrade our home coffeemaker after 20 years of using it. The model with the two methods of brew looked like a great choice. The setup instructions and registration were completed when we received it. The single serve side was completely malfunctioning. The water was leaking from the counter before the single-serve side was used. We only got one cup of coffee when we used it for the first time. The coffee grounds were all over the counter after the next cup was made. When asked, Cuisinart offered zero support. If you are going to spend this amount of money, it should work out perfectly. We will return this for a refund and return our $20 coffeemaker. I don't think we will consider another product from Cuisinart.

👤The machine was sexy. The bronze color is very pretty and works well in my kitchen design. The bronze color added to the cost, but I couldn't resist the attraction; it was love at first sight. I read the reviews. Some were good and some were bad. I attributed the bad reviews to people who didn't know what they were doing because I was in awe of the sleekness and color. The machine arrived in April. It was even better in person. I was excited to wash it and set it up. This was the highlight of the week. The first pot of coffee in the new machine was very good. Score! The side with the coffee. The first few times it worked out well. It's easy to clean up. The coffee dripped very intermittently which caused a lot of splashing, as some reviews stated. There was a coffee machine on the counter. I decided I could live with that. It was a pretty appliance. There is a The first sign of poor decision making came. There was a random Tuesday morning. The grounds fell into the cup and got stuck inside the k-cup compartment. Okay, a mistake. I thought I did something wrong. It couldn't possibly be my new machine. Then it happened again. But worse. Coffee was splashed everywhere. A cup was wasted. Again. I cleaned the mess and tried again. This time is free of problems. I did a do-over cup of coffee. The process of one good cup and one bad cup continued for a while. It became one good cup and two bad cups. I had to admit that my judgement was clouded after six months after buying the machine. I allowed the prettyness to get the better of me after reading reviews. I cleaned up a lot of messes, but I can't count them all. I apologize to all previous reviewers. I ignored their negative reviews because I thought they were just not doing something right. I was the one not doing it correctly. I was not trusting their experiences. I had to learn the lesson the hard way. Random strangers tried to prevent me from seeing the machine that was so beautiful. I should have trusted you. I am very happy for the other random strangers who have had good luck with this appliance. Don't trust beauty over brains, that's the bottom line. Don't buy this product and save yourself a lot of trouble. The product did not hit the mark, but it is usually a trusted brand. The mark is not in view. I used the product correctly and I am an intelligent person, yet the appliance failed miserably. More than once. More than I can count. The search for a 2 in 1 coffeemaker/single brew machine begins again. Don't buy this product, trust my experience, please. Don't try to be like the teenager who did things better just to learn the hard way. No one has time for that. It's a good thing!

3. KitchenAid KCM1208DG Spiral Showerhead Charcoal

KitchenAid KCM1208DG Spiral Showerhead Charcoal

The lift and clean basket makes it easy to clean up. A unique 29-hole spiral showerhead evenly saturates coffee grounds for optimal extraction, producing an extremely delicious cup of coffee. Consistency is ensured by the water tank's dosage chart and gold tone filter. The water tank has a large opening that makes filling it easy. The warming plate keeps your coffee at the right temperature for up to two hours. The brew button on the side and front allows you to place the brew on your countertop in any direction you want. The pour spout is designed to prevent drips and messes, so you can pour your coffee into cups of any size and shape. The model KCM1208 has a coffee maker, a charcoal filter, and a gold-tone filter.

Brand: Kitchenaid

👤I haven't used this yet because I was concerned about the design of the coffee pot. The bottom side of the pour spout is difficult to clean because the top rim is a plastic piece with a wide lip. I noticed a gap between the glass and the unremovable ring when I ran my fingers underneath it to see if it would lift out. It's around the pour spout. I was excited to get this product and use it, and I was sold on the reviews. There are many great features. Everyone talks about how easy it is to clean the tank, but I don't know how anyone could not clean the pot. I only gave it one star because I never got to unpack the coffee pot.

