Pentagram partner Emily Oberman has been lucky enough to work on the rebrand of the DC Comics iconic identity. The comic brand has had many different identity iterations since it’s inception 80 years ago. Oberman’s marque draws inspiration from the logos that have gone before, whilst also maintaining that strong, recognisable DC feel. The new logo begins it’s lifespan May 26th 2016.