👤The chemical smell was immediately released. It is still degassing three days later. The smell is coming from the gray plastic. I washed the whole surface twice. The plastic parts are okay. It is not clear if the gray plastic self is degassing or if it is the plastic mold release agent. This is a serious quality problem. A lot of product returns will hurt the company. Too bad. The quality manager should be fired. The price is very competitive and the design is good. The previous pour-over models were rated on Amazon at 3.3 sat. Percentage points. I was hoping this one would be great. The KitchenAid management is not clued up on quality. If there was no problem with the smell, this product would be very good and would be 888-282-0465, I received a replacement unit and it seems to be perfect. There was no smell when we unpack it. I asked for a unit with a different code in it's serial number. I appreciate the design of the Coffee Maker. The shower head works better than our original Hamilton Beach because it has a single grip opening in the head. Coffee grounds were frequent around the paper filters. The KitchenAid KCM 1208DG uses half of the grounds of the Hamilton Beach to achieve the same coffee quality. I roast my own coffee beans. 11 grams per 2 cups of water is what I use with this coffee maker. I got a metal spoon from Amazon. If you want to know the quality of your coffee, use a small kitchen scale. There is no need to use more of the grounds. I grind my beans just before I start making my brew, and use cold water to make my brew. There are other coffee makers with shower heads on Amazon, but they seem to be over-designed. I would give this one 5 stars, but I kept it off because it took too long for the KitchenAid people to respond.

👤The coffee maker we bought has a water storage compartment. We were able to fill it from the fridge. Coffee grounds don't have a chance to enter the water supply, which is great because our maker got filthy when it was too close to the water supply. The dishwasher was not able to wash this coffee pot because the lid is not easy to remove. It was inconvenient but ok. The coffee was disappointing but the other features were worth it in our rental home. The whole machine is useless because there is no replacement carafe after the pot got bumped in the sink. Who would offer a machine without a replacement? Discuss planned obsolescence. I am very disappointed with this brand.

4. Hamilton Beach 49981A Coffee Single

Hamilton Beach 49981A Coffee Single

The K Mini Plus coffee maker is available in a variety of colors with silver detailing on the handle and drip tray and is sleek simplicity meets modern style. You can brew your own coffee with a single-serve scoop filter. In less than 90 seconds, you can brew an 8-ounce cup and a 14-ounce travel mug. It can be made with your choice of coffee grounds. A custom cup is a single-serve cup that can be made with regular or bold options. It is easy to clean and durable. There is a stand for coffee mugs. Automatic shutoff after brewing, a spill-resistant drip tray, and more are great features. Coffee grounds should be filled to the lowest line on the scoop filter to prevent overflows. Coffee beans can overflow if you over grind them. For a stronger cup of coffee, use a medium grind size that's appropriate for a standard automatic coffee maker. Even if the brew button is pushed, the unit will not brew without water in the water storage tank.

Brand: Hamilton Beach

👤I was hesitant to order this coffee maker because of the reviews, but I have used it daily for a month and I am very happy with it. I filled it with white vinegar and ran it through a cycle to remove the plastic taste before I poured plain water. I will do this once a month for cleaning. I cannot drink coffee because of my damaged adrenal system, but I can drink a drink. I call it my faux coffee because you brew it like coffee. I need a coffee maker for my company. I wanted one that made individual serving without the K cups. The machine is easy to use and clean. There are 2 plastic parts that look like steps in the back wall of the tank. The lower one reads 8 ounces and the higher one reads MAX so you just fill up those with water. The metal and 2nd mesh filters are used to catch small particles that may get through them. You can either rinse the 3 parts or make another cup after you brew them, but you should dump the grinds after you brew. I like to leave the lid open to dry. It looks like the seal would pop off to clean, but it hasn't gotten dirty. I haven't tried that yet. It does a great job on the bold setting which drips a little slower than the regular setting. It can splatter a few drops on the sides or front of the mug, but there is no major mess. I use.

👤I have this unit for over a year and it's now out of warranty. I loved it when I first got it, it was so easy to use, and it was perfect for a household where only one person drinks coffee, so affordable. If you have a tall mug, it will splatter coffee onto your counter, but I could deal with that. Strange things began happening after about 7 months of use. The coffee tasted gross and watery, and after I opened the coffee basket area, I could see water in the grounds, which had never happened before. The brew time for "bold" went from a few minutes to about 30 seconds - and even worse, the watery coffee that it made began to taste like plastic-y chemicals. I use only spring water and run a solution of water and vinegar through my unit every so often to keep it clean. This product is junk. I kept hoping that it would get better, so I didn't invoke my warranty, but I had to pour the coffee down the sink because the plastic taste was so bad. If you like spending the money and getting 6 months of use out of it, you might want to buy something else.

👤I like the design and how easy it is to use, but something strange is happening. I like the smell and taste of plastic in my coffee. I've used regular water to flush out the taste, filters, and coffee brands. It is still there. They sent me a new one after I called the company. The taste was still there after I cleaned it a few times. I'm going to try running hot water a few more times to see if it makes a difference. I love it so I don't want to get rid of it. I want regular coffee. They sent me a new one and it works great, but I had to pay for a box and send the old one back. They wouldn't allow a local Amazon affiliate to take it back.

5. Keurig K55 K Classic Coffee Programmable

Keurig K55 K Classic Coffee Programmable

The internal testing of BUNN Speed Brew/ Velocity Brew coffeemakers was used to make the determination. The most popular k-cup Pod brew sizes are 6 and 10 ounce. The strongest brew can be achieved with the 6 ounce brew size. The 48 ounce water storage allows you to brew 6 cups before having to refill. The water is easy to refill. It is an important part of cleaning your brew. The process helps to remove calcium deposits from the coffee maker. An auto-off feature can be programmed to turn off your coffee maker after 2 hours of use. You can brew a great-tasting cup in under a minute with simple button controls.

Brand: Keurig

👤Some of the posts on here are about the brewer stopping working. I bought the first one and it quit after 2 days. The replacement stopped working after 2.5 weeks, so it's likely not to make coffee. If this happens to you, the problem might be that the piercing needle is plugged with debris or coffee grounds. The unit stops when it senses excessive back pressure. To remove debris from the needle, one needs to open up a paper clip and put a piece of wire on either side of the needle. The unit worked well after that. If you call them, they will send you a device to clean that port as well. If your unit stops short of filling the cup, try this first.

👤This was purchased at the end of October and died on January 13th. What is that? 2 1/2 months... The units are unreliable despite using filters and non-tap water. We're stuck because 'product support' ended on 12/28. I don't recommend buying these anymore. It's impractical for what you get in return, one cup per Pod and the trash that this creates. This isn't the first time that one of these units has failed in less than a year. There was an update on Dec 15th. After this review, no one from Keurig has contacted them to ask if they could help. I guess they don't care. This review has helped a few of you so that is good. I bought another k-cup brand at Bed Bath and Beyblade, and the descale light came on after 4 months. The light is still on after I descaled and 9 tankfuls of water and white vinegar. Nothing changed after I plugged it in, rubbed my tummy, and patted my head. After this one is over, I'll need a percolator or a drip maker. Those never quit!

👤Pay attention to the reviews. My wife and I bought one of the original machines a long time ago, but it died on us last year. The machine was purchased in March of last year. It is starting to fail a year later. The pump inside is failing like other reviewers have noted. It starts making weird noises and then produces a cup of coffee with a quarter of the largest setting. It won't be a K-Cup maker. I don't have time or money to waste on a brand that compromises quality for a few extra bucks on their profit margin. K-Cups are expensive. Maybe it's time to go back to regular loose ground coffee and use a brew that can do single cups or fill a travel mug.

👤In August of last year, I purchased this appliance. Have cleaned the unit twice. Every day we make 1 cup of coffee and 1 cup of tea. It is early January and it is not working. The unit seems to be blocked and only 1/2 cup of beverage is available. It still doesn't work after a lot of remedies on You Tube. The reliability of the coffee makers is terrible. A friend has bought at least four in the past couple of years. One didn't have hers for more than 6 months. The units are not cheap, and the corporation should be aware of that.

6. Cuisinart SS 20 Thermal Single Serve Coffeemaker

Cuisinart SS 20 Thermal Single Serve Coffeemaker

You can use your own coffee through HomeBarista features if you choose to use one of the three serving sizes. There is a particular function. When you've finished your brew, you can enjoy energy save mode, because their single-serve brewer has a 40ozremovable water tank that can be used for travel mugs. The thermal carafe coffee maker has a fully automatic feature that can brew up to 10 cups of coffee at once. Must-have features. Their 10-cup coffee brewer allows you to control your brew strength so you can boast light to strong coffee flavor as well as adjust your carafe water temperature that runs through its charcoal water filter. You can sip a cup before your brew cycle ends with their Brew Pause feature.

Brand: Cuisinart

👤I strongly recommend that you don't buy this coffee maker. It is an extravagant gout. We bought our appliance in February 2020. It was difficult to fill the main reservoir without using a funnel. At least once a month, when we brew our morning coffee, the grounds will explode into the clean water and into the coffee pot and all over the coffee station. There is a lot of mess to clean up. The last cup of coffee comes with gross sediment when using the mesh filter. I switched to paper filters and they didn't work, but we still had messes and spew overs. We stopped using it because it explodes every time. We paid a lot for this coffee maker, so I wouldn't buy it again. I would not buy it from anyone else. The coffee maker was worse than the one we had, but it was not as bad as the Hamilton Beach. Conair, the company behind the Cuisinart name, will replace the coffeemaker but will not extend the warranty for the time I have been unable to use it. They are giving me a new coffeemaker, but can't guarantee it will work better than the one I bought. The company doesn't want to back the coffee maker because it's not reliable.

👤The B70 is on its last leg. I decided to use a non-Keurig with a kcup. 1. If you stand close to the coffee machine, the burner, the table top, and the cup stand, you will get hot coffee all over it. 2. There is a needle in the kcups. Unless you play a game of "Operation", someone will slice their knuckles open. See the pic. 3. You can't tell if there's coffee or how much because Carafe is made of steel. 4. You have to turn the carafe down to get the last 3 cups. Carafe doesn't have a smooth transition lip. The pic is 5. You can't do a kcup and a carafe at the same time. When the carafe is on, Kcup turns off. The carafe and kcup have large water tanks.

👤The coffee craft part was not bad. The k cup is not good. It looks like a coffee grind explosion if the arrows are not aligned. The coffee goes into the cup when the arrows are aligned, and it splatters all over the coffee craft. I expected the brand to have no problems on the first day. I wish they put the same amount of effort into the k cup as they do into the craft. When arrows are not lined up all the coffee grinds leave the k cup and leave the chamber when the k cup is complete with coffee grinds. You can't take the part out to clean, so grinds get everywhere when you try to scoop it out of the needle chamber. It took me three times longer to clean the k cup dispensers. No clue if the coffee is good. The coffee craft flavor was fine, nothing that warrants the price, but just fine. There is a The insulated coffee craft keeps it warm. The instructions book is not very good. I had to look up videos to figure it out. Will be coming back to these disasters. If you like a decent craft and want to spend a lot of money on a product you can only use half of, go for it.

7. KRUPS Simply Single Serve Stainless Tumbler

KRUPS Simply Single Serve Stainless Tumbler

Enjoy a cup of coffee in 3 minutes. It will take only 3 minutes to have your favorite coffee ready. The coffee maker has an auto shut-off that will keep it from overheating. A large permanent coffee filter basket can be used to make a brew. Simply scoop ground coffee into the included permanent filter and brew. Simple operation. There is a dedicated On/Off lighted button on the side of the device. The design is seamless and has minimal footprint. It's perfect for small households. The double wall construction is thermal. A travel tumbler that holds up to 12oz is included. Coffee should be hot for longer. You can brew up to 12oz of coffee directly into your own mug or use the Krups Thermal Travel tumbler.

Brand: Krups

👤I didn't like the two machines that I had. The water was not hot and I couldn't find coffee that impressed me. It seemed weak and weak. I decided to compare the two. I wasn't using the K-cups anyways. I used my own coffee after purchasing a K-cup Pod. I still wasn't happy with the coffee. The basket is bigger and the water is hotter thanks to the KRUPS. The Krups has a basket filter. I prefer the convenience of throwing out a paper filter. The small paper filters are available almost anywhere. I would've preferred a cone filter over a basket one for the KRUPS. The cone design has the most flavor from the coffee. I like the design of the tumbler. It is very sleek and stylish. It gets a little warm when first brew. There is a warranty on the KRUPS. The coffee maker has two switches to start and stop the brew cycle. It makes a full tumbler in a short time. I prefer the KRUPS over the other single serve brew machines I've tried. It's the best single serve coffee maker I've tried so far, even though it may not be a perfect machine. I'm happy with it. Thanks for reading.

👤I have owned the Hamilton Beach Single cup coffee maker for 7 years and thought I would never do a negative review, but Amazon has been "mugging" me with a lot of "You're Opinion Matters to us" e-mails. The Hamilton Beach has many great features but does not have a travel mug. Krups is a good brand and I decided to take a chance because of the beautiful mug. I was very happy when I got it. Good coffee and easy to use. I pulled my hand away from the mug because it was really hot. I could handle it once I adjusted to the heat. I took my first sip of coffee and it was so hot that it ran down my chin and onto my white shirt. I wasn't driving at the time, so I was overjoyed. The water from the sink will fall down the side of the mug. I made a brew with a standard mug and found it had a problem because there is no stand to bring the shorter mug closer to the output spout and therefore it splatters coffee all over the counter. Krups made a beautiful product, but ignored the details. A simple trial would have shown that a cozy around the mug and a leak free lid was needed. I would be writing a rave review if you had done that. The mug is useless as a travel mug, because it was what made the sale. I can drink from the mug if I don't use the lid and the coffee is good, but I don't think of driving if I don't use it. I have ordered a couple of travel mugs for the price of the coffee maker. If you're thinking about buying this product, check out the Hamilton Beach. You'll need to add a mug, but you'll save a shirt and avoid a car accident.

8. Cuisinart CHW 12 Programmable Coffeemaker Stainless

Cuisinart CHW 12 Programmable Coffeemaker Stainless

A gold-tone basket-style filter and built-in charcoal water filters are available. The FULLY AUTOMATIC COFFEE BREWER has a 24 hour programmability with 1–4 cup settings. The temperature is controlled. Coffee can be kept at the temperature you prefer with a variable plate for temperature control. 12-CUP GLASS CARAFE: The black handle with matching black andStainless-steel body is perfect for your kitchen appliances. Enjoy a cup of coffee before the brew cycle has finished, thanks to the trademarked Brew Pause feature. When water is hot and ready to be used, and when it's time to refill, the indicator lights are easy to use.

Brand: Cuisinart

👤I'm giving it 5 stars, but I'm not sure if it's worth it for a combined 12 cup coffeemaker and hot water dispenser. I don't know if I would have given it 5 stars, but I will give it an extra star for the convenience and the fact that a couple compromises were needed to put both functions in one unit. I'm on my second one. The first one was out of warranty. I made the initial purchase because we have a tea drinker in the house. The first unit worked well for three years before it developed a leak. I think it's cost effective that we got 1000 days of service. I've had a lot of coffee makers over the years and they seem to have the same service life. I had never had a problem with bad taste in the water, so I thought of replacing it immediately. We only used it for coffee, but the clock failed a few months later. We missed the hot water, so I ordered another. The new one has no bad taste problems. The basket that holds the coffee cones did not fit in the new one. Some of the negative reviews describe the lid popping up and spills if the pot is pulled out before the brew is complete. I saved my old basket and it snaps in. They are sending me a replacement basket after I called customer service. The difference in the position of the arm that snaps the basket was enough. I will discuss a few other features and quirks. The unit's hot water side is at 186 degrees F. There is a The warming feature in the carafe is nice, and something I haven't had in other coffee makers. The interval for the coffee to be kept warm is set. If you slide the hot water side across the counter too quickly, it will move out of the hot water side. The front panel lettering on my first unit wore off. There is a The coffee side water bottle is not easy to fill, but it is easy to use a 2 liter soda bottle. I had some issues with the coffee maker, but it turned out to be a problem with the Kroger filters. Other brands have done well. I've been very happy with this unit and recommend it to people who need a coffee maker and hot water. There was a debate about whether the water came over the coffee as a single stream or a shower.

👤I have had three coffee maker failures in just 3 months. After a short time, the hot water dispensers side starts blinking "add water" even though the water is full, and it will not heat the water. Terrible customer service. You have to send the unit back three times before they will replace it with a different product. You have to pay to get a new product and return it. Conair is the owner of Cuisinart. It is terrible.

9. Cuisinart SS 10 Premium Single Serve Coffeemaker

Cuisinart SS 10 Premium Single Serve Coffeemaker

The single cup k-pods are compatible with any brand of single cup k-pods, including the Keurig K-Cups. Enjoy multiple beverage sizes. The HomeBarista Reusable Filter Cup is included in the machine, which allows you to create your ideal size of coffee, hot cocoa, tea, or soup with cup-size settings ranging from 4-12 ounces. The backlit display sets are designed with superior function in mind, with features such as an auto on/off switch, temperature control settings, and auto-rinse to instantly clean inside your brew chamber. There is a 72 ounce water reservoir and a tray for travel mug compatibility. Absorbable filters: A coffee filter and a water filter are included.

Brand: Cuisinart

👤I am so glad that I bought this coffeemaker because it was stepping far outside the box for me. I've been using K-cups for years, but after the third machine quit on me, I stopped throwing good money after bad. Their machines have become unacceptability due to the decline in quality. I settled on this one because it was the best cup of coffee I have ever had. I don't like the auto shutoff feature because it takes a long time to warm up the K-cups, but this one makes a delicious cup of coffee in under a minute, and it doesn't take long to get to hot coffee. It is a marked improvement over my previous coffeemaker. If you're like me, you're trying to find an alternative to the bi-yearly purchase of a single serve coffee maker. You're welcome.

👤I bought this model because I thought it would look better and have some improvements. NoOoooooh. The new design is terrible. Coffee is all over the place. Here are some pictures of how it splashes coffee onto the back of the unit and onto the kitchen counter after just one use. I didn't think of the mess after a week's worth of brew. Constantly cleaning is what this means. The K-Cup was dripping from the needle hole when I threw it away. The previous model did not use K-Cups because it made a smaller needle hole. The brew tastes a bit watery. The mechanism for pulling up the lid on this new design feels a bit awkward since you first lift up on a spring loaded lever. The K-Cup is upright on this model. The previous model has a loading mechanism that moves the holder so the K-Cup is facing you. The older mechanism is better than the cheap feeling one. I like the blue light on the previous model. The light was removed for some reason. The new model has a worse design. The plastic cage holds the filter closer to the water intake than the previous model. This one has a cheaper feel, and a smaller water reservoir. There are no changes to the programming options. I think that the new model is the result of financial engineering by the managers of the company. This missed opportunity will hurt Cuisinart. I'm hooking up my wonderful classic.

👤Initial impressions were that it was less heavy than the previous one. The blue lights in the water were a nice indicator that the unit was on and they cast a light that was pleasing to the eye. The water temp. is determined by theHOT and XHOT. XHOT is much hotter than the 192* setting on the SS700 and that is a plus. It is only a possible improvement. The upper and lower jaws of the head were moved which caused a problem later in the unit's life, either crushing through the top of the K-cup or creating a hole. This is simplified in the unit, and I hope it eliminates crushing. Coffee grounds went everywhere when the 1st K-cup through the machine had it's top seal blown off. There were no problems with the second K-cup. The cradle for the K-cup allows for the K-cup to wobble, which may have been the problem. Time will tell. The unit will be returned to Amazon if the seals continue to explode. 3 stars for now. The machine has performed perfectly since the initial review. The brew is faster than the SS700. 5 stars.

10. Keurig K Mini Single Coffee Friendly

Keurig K Mini Single Coffee Friendly

You can brew your own ground coffee with the my K-cup universal coffee filter. The K Mini Plus coffee maker is available in a variety of colors with silver detailing on the handle and drip tray and is sleek simplicity meets modern style.

Brand: Keurig

👤There is a point of sale. It works once every three times. The water doesn't come down. It shuts off after two seconds. It goes for two seconds when I try to plug it in again. Two seconds nothing again. When I poured 12oz it came out cold, but it took two second bursts for a 6oz cup. Don't bother with it. They haven't fixed the bugs yet. Returned and got a new one and the same thing happened again. It's the biggest waste of money.

👤This one works well. It is a one-button coffee maker that makes one mug of coffee, makes it in about two minutes from cold, and makes it very hot. It turns on when you put it in a k-cup, and then it turns off after a few minutes. It's absurd to need a touch screen display and/or six buttons to make coffee in a keurig. Possibly anal. There is a button on the lid that you can push to make coffee. That's all. Someone is going to get fired. It also makes good coffee. There are no pointless features in our blind household. This is a keeper.

👤I am the only one in the household who drinks coffee and usually only one cup a day so this coffee maker looked perfect to me. I have a regular Keurug and a Pod holder which take up more space than their share of real estate for one coffee drinker. The sleek design is very attractive. If you want, you can take the coffee-maker with you with the cord storage and Pod holder. I have a perfect little canvas bag which fits it. You can fill the cup with the exact amount of coffee you want by using the one-cup reservoir. I got a perfect cup of coffee after I ran a couple of cups of water to clean the unit. This will work with my re-fillable Pod. Don't use distilled water. The K-mini costs the same as the larger one. I can't tell the difference between the two. You always have fresh water with the K-mini. You only make one cup at a time, but you also make the big one. It is a great trade-off for space saving to fill the reservoir. No cavil from me. I don't want anyone to think I'm lying. Maybe I should clarify. The K-mini can be used with the K-cup. It takes a bit of adjusting to seat the filter after removing the adapter. You can't use thepods when the filter is in. The iparts and ekobrew filters are not compatible with the K-mini. I couldn't get them to fit.

👤I like the look of this machine. It saves space and also stores the k-pods. I bought this to make a cup of coffee. The coffee is warm. I am sending this machine back.

👤I was excited to see the new version of Keurig. After a few weeks, it malfunctioned. The machine would cycle to suck down water. The problem was the same after unplugging and repeated attempts. I've lost over $100 because it's just past the 30 day return. It was very disappointing. I won't be buying it again. It's convenient, but not good.

11. Auto IQ Frother Baskets Thermal CP307

Brand: Ninja

👤This is a caution for those who are interested in making a serious buying decision. The bottom line section is marked as a summary. I didn't know how much fun we would have with this. I have to control myself from gushing too much because there are only a few things that make me excited. Let's see what we have to say about this unit. What is it like? This unit is not large or small. It takes up some space on the counter, but it's small considering what it does. Minimum area to place this unit on is 15 high by 9 1/2 deep by 10 wide. You need about 8 inches of clearance on each side to run the frother and replace the water container on the other side. The set up is thought out. You put water in the tank on the right side of the unit. You can use the thermal carafe with it to make a pot of coffee or tea. The screen on the front is dark until you press the power button. You can use the top dial to choose what strength you want, and then you can also choose tea and those settings as well. There is a man named Kink Friedman. There is a You can froth the milk with the help of the retractable arm, which is on the side of the cup. It works well and does foam up. The unit can be removed for cleaning. The measure cup has settings for coffee and tea on one side. There are cups on each end. This is on the side of the unit that is not used. There are tea or coffee filters. The machine you are making has these clues. It's easy to put on the unit. It is a sign of repentance. Book was well thought out and laid out. This is inspiring and will get the creative juices flowing on what you can do with this machine. How does it perform? We have made a number of different creations with this. The Kyoto method of cold brew coffee uses a fountain to run the cold water through for up to 40 minutes. We have used other methods as well. I would call this method a bit of a slow method. The water is cold. Depending on how much is made, it is done from 15 to 25 minutes. We cut the measurements in half so they taste better. The coffee tastes good hot or cold when cut in half. We have made many different types of tea with this unit. All of them have been great. It calls for too much tea. The tea tastes great when cut in half. The hot brew coffee is wonderful. If you like hot brew coffee, this is a good option. What is the carAFE like? This is amazing. We made a pot of tea and it was still hot up to two hours later. Same with coffee. This unit is amazing. It doesn't need a heating plate. The baby is hot for a long time. Caution. If you have well water, this says that it won't work with it. We have used a blend of distilled and filter water to make sure it stays clear. Cleaning. We have not had to deep clean yet, but if you avoid using tap or well water and opt for a blend of distilled and filters water, it will not need cleaning as often. The filters are easy to clean. There is a recipe for cleaning the unit if it needs to be descaled. There is a shelf that flips down so you can make a mug of tea or coffee. You can make a travel mug direction under the machine. If you want to make the carafe, you can put it in the shelf. The bottom line. This machine can do almost anything we want for coffee or tea. We love the ability to make plain or frothy drinks. The layout of this unit was well thought out, and the recipes are inspiring. If you have well water, use caution. My rating is five stars. I love this thing. We use it all the time and each of us likes to try new things. This would make a great Christmas gift for someone you know loves coffee and tea.
